Items delivered 3 days from confirmation of order, what more can you ask for? Cheapest product, seamless service, real value for money and oh, user-friendly website. I do get excited when I find online sellers who are serious in keeping customers happy. You've got me now! Buy with confidence folks!!!!
I bought a massage chair off this company in june, after one use it stopped working. went through HELL to get details of how to send this back to get a replacement. sent it back on 19th august and nothing was sent back, contacted the company in october and they said they'll send one out yet nothing!! just had to e-mail the CEO of the company in hope of getting a replacement or refund. i will NEVER be using this company again.
I have ordered 3 shavers with battery. They sent me 3 without battery and wrote me a note, which said sorry, we are sold out, but we send you something else in same category. But I don't want something else!!! I would like, in stead, not to have anything and save the money!!! Very bad service!
I have used this company on several occasions. Recently ordered 4 Pearl Drops Party Sparkle and was sent 4 other Pearl drops items. Since there was no returns note I rang the company on several occasions and left email messages. Office always closed and no reply to emails. In the end I used a Paypal dispute, to which they did not respond, and I did get my money back through Paypal. I am surprised the website is still up and running as something is definitely not right with this company!
My quantity limitation to purchase nasal spray for more than 1 person was never replied to. So I rang at 1pm on Wednesday the expensive 0844 telephone service open between M & F, 9 -5, to be told (after all the options recited) that the office was closed. Later, when I tried again it was still closed.
What service is this!!
If this is how a company treats its customers, then I will shop elsewhere.
I ordered from this company after checking their reviews and expected a quick delivery but even though they took my money on 22/08/2013 I have still not received the items by 19/09/2013 and all my requests are being ignored. Would not recommend this company to you
I've purchased previously from chemist-4-U so I had no qualms about doing so again. My order did not arrive and I can handle an item going missing, this doesn't impact on a review of a company, but how they deal with it does. Something was fishy about the whole transaction. I received my order confirmation and a tracking number to track my order. Only the tracking number was not recognised by the site I was directed to. I later received an automated email saying I'd been to the website and failed to check out, but I had a confirmation from C4U and a receipt from Paypal. so I contacted C4U through their web-page customer service form and received no reply. I contacted them twice more before following a link in one of the emails to a slightly different form and from that I did get a reply on saying the order was sent and that it was a Royal Mail error and they've lost the package. I was more than a little suspicious as the tracking number they gave me did not work at all, but this could still have been a Royal Mail issue, fair enough. Some days after, I receieved a partial refund as they are only allowed to dispense 1 packet of Sudafed. Firstly, this should be on the site in the first place (it still isn't) but also, if this is the case, why was I not advised about it when my first order was sent? The guts of it, I'm not sure whether C4U had an issue or Royal Mail, but the ineffective customer service contact system did not work and that is frustrating. If it's there, it should work. Disparity between how many of an item the website suggests I can receiveand what I got is also a frustration.I'm also suspicious that this wasn't an issue when my first order was "lost".
I feel disinclined to return. While the prices are notably cheaper than chemist-direct, I would fear getting a similar run-around again
Twice I tried to order some cough medicine from them. Each time I got an e-mail saying that the order had been dispatched, should arrive in 7-10 days, and giving me a 'tracking' number. When nothing had arrived after 10 days, I tried to 'track' my order on the system, only to get a 'number doesn't exist' message. I then e-mailed Chemist-4-u to find out where my order was, only to get a reply from them a couple of days later saying that my order had been cancelled. VERY BAD SERVICE - WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.
Ordered on 18th Aug, now 31 Aug and still no item. Went to locatemyorder and put in order number - cannot be found. Called customer services, but I gave up in the end as I was waiting for ages, despite being number 1 in the queue. Filled in online contact form asking about whereabouts of item - still no reply (3 days ago). Filled in online ticket this morning. Wait to see if I get a response....
I purchased two Groupon vouchers for "Fake Bake Lip Gloss: Five Assorted Colour". The deal promised "Five shades supplied from a choice of six, including shimmering pink and ruby red". However I received ten glosses in just two shades, not five. Hardly the assortment that was advertised. I have contacted chemist 4 u twice through their ticket system to try and have the glosses returned and replaced with the assortment advertised but a full week has passed and I have not even received a reply. The lack of customer service is unacceptable. Do not waste your time or money with Chemist 4 u
The product and the service was great, only let down by courier, left parcel at neighbours, no problem, but did not leave a card and with work patterns tooks a few days to cross paths with neightbour who could not understand why I hadn't come to collect the parcel, but I did not know it had been deliveried
I ordered a number of items from Chemist-4-u which in total exceeded £20 so should have qualified for free delivery. However I was charged with delivery and had to telephone to get re-imbursed. When the order arrived there was one item missing. I am still waiting to see if it arrives seperately. As the days go by it is looking increasingly unlikely the item will arrive so I will need to phone again to chase them up. I know there are often times when things may be out of stock but it would have been really helpful to have received an email or something to let me know what's happening.
