Order arrived in less than 24hrs!

The order was placed on the afternoon of the 23rd, after the midday cut of point. The stock items were despatched on Friday, and delivered on tueday 28th. The Monday was a bank holiday so, allowing for the order being placed after the midday cut off, delivered next working day.
The incubator as a special order item was despatched on the Tuesday after the bank holiday and delivered 2 days later, well before the "Despatch within 1 week" time offered.
The service received is exactly as described on the website.

Operating well, although only installed for one day and being pestered for review..... A bit longer would be better.
All in all a good product, does what it says on the tin, presuming it continues to operate ok. A bit tricky to install, especially when lining up the unit with the door attached in the open position. Also instructions tell you to attach the cord to the door but doesn't explain how. I used a garden tie..... make sure the knot goes on the outside.

Great value Chicken feeder and drinker!
This feeder and drinker are great for my chicks. Although I only have four, I do not have to worry that they are left hungry or thirsty if I do not get back in time from work to feed them and not have to fill up everyday. If I do get back in time to see them, they are ecstatic to see me especially with sunflower seeds or meal worms treats. These work a treat for them and me. I agree with other buyers that feeder comes with no instructions but it is no rocket science to put together. I also took on board other buyers' views that water does seep through in heavy downpour therefore did a bit of DIY to improve this. I covered the centre hollow metal tube and put a cap on the top to stop rainwater leaking in and also seal the large umbrella disc/hat. Put wire through hole at top of tube to suspend it to prevent rats or rodents getting to it. So all in all, feeder and drinker works for me and at great value. My hens free range most mornings and all day on weekends - they are very, very happy hens.

A fine and well executed buying experience
My initial thought on clicking on the shippers link and finding no record of the transaction, even after phoning them was one of deep suspicion, but my order of a coop door opener arrived the next morning at eight am! even though the shipper, after delivery, still could not trace my order. Perhaps you need to have a sit down with their rep.
I look forward to the completion of my order with the arrival of the door timer in mid June. On the whole and in spite of the lack of tracking on my order my experience with you is one I would rate as five star.

First class service and fast delivery
Quick and easy website to find exactly what I needed and fast service as fencing was needed on the hurry up.
Fantastic delivery and exactly as described.
I ordered these on the monday and they were delivered by the wednesday.
I needed something to present mini cupcakes in and thought egg boxes would be the right shape and size. They were exactly as i wanted. The colour even matched my business cards so they looked fantastic on display.

Friendly Fast Service
What a lovely bunch of people. Everyone is really friendly and nothing is too much trouble. They contact you if there are any problems and are very approachable if you have any queries. The website is easy to use and there is loads of information and guidance included too. I would definitely use Wells Poultry again.

Just like the one my grandfather had.........
Well, it will be when the shiny new galvanising has weathered down a bit. My 1/2 gallon poultry drinker is well made, looks like it will last for decades even outside, and arrived very quickly. No strong winds yet, but it is very stable and it looks like it won't blow over. And, unlike the plastic drinkers, it won't go brittle with exposure to UV. Perfect, really.

Good value, great delivery service
I have two pet chickens - one of them started to exhibit the telltale signs of coccidiosis so I did an internet search for a treatment. Wells sell Coxoid at a very reasonable price (a lot cheaper than some other suppliers) and promised a speedy delivery (3-5 days). This was really important as another supplier was stating delivery 25-30 days from date of order! Wells must have sent the order as soon as they got my online payment because it was delivered the very next day. Incredible service as I really needed to start treating my chicken straight away - thanks Wells!

Beyond Expectations
I ordered some heat lamps, which were already good value for money, I then received a call to say that they were out of stock but could be substituted with an even better value brand and they would credit the difference. I told them not to mess around with credits of just a few pence, I was happy just to have the lamps. When they arrived a free gift had been included in the package worth far more than the difference.

IN OR OUT , THE CHUCKS ALRIGHT .
As I go away a lot the auto chuck door opener/shutter is a lifesaver for both me and my chucks . I dont have to rely on neighbours to shut the chucks up late in the evening and let them out early in the morning , its done automatically as sure as the sun rises and sets . BRILLIANT

I have recently bought a number of items from "Wells Poultry Ltd" and was really impressed with the hassle free service I received. All the items that I ordered arrived well packaged and were in good working order. I also received a number of emails informing me of the status of my order along with a tracking number for my parcel. P+P charges were very reasonable and all the items I bought are competitively priced. The next time I need some more chicken supplies I will definitely be ordering from them again.

A brilliant device, had to rush out to see if it worked at night. Chickens now up at 5am.
Just what you need when you have chickens. Don't have to worry when they go to bed or get up in the morning. Now our holidays are hassle free, just got to get a family member to check on the food & water supply. All we need now is for the little blighters coughing up many more eggs to cover their overheads.
