We ordered goods from this site for my Chelsea loving son for his birthday. They arrived here in Spain swiftly and are of an excellent quality. I will be using this site again unless of course my son changes his allegiance!
Jeg er Chelsea-fan, og har aldrig brugt andet end Chelsea Megastore. Selvom der af og til opstår fejl hos dem kan man altid regne med hurtige svar, god service, produkter som beskrevet og hurtig levering. Ydermere er priserne langt lavere end hos f.eks. Unisport, og selvom forsendelsen ryger oveni, er det stadigvæk billigere end i danske butikker.
Kan klart anbefale Chelsea Megastore!
Da jeg er Chelsea fan, er det meget naturligt at jeg handler i den butik meget. De kører tit med gode tilbud, og fragten er ikke så dyr enda.
Regnede ud for et par måneder siden, at det var ca 350 kr billigere at købe en Chelsea trøje (navn+nummer+æresmærke+fragt) fra chelseamegastore.com end fx. unisport.dk.
HELT KLART FEM STJERNER!
Jeg har bestilt en grå trøje, som hedder knit wear på deres hjemmeside. Jeg har nu ventet mere end 15 dage! Der står på deres annonce, at det ville tage mellem 3-5 dage, men intet er kommet. Jeg sender så efterfølgende en mail, hvori jeg ville vide, hvad der var i vejen. De sagde så at det ville tage cirka HELE 20 ARBEJDESDAGE?! (Mandag-lørdag levering).. Det er fuldstændig uacceptabelt og venter stadig på trøjen!
The site overcharged me when I paid with paypal (discount codes and gift certificates successfully applied on the final order page are ignored if you choose paypal).
I noticed this on my receipt, so immediately emailed the customer services address given (phone lines close 4pm weekends and 8pm week days) to cancel the order and reordered using my debit card.
I received no response. 2 days later I received two dispatched notices and still no response from customer services.
That evening I then received an "automated response" telling me it would be up to 72 hours before anybody replied! Obviously it was too late by then.
When they finally answered the email it was to tell me (surprise surprise) that they couldn't cancel the order as it had already been dispatched.
I replied asking if they would be refunding the return postage as it was an error on their site which overcharged me. The next email I received was exactly the same email response.
Two days later I had an email saying it states it takes up to 48 hours to respond to emails (makes no mention of this in my confirmation email) and as such they wouldn't be liable for the return postage.
I will fight this all the way and will avoid using the site again and recommend other to do the same. There are plenty of other stores selling Chelsea goods at far better prices.
When you are paying a premium for the goods, you expect reasonable customer service.
The site is run by Kitbag Ltd. I can think of a better name for them.
Kitbag's main site has an average review of 2 out of 5 stars for a reason and clearly they don't run the chelsea megastore site any better.
