I was a bit reluctant ordering a premium headphone from them as they did not seem to be a dedicated dealer for this sort of things. But I did not need to worry. The price was exceptional and the service quick and reliable as you might wish for.
Bought a Sony RDH-GTK11iP Boom box with iPod and iPhone dock as a present he is made up with it. I can only comment on price and delivery and that was excellent. Will use again when/if need arises.
Bought a TV 5 years ago along with a 5 year warranty, was delivered within approx 10 working days. TV went wrong after 4.5 years (not cheapelectricals fault) and was written off by D&G the warranty company, I was given the cost of an equal TV to spend at this same company, again took around 10 working days to arrive, I was kept informed by Ray that this was the case so not a problem, TV had a stuck pixel, so Sony said as product was faulty from outset a replacement would be offered, cheapelectricals provided this within 5 working days, which I was delighted with. My calls were always answered and returned, emails replied to within 24 hours! Would reccommend this company, but would advise you email them to check when stock will be available as the website appears not to be fully up to date.
Our kettle was delivered a couple of days after placing the order on-line. I received plenty of communication regrading the whereabouts of the order and was e-mailed a precise delivery hour too, which was very helpful. The package arrived in perfect condition and so did the contents. I have yet to try out the kettle, but I can't fault the service I have received from Cheapelectricals so far!
Wasn't sure about the site but ordered mid-morning. Only received one email to confirm receipt of order with lots of stuff about how it wasn't a proper order until they had confirmed it. Didn't hear anything else but then the radiator turned up at 9am the next day, so REALLY fast.
Very pleased as I was very cold....
We ordered a microwave from Cheapelectricals and were delighted with the service. Although there was a 3 week delay due to out of stock, we were informed straight away and given the option to cancel our order. We were happy to wait and received an email the day before delivery. The manufacturer had not included a handbook in the delivery and Cheapelectricals responded straight away to rectify.
We will certainly buy from this company again.
I went and looked for a new tv and thought i may get cheaper online, and cut out the saturday jnr saleman (who didntknowmuch.com!)
I googled the model online and Cheapelectricals came up and was a good deal cheaper, and that included delivery.. woohoo
I emailed sales for a quick question on xmas delivery, and within a hour they replied.
I really couldnt fault this company on price or response....
do what i did and go view a tv you want and then google.
I have placed the order on 28th of Dec on the basis that it will be despatched by 31st, I received the confirmation email that says no deliveries between 25th and Jan 2nd, where there were now indication on the website whatsoever that. On 3rd they emailed me that item is out of stock and will be back on 7th, checking the website again and it says that it is in stock!!
Why don't they just post delivery delays on the website? If the item is out of stock, why does that not reflecting on your website?
I wrote an email to them and requested a refund, they did not even apologise about anything and just refunded the money.
I bought the item from Amazon that was delivered next day, I paid £10 extra but for my peace of mind.
From start to finish they have been great to deal with. Communication has been good, numerous emails etc any questions I had were answered promptly. I received a tracking number and confirmation of delivery day. From the day I ordered it took 3 days for the product to be delivered to me. I am delighted with product and service from this company. I know they have had a few bad reviews but they have obviously sorted out any problems they had because their service was first class. I will definately use again!!
I was pleased to find this vendor. Their price was the cheapest and they seemed to have good reviews. However, I wish I had never come across them. They took my money and confirmed my order, then sent an email stating that the laptop would be delivered within 24-48 hours. The next I heard was that they didn't have the laptop in stock and had cancelled my order promissing me a refund. I am still waiting for my refund and my emails go unanswered. I would advise everyone to steer clear of cheapelectricals.co.uk. A cheap price isn't worth the hastle.
Ordered a Sony TV that was "Available". Bit nervous since no immedeate confirmation of order by email, but received this next day. Wondering if it was going to take 5, 10, 14 or 28 days, or item not available at all, but got email after 5 days with apologies because not yet despatched on Thursday and asking if ok to deliver on Saturday 8am-12noon. Quickly emailed back that sure ok to receive on Saturday, and on Saturday bell rang at 7.45am and there was my TV! In perfect shape, and for a price that to my best knowledgebeats all other large rivals. Also got quick email reply on a question, so good customer service in my experience.
I was a bit dubious about ordering off an internet company I had not heard of before as you read so many horror stories but I am very pleased with the way my queries were dealt with prior to ordering and the way the order was processed. I was kept imformed of everything. I ordered my microwave on the Monday and it was delivered on the Thursday. I wouldn't hesitate to order from this company again and would recommend to friends. Excellent!
Cannot recommend this company’s customer service highly enough.
I purchased a Sharp microwave oven from Cheapelectricals a couple of weeks ago.
On Monday a part of the door catch snapped off as I was closing it (probably faulty – but nothing to do with Cheapelectricals.)
I contacted sales dept.by e-mail on Tuesday, they got back to me immediately saying that they would arrange for delivery of a new replacement oven the next day and collect the damaged one.
I explained that I didn’t have the original packaging – they replied that when the new one arrived I could use the packaging from it to return the damaged one, and they would arrange to collect it.
The new one arrived today as promised. I have re-packaged the old one, informed, them, and they have arranged a collection for tomorrow.
What more could you ask for.

Ordered Sony Surround sound system, prior to order checked stock which was zero, was informed earlest delivery would be in June and placed order as they were open about stock levels / payment (unlike AV Addicts). Was on site on Tuesday evening and noted that item was in stock. Contacted supplier was told item would be delivered in next few days, after a minor glitch re payment received goods this afternoon (Friday).
Good service but would recommend monitoring stock levels whist waiting for an order.
E-mails and telephone calls responded to in acceptable times and message sent re dispatch of goods with info to allow tracking.
I would have hoped that delivery would have been made even if I did not contact supplier, will give them the benifit of the doubt and recommend this company.
I was in the market for a new television for the upcoming world cup. After doing a lot of research I decided to purchase a new Sony. An evening trawling the internet for prices brought Laskeys and Cheapelectricals as the best. I decided after reading many reviews on both companies to go with Cheapelectricals. Placing the order on their site was simple and straight forward, although I would say read the information on each page. I recieved an email confirmation within 5 mins and sat back waiting for my new television.
To my utter amazement a knock at the door at 8.30 AM (not even left for work) revealed a smartly dressed delvery man with my new TV, great I thought 15 mins before I leave for work I can set it up. All went well the set fired up went through set-up and a lovely HD picture appeared on SKY. Then the screen went blank and nothing would bring it back, so I went to work. During the day I phoned CheapElectricals and spoke to a very pleasant lady in customer services, she promised a new set would be dispatched that day for next day delivery and the faulty set collected.
The new set duly arrived next day and the faulty set removed, I came home in the evening set-up the new set and it has been working great since.
I cannot recommend this company highly enough the whole process was simple and fast, even though I did recieve a faulty unit. Well done CheapElectricals. 5 stars keep up the good work.
ONE TO WATCH CHEAP PRICES FOR MOST THINGS APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE
Absolute nightmare of a company very rude and zero customer service we had ran into two series problems trying to recover our full refund back of £693 as this company agreed to do so once both TV’s that were cosmetically marked returned to them as we were not offered anything else. Following there instructions both TV’S were returned and expecting a full refund as this was in a written email to us also we were told verbally that a full refund would be granted. As expected they denied that both TV’S were marked despite having photographic evidence they were only refunding minus £60 for the return of both sets. I had to seek legal advice and contacted trading standards and in the end I had to settle for £60 less than the full refund that was promised to us once both TV’S were in there possession.I also received emails from this company trying to blackmail us in not to write reviews as they intended to take a further £120 minus the full refund. Sony would not grant the warranty as they were adamant they do not sell under any circumstances to any retailer either what they described b graded or used refurbished products. I would seriously urge people to think twice when purchasing online electronics from this company if something goes wrong as there is no reasoning with them you will regret it. I would recommend that you shop around as the cheapest products when shopping online is not always the best way to go as we found that out for sure.
From my own experience I found Amazon very helpful good choice of products and most important friendly and helpful customer service since then we have bought a TV from them and came in pristine condition as it should!!!
Use at your own Perl I have never experienced such a nightmare of any online purchase ever.
PS Customer service is not something you buy but expect when spending any amounts into any online retailer!!!!

I suggest you improve your service ATTITUDE and MANNER and take note from this truthful review as its staying and not being removed!!!!
YOU CANNOT proof that we physically put on bogus reviews regarding any of your customers that obviously found the need in the first place to leave negative feedback on dented product which doesn’t surprise me with this company.
I suggest that you do not in the future send any USED STOCK REFUBISHED to any customers that do wish to buy from you in the future as we certainly won't be.
BBC watch dog have been in touch and I will only be too willing to discuss this nightmare that we went through with your so called good company.
You only offered to get the TV inspected when both marked TV'S were returned both of them on your instructions following an email for full refund which i have proof of!!
It’s obvious that we would not be present when both TV'S were to be inspected from our past experience with this company it certainly would have not been both marked TV'S THAT WERE SENT BACK TO YOU!!!!
Maybe this is the reason for cheap electrics as there prices are unrealistic to say the least that would explain the reasons why people receive items ether marked dented or seriously cosmetically marked on both TV'S that we received!!!!!!
As I said use at your own Perl as there are plenty of other retailers out there whom would value your custom and treat you like a valid customer and appreciate your custom.
Examples are Amazon UK Lasckeys online who's customer service and attitude is second to none.
Do your self’s a favour people and spend your hard earned cash elsewhere you will not regret it.
PS leaving your number for people to contact you is sad for your defense also to use previous customers to get back at us obviously going to slate us off for telling the truth PATHETIC .
Sorry that you are annoyed for telling the truth of what happened when we bought this TV from you and failed to sort it out twice in the way it should have been i.e. professional manner and attitude!!!
I have copied and pasted this review in every website available for people to see also it doesn't surprise us when there is positive reviews appear after our review as nothing surprises me of this company to deliberate put on good reviews about their self and guest reviews on the review centre on their own defence rather sad and pathetic!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People do your research into this company very carefully and to there were about their so-called two Acers of industrial warehouse when in fact it looks like a house in the country VERY STRANGE INDEED!!!
Update on this review the only reason we decided to except the refund from you minus £60 for the return of the TV's as we could not afford to take you to court!! we had already lost out £60 despite the email that came from your female worker confirming when they were returned a full refund would be granted as she didn't have the time and energy to bothered by this LIKE WISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Believe me if I could afford to take you to court I would have taken this the whole road!!!
You may make this same mistake to another MUG'S that choose to buy from you in the future and it will be the wrong move!!
If anyone is interested unhappy customers with this joke of company BBC-WATCH-DOG is back on I for one are following them on twitter I do hope they take this story up as it will be the icing on the cake.
Check out the complaints board for this company and decide as wither you would pay £693.97 for a so called brand new TV as there are photo's of this TV we received from them.
t seams this company have been up-to there dirty tricks again posting threads on websites posing as members when in fact they were staff members caught out trying to convince people they were

Unfortunately for them experienced members caught them out comical as It appears strangely after this company receive negative reviews there are lot of anonymous positive reviews posted around the net BEWARE!!

*Update to this review* Cheapelectricals have now been in touch and are resolving the issue for me. They had a limited number of staff available over Christmas, which is understandable. My faith has been restored!
This company delivered a microwave oven to us with a huge dent in the top. They have failed to reply to any emails or phone calls - we are thinking of visiting in person as we just cannot get any response, despite their web site saying they will contact you straight away. We will never, ever buy from them again, and would warn anyone else to stay away.
Ordered a on 13/10/2009 from Cheap Electicals for £1596.91. The payment was taken at the point of order. I then waited the obligatory 14 days without hearing anything before chasing the order as per the instructions on their website.
Once I did chase it up I was fobbed off and told that they could not confirm a delivery date. I explained that I had ordered it under the Samsung Eco Cash Back scheme and had to submit my £200 cash back claim by 31/11/2009. I asked them if they would honour the deal if they did not deliver the TV on time. They agrees on the phone but would not put it in writing despite several requests.
After 14 days of no contact and a further 7 days of being pushed from pillar to post I have cancelled my order. I have now purchased one from Crampton and Moore at a slightly more expensive price of £1668.34 and it is in stock and being delivered in the next 3 days (Clearly Crampton and Moore don't have any issues getting stock from Samsung).
