The product arrived on time. The price was excellent.
The product was very poorly wrapped. The package had come open and internal boxes were crushed. It was lucky the product was not damaged or lost. It could easily have been water damaged or have revealed private information. A poor effort.

It is thoughtful of you to refund my packaging payment, when the job was done so poorly by your company.
The wider issue is of course bigger than the physical packaging quality.
It is the potential for damaged goods and loss of privacy incurred by your company error.
You must ensure pharmaceutical products are packaged appropriately in every dispatch, as you cannot easily compensate for the above.
I ordered items which I could not get on the high street and paid via PayPal however one item was out of stock and the refund was done the day after I had placed the order.
I was kept informed of delivery which was done in 4 days

I couldn't believe the price of these meds and the fact that they were dispatched so quickly really impressed me. If it wasn't for the fact that I have a pre-payment NHS certificate, I'd be getting as much as possible from this site. Clearly, it deserves to be a huge success.

The order arrived as if the items had been thrown into the box without much care. One item was missing so, as instructed, I opened a ticket enquiry to which there was no response other than an automated email. I kept checking the status and eventually was told that it was closed. So I opened a new enquiry and eventually I received a reply suggesting that the parcel had gone missing in the post and that a claim would be made from the Royal Mail. This showed that my original message had not been read properly so I referred customer services to the original enquiry. Soon after a refund for the missing item was made despite the fact that I had requested a resend when offered a choice between refund or resend. Once again a case of sloppy customer service. The whole procedure took an unacceptable five weeks.
I have been buying hay fever tablets from here for the last few years at less than 10% of the price of branded items in high street shops. I hesitated on my first order as I wondered whether they would be genuine at such low prices, but they definitely are.
I ordered some Gillette Fusion Power Razor Blades and they sent me Venus even though the delivery note said Gillette Fusion Razorblades. Raised a Support Ticket but they have not bothered to contact me for 4 days. Not impressed and must warn others about this.
I should have been more suspicious as they do not provide a telephone number to contact them. Normally this would sound the alarm bells for me.
I received my order after waiting 5 days for it to arrive only to find that not all of my order could be fulfilled and that they had refunded onto a voucher two products I desperately needed. At no point did I receive a email or phone to tell me of this change to my order. I also have no way of being able to get my "voucher". All in all very disappointed.
I ordered shaving blades through a groupon deal on Chemist-4-u's homepage.
Both the original groupon deal and the homepage stated up to 2 weeks (14 days) delivery time, but I had my goods in only 2 days!
I bought a Groupon Deal and was directed to a website. The first try I made was a total failure.... I could not get my order to come through although I tried many times. Wasted half hour there. Then I had to write a ticket to support. Wait for their reply and then try to order again. had some trouble there again but finally managed to complete the order and pay. Complicated system and in total more than on hour to order two bottles of Curanail. Would not recommend this
I just contacted the customer service about that. I will rectify this review once I'll receive them. The first time I ordered it with them, that was about 3 years ago, everything was ok.
Very good: 2 upgrades! Shipping to Austria took it's time (2-3 weeks) but we will order again and can recommend it!
I bought some new antihistamines from this company and, due to the size of my order, I ended up talking to customer service -- who were a delight. Prompt, polite and so easy to work with.
I raised a call on the 20th May regarding a faulty electric blanket (231950). I returned the item as requested. I updated my call on 19th June as I had not heard from the company or received a replacement. When I went back on to see the status of my call it had been closed with no resolution or item received. I raised another call on 9th July raising my concerns and asking for someone to contact me (922233). I have just checked the status of this call and this too has been closed with no comment or resolution or communication. I am utterly at a loss for words as there seems to be no other way of contacting the company. Is there anything you can do to help support me as a consumer?
I ordered 3 months' worth of hay fever tablets and nasal spray as a first order. The site was easy to use, very clear about what was needed for what, asked sensible questions, and then filled the order really promptly. I shall definitely use them again.
I had a bad experience with them previously but decided to give them another go.
They didn't have everything I wanted (I got chlorphenamine tablets but not the topical Fenistil gel I was also after) but the tablets were delivered without any fuss within a few days so no complaints.
Easy site to use, good product range, reasonable prices, prompt delivery - could not ask for more
This is user-friendly company that makes it possible to get over-the-counter medications when one can't get it in the States. I am so grateful for this company because my illness has me in pain a lot. Having the cuprofen available to me is absolutely wonderful.
