BEEN LOOKING FOR THIS TYPE OF WATER DRINKER .FREE STANDING NO HASSEL JUST FILL.NO MESSING ABOUT. TRYING TO TURN IT UPSIDE DOWN WOULD RECOMEND TO ANY ONE OWNING CHICKINGS; LOVE IT.

1st order brilliant 2nd not so good

Received email with conformation of order and expected delivery time.Had to phone as goods didn't arrive, was told item was out of stock. Email informing me of this would have been nice

I have used Wells Poultry on a number of occasions and I have been impressed with both the product and the service. Our items have always arrived within a good time and always in perfect order. We have found the Heat lamp with dimmer switch to be most useful especially as it gives us more control.
Overall product good, service good. Certainly no complaints.

Excellent bit of kit but instructions lacking

The auto door opener has made my life much easier, but the instructions weren't very clear at all. In actual fact, it is quite easy to install, but there was no instruction telling me where to connect the light sensor cable. A little confusing.

The door opener is a fantastic, clever, extremely useful piece of kit.

I ordered a Standard Heat Lamp and a Philips Energy Saving Infra Red Bulb 175w.
Received on date specified. Haven't set it up yet for our Dogs Kennel as weather is warmer at present.

An excellent one stop chicken shop!

I ordered 6 dummy eggs and 6 coloured rings for my new girls on Wednesday evening and they were here on Friday morning!! Excellent service, speedy delivery very well packed and the girls all have their own identity now and we have had our first 3 eggs this morning. Thank you, will definitely be returning back to order more stuff in the future.

Great item ! Brought a large 12lt chicken water feeder I was that pleased with it and the service I got, I also brought a large feeder too , over the top really as I have 6 chickens but I can go away for weekends and possibly a week with out worrying if my chickens have food and water as they have a large run /pen , great quality and fast delivery can't fault anything

Ordered 600 egg boxes - arrived virtually the next day although 3-5 days advised - but P&P would have covered Citilink - unpacked and already in use - thanks wish I had ordered a few quail egg boxes! Back for some more thanks.

Wells Poultry - superb value, great communication and quick delivery

I have bought several times from Well Poultry - feeders, tonics, automatic door opener/closer. Never had any problems with their service or their products. My latest buy was the BEC Wise chicken feeder. It holds 2-3 days worth of feed and was supposed to cut down on wasted food - and it does. Make sure you start with the restrictor plate almost closed and adjust it until the feed flows OK. If you start with the restrictor fully opened, the chickens will empty the feeder very quickly and cover the run with layers pellets.

Customer service doesn't live up to expectations, in fact right now it's non existent

Have ordered many things from Wells Poultry over the last couple of years and usually the products work well and are promptly delivered. However I've just bought a VSB timer which I can't get to work. The instructions that come with it are pretty incomprehensible and the supplementary instructions on their website aren't much clearer. I'm not the only person who has said so. I've tried posting a query on the website, emailing the customer services and phoning the 0800 number. The latter just rings and rings and after two days I've had zero response to the either of the others. Again, I'm not the only person to have experienced a blackhole of support. I didn't want to post a negative review but perhaps someone will contact me now and give me the level of customer service their website promises, but has yet to deliver...
