Prompt dispatch and very reliable service
I order perfumes from Cheapsmells once a month on average. They always arrive within 3 working days! :)
This time I wanted to surprise my Mummy and ordered a small bottle of perfumes for her to be delivered to Poland.
I was a bit concerned as had bad experience with international mail services.
The more happy I was when after a week my Mummy email me to say that she received the parcel :)
I am very pleased with the quality of service and will definitely order products from Cheapsmells in the future.

Excessive costs and too much time waiting for the delivery
In the past I really apreciate shoping at CheapSmells, but now I think the costs os delivery are too high and the number of days between the order and the delivery is too long.

Incorrect item sent
One of the items delivered was incorrect but after a phone call the correct item was sent out and arrived 3 day later.

I am not satisfied with my last command(order). On arrival 21€ of customs charges because the parcel passed by Belgium.
Thus produced so expensively as in France and more interest to be commanded(ordered) on your site.

Excellent price & speedy delivery of my favourite fragrance
I always use the same old fashioned perfume which is not always easy to find & it's really expensive even in duty-free. I can't remember how I came across Cheap Smells but I've always been able to get a bottle at a really good price and it's delivered within a couple of days usually. I would highly recommend this website - this time I bought sun lotion as well.

A brilliant service!
I found cheap smells a great place to order my favourite perfumes from as the service was quick and good. I received my perfumes within a short period of time and therefore did not have to wait a long time for them. I was so pleased with the service and therefore I will continue to buy from cheap smells in the future :)!

Pleasantly surprised!
I am amazed at the cost of the aftershave I purchased. It was at least £10.00 cheaper than what I normally pay on the high street. I initially used CheapSmells as I was 8 months pregnant and didn't fancy the walk round the shops. I'll definitely be using them in the future. The item arrived in good packaging and in a timely fashion.

Cheapest deals on most products than anywhere else
Last order for Victor Rolf Flowerbomb was the cheapest on- line price when I checked. My other purchases of 3 Bottles of Lolita Lempika were half the price I had paid at a local chemist stocking this. Great value and great delivery service too.
