CHEAP AND QUICK.
The basin was ordered at 2.30pm and arrived, well packaged, the next day on standard delivery! Incredible. Basin looks slightly cheap, but is what I expected for price. No problems at all. Would recommend you try them and I will be using them again soon.

Cheap but useless customer service
I'm happy with most of the products and prices but I have never in over 5 attempts on different days and at different times of day, managed to get through to them over the phone. As you can imagine, returning an item is going to be almost impossible with them. They need to sort out their customer service because I won't be buying again from them.

Just what I always wanted!
Vanity unit was delivered on time and well packaged. Not installed yet but I am very pleased with how it looks. It;s neat and compact which is just what I wanted. Perfect for a small space.

what a load of rubbish !!!!!!!!!!!!!, customer service unacceptable
ordered a nice new bathroom suite, from cheap suites, and they didnt take long to take the full payment from my account,two days later only the bath and legs arrived, nothing else, so after a 40min wait to speak to someone at customer service, i was told that two items were now not in stock, after the web site said they were in stock,and somebody would phone me by the end of that day,...... so after a 30min wait with no joy from customer service, i managed to speak to someone on the sales desk the nextd day, to be told the items out of stock would not be available for 6-8 wks!!, so the order was on hold untill then, so after re-ordering the out of stock items, i was told i would be refunded (haha) the difference and the whole order sent out the next day,
so the nextd day the two re-orderd item arrived (shock ) but not the rest of the order, so again another wasted 40min, trying option 3 on the phone, got to speak to someone, who told me the order would be with me on fri, if not for sure the monday !!!!!, it is now monday evening, still no bathroom suite , no re-fund, still got a very unhappy customer with no bathroom, and endless lost hours of work is all i have to show for it, will i use them again ???????? i dont think it will take me as long as it does for them to answer there customer help line to come to that decision !!!!!!!

vanity.oh vanity all is vanity!
we received our vanity unit very promptly. It looks absolutely brilliant just exactly what we wanted. The tap is a great design.. very tactile.. can't wait for them to be installed

Products are fine very reluctent to refund returned items.
Their prices are good delivery is fast the staff you speak to are very helpful but the accounts department suck big time.I have been waiting for my refund for over two weeks even though they have acknowledged that the toilet i returned has been processed back in.

Excellent service
The item I purchased was delivered as promised. Although I had expected a flat pack I am still satisfied with the item and hope I will still be when I have assembled it. otherwise the vanity unit and basin looks good.

where is my order???
Price is competitive but service non-existent. I valued two days ago and was promised delivery yesterday - no sign of product. Do not rely on dates given - meaningless.

we searched the web for a curved shower screen we found Cheapsuites were so much cheaper than anywhere else, Cheapsuite kept us informed of dispach and the date it would arrive and delivery men rang to tell us what time they would arrive. 5 stars: Perfect – no reservations, I would recommend this company to anyone.
I was looking for a vanity bathroom unit using the internet. I found one at Wickes which had a questionable review, then I found the one which I eventually bought. The price of the one which I found was just over £80.00. I found the same suite advertised with this company at half the price. It WAS the same unit. Excellent product, extremely competitive price.

Very poor
I,m most disappointed with the level of service I didn't get from this company, having placed an order for a bathroom vanity unit, which was in stock at the time of ordering. I had to make numerous calls to this company to get a status update on my order, sometimes with the phone ringing for so long it cut off! When I finally managed to get through I was informed that the item would be with me the following day due to the bank holiday, I waited & waited but it never arrived i contacted the sales desk again & was informed that my order was "out of stock", at what point over the week were this company going to inform me of this or did they intend leaving me waiting & wondering. I checked my account with them constantly for any updates, all it said was processing!! I've worked in customer service all my life & one thing is true, if you don't get it right then it's a given that more than twenty people will be told of the poor service. Lastly why does it take so long to action a refund (5-10 working days) when the money is taken from the account instantly at time of purchase. I,ve since re-ordered with another company who actually did what they promised on their web site.....4bathrooms

I'm sorry to read about what has happened with relation to the order you placed with us.
With the availability of the product, this was unfortunately something out of our control as we have the website as up to date as we can in terms of if an item is in stock or not, upon the order you placed being sent over to our supplier it was at that point that they advised the items weren't available. We apologise for the delay with this as they should have contacted us sooner than they did so that we could have let you know.
A refund has been processed for you, the time in which this takes we have no say over and just have to advise up to 10 working days as it is subject to when your bank release the funds back into your account. This is the same for any business.

Absolutely dreadful!
Ordered a shower and paid £9.99 for nominated delivery day. Needless to say the shower did not arrive. Two days later, sent an email to the company to ask where the order was (my account said they were still processing the order and had not yet sent out!) I had no reply to my e mail. The following day I called and spoke to an advisor, she said she would look into the matter and DEFINATELY call me back that day. No phone call or e mail from her.
We ordered the shower for a client so the bathroom we were completing was delayed and we had to source a shower form somewhere else. Still no response from cheapsuites and luckily as I paid on credit card, my next step will be to contact the credit card company and not pay the bill.
I would never recommend this company if you want good customer service and prompt delivery of goods. Much better to pay a bit more and be assured of quality service.

Speedy service, fantastic product, even better price.
I ordered a great sink at a fraction of the price of going to somewhere like B&Q. Although I only paid for standard delivery and ordered it on bank holiday weekend it was dispatched on bank holiday Monday and arrived Tuesday. Fantastic quality product and I'm very pleased.

Quick and easy to use site, part of a group of Bath-store websites which has slightly different pricing so be careful to make sure you get the best deal. Postage etc may add to overall cost.

Great value & great service too!
I was looking for a basic wc to install in a workshop I'd recently acquired and checked out what was available on the internet. Cheapsuites won hands down not only for stocking a good quality unit at a knockdown price but also for their delivery service at less than £5 when all other on line suppliers seemed to be charging £35! The web site ordering process was just what you want - easy, quick and kept you informed with e-mails telling you that the order was being processed, despatched and then available for tracking. The standard quoted delivery was 3-5 days but mine arrived next day. Packaging was excellent too. I rarely rate at 5 stars but Cheapsuites gets top marks from me!

Easy to install and looks great.
Fixed to my existing shower glass within 30mins. No instructions but you dont need them its so simple to fix into place, just 2 lengths of plastic strip to wedge in down one side of each pane of glass. Really finishes my shower off, very pleased with the product and couldnt find it cheaper anywhere else on the web.

Would buy from them again
After much thought I decided to order a couple of shower stands with incorporated waterfall as they seemed an excellent price. Yet to fit them as the flat i'm refurbishing is not quite ready. However they arrived very promptly and so far so good. If the shower stands end up disappointing I will let you know.

I bought a modern style thermostatic shower valve and cover, with hidden shower head rail and big round shower head, wall mounted. It looks great and, best of all, it was very well priced. Delivery left with neighbour and no note
Was satisfied that the delivery arrived, but I did not receive any notification that the item had actually been delivered and left with a neighbour (other than an update online, which I did not check), which was disappointing. I would have liked to have seen a note through the door that it had been delivered.

In relation to the delivery, we are sorry that we missed you at your property but what the courier will do for us is check if there is any one available at another property near to you so that the delivery is completed successfully. Glad that we got your neighbour to sign for this. Enquiries will be made as to why a calling card wasn't put through your door as this isn't normal practice for them not to do this.
When a delivery is made, as the courier have electronic handheld devices, a paper copy of goods being delivered isn't supplied because of this and just a signature is required on the handheld.

I do see from our records that you have spoken with a customer service advisor on the 9th May to arrange a replacement to be sent out to you.
There seems to have been some confusion in the initial circumstance though in that when you sent the images into us, you will have been sent an auto reply asking you to contact us back to discuss further but we never heard from you. The photos account is an unmanned address so we do require contact back from customers.
