Poor Quality T-Shirt? Forget Help.
So I bought 3 Etnies T-Shirts, and I love them all! Only problem is after the first wash on a normal 30 degree cycle, the necks all went funny and warped. After contacting customer services and sending them pictures. I was told they had contacted Etnies and they claimed I had simply washed them incorrectly. Knowing fully well that I had not, I quite reasonably request a copy of the email confirming this from Etnies, and was even promised that Etnies would contact me regarding this. I've had nothing since then. Such a shame that the after sales service is so poor as the rest of the products I ordered and delivery were quite good.

Fast, efficient service
I ordered a replacement headphone cable for my Sennheiser HD25 headphones. The order was made at 11am and I had the cable in my hands by 9am the next day. A very fast and efficient service. Excellent price too. Highly recommended!

Cheap and reliable website for vinyl!
Great store! They always get my orders to me in a few days and their prices are very competative as well. With a good selection of vinyl to choose from it is by far one of the best websites for wax that exists.
I only wish they gave the MP3s for free with the purchase.

Have ordered from this company a few times now, they keep you informed deliver on time and goods are excellent. My only (personal) issue is that twice I have tried to order 2 of the same thing,only to be disappointed by only having one left in stock. Like I say a bit petty really :( sorry guys otherwise :) :)

Spot on every time...
Quickest to deliver than any other online record store, sick D&B collection (couldnt comment on the other genres they stock though :/ ). literally the only thing that lets them down is how they hardly ever seem to re-stock records in high demand!!! because then I've gotta go to discogs and pay through the teeth for a release which i could have paid £5-10 on chemical if they re-stocked!!!

Great choice of tunes and service!
Only two things are to be criticised about this site:
1) The site is too slow, way too slow all the time. They should really do something about that.
2) Sometimes items just switch between "in stock" and "forthcoming" or "sold out" several times in a few hours. That doesn't seem right to me, but who am I to know that?
Anyways, this makes it really difficult for me to decide when to order, because I have to ship in the ware to Germany and the shipping costs can get heavy sometimes.
Otherwise great site, keep up the good work!
I'd recommend it to anyone who does not have a local small records store nearby or is just looking for some hard to get tunes!

Cannot fault their outstanding service.
I ordered some decksavers, which were shipped within an hour of placing the order and got to me early Tuesday morning (would of been Monday, but we had a bank holiday). I really have nothing bad to say about Chemical Records and have always been pleased with the prompt shipping.

Quality i like
Ordered a couple of dresses and some vests which turned out to be even better quality than i had imagined. They were well packaged, which is always a plus and didn't break the bank (caught the sale), only issue i'd say was royal mail. They delivered the parcel and instead of waiting to hand it to me, left it in a communal area for anyone coming in or out to take.
