My first order didn't go to well, especially as it was urgent - wrong item recieved, probably due to careless picking at warehouse, matched the 1st two words of my item and sent it. Ordered Prodibio BioKit Fresh water, Recieved Prodibio BioKit Nano for salt water, thankfully I recieved the parcel, if it had been my wife it would have been put in the tank. 30 min drive to post office to return, more time wasted I don't have plus 25 mins in a que, hopefully I will recieve correct item later this week. Nothing annoys me more than the wrong item being sent, how hard is it to read an order and package it, shows complete lack of care, lost in post or damaged I can understand.
