Hit & Miss
The accommodation was all that we could ask for, for a group of 12 on a stag do. Had the basics that we needed for the weekend to get by. Could of done with being a little closer to more night life & closer to the sea front. Had to taxi about a fair amount.
The VIP Bar crawl was a bit of a waste of time for us. We did 3 bars and a club. In this time we had 1 free drink and 1 free shot. There were no VIP booth's or things like that, and in fact in 2 of the bars we went to, the bill came out and shocked the majority of us as to how much it was, it's looked like the 2 'free' drinks we got were actually added to the bill. But still at least taxi from bars to clubs was paid for. In the end though we just ended up going back to a club that we found the previous night as we knew it was a good place.
The Barcelona football was a highlight, enjoyed the match despite the weather, only snag was I would of thought he tickets should of all been booked at the same time, yet we were scattered all over the place in the seating. 3 of the guys had to enter the stadium at entrance 19, one of us was in entrance 1, and the rest in entrance 2. So by not all sitting in the same rows and such it did really kill the mood a little bit as we were all really up for the match before hand. The stag ended up being with 2 of us somewhere else completely while the rest of us were scattered in one block 3 or 4 rows apart. Also strange the tickets said £57 yet we paid £70 for them. Is there really a £13 booking fee per ticket.
Enjoyed the weekend completely, I was told to watch my pockets for pickpockets, but fortunately didn't seem that bad at all. The city was great, shame about the weather but not a lot you could do there. As mentioned maybe put more into the "VIP Bar Crawl" because it certainly didn't feel VIP, and it was hardly a crawl. The fact we ended up at a club we ourselves went to the first night because we preferred it says it all.

One stop shop for hen weekend madness
After coming back from a hen weekend supplied by Chillisauce, I had an exhausting exhilarating time and loved every minute. We did It's a Knockout, Adonis Caberet and club entry, then stayed in a local B&B. The staff at all venues kept us entertained and I would love to do it all again. It was easy to use the online payment system and all the hens were able to pay in installments if they wished and made it so much easier for the chief hen to organise and not keep chasing us to give her the money.

Really easy to deal with!
They arranged everything at a lower price than I was able to arrange myself and it all went better than expected. Accommodation was good for hostel standards and all the activity firms were of high quality too. A really good weekend.

Absolutely shocking!
Accommodation
Absolutely shocking. We emaield to confirm that we would be getting twin rooms to which whoever she emailed confirmed this. Turns out the hotel does not provide twin rooms, only doubles. Standard of room very poor.
Strip show
Dance lesson was late so we were late getting to strip show, was not offered drink on arrival (had to go to bar and ask) missed ALL food and no photos after, (strippers stayed for about 10 minutes afterwards) and we were ushered out by doormen. Show was ok.
Club venue
Cant fault Tiger Tiger, brilliant place.
Dance lessons
Dance lessons were good fun, but instructor turned up an hour and a quarter late, We got to venue and it was as though no one knew who we were, asked if one of US was taking the class. Then we had to do all chasing with Chillisauce, instructor and Twist and Pout. Knocked whole day back and made a horrible rush for getting ready for night. Dance filmed on instructors PHONE, and I have not received a copy of this yet.
City
Had no guidance as to where to go first night and ended up in really rough part of Newcastle. Dance instructor said we should have been given better advice by Chillisauce as we hated first nights bars and went home early.
I have absolutely no idea what we have paid all that money for. They organised us extremely badly and then left us to it. I woud never ever recommend anyone use that company again.

We are currently investigating your issue with the hotel rooms with our hotel contact.
It is worth mentioning that you had no guest list entries booked with us for the Friday night. The very reason we encourage people to let us sort the night life side of things for the group is so you do not end up in rough parts of town. It is a shame you had to go home early as Newcastle has so many great places to party.
We have spoken to the dance lesson supplier who confirmed the group was contacted by the instructor on the day to apologies for being stuck in traffic but ensured the group would still have a full session. Strangely, the supplier received a text message from the group leader saying ‘It was great and she was fantastic. No harm done on the lateness front…’ . Also, the lesson was booked for 12pm and the arrival time at the male cabaret was 6pm. Whilst we understand that some delays can’t be helped but can have a knock on effect there should still have been plenty of time to get ready for the night out and arrive on time.
We are glad you enjoyed the Saturday night’s night life organised by us.

Top firm, well organised and an excellent stag do as a result
Organised my brothers stag do for 7 through chillisauce.co.uk - Ashley our trip advisor got us everything we needed, quad biking, hotel, guest list entries, all at a price we could afford. Website works well if you're organising as no need to collect money / pay up front, and no risk of loosing any cash. Top notch service, cracking stag do! Recommend fury events in Durham for quad biking, especially if it has rained!!!!
I hope Ashley gets some credit for his hard work organising it from your end! Top lad!

Great service and delivered a fantastic stag weekend!
Couldn't ask for anything more in a tour operator. Our rep was perfectly friendly and helpful and advised us of some really fantastic activities.
The Trabant Rally experience was so much fun and the perfect way to spend the morning after the night before.
Would definitely recommend this company to friends and will hopefully be using them again in the near future.

Playing video games is more realistic
Went clay pigeon shooting. Group of 10, around half an hour wait between goes. Only get two shots before having to spend a minute reloading. Targets weren't fun or challenging. Views were uninspiring.

We have previously only had great feedback from this supplier so I will be sure to pass your comments on.
A half an hour wait between goes for a group of ten means you had to wait 5 hours before your next turn which is clearly unacceptable.
We shall let them know.

Great weekend down to the last detail
We used Chillisauce for a hen weekend. It was exactly as they said it would be down to the last detail. The themed dance lesson was the highlight of the weekend, brilliant teacher and we were giggling all the way through.
Their website is well set up and you can access your own private area for your group and see a full itinerary with maps for each of your events which is great if, like us, you're going to a place you don't know very well.

Thank you for a brilliant weekend for my mates stag do.
We organised a trip containing paint balling, karting and greyhound racing over a weekend staying in Nottingham. We had a fantastic time. From the very start dealing with chillisauce we knew we were in safe hands, everything was organised well, I had plenty of communication and updates and I really like the payment system. I saved me handling everybody's money which would have been a lot of hassle. Everything ran smoothly, and there isn't really anything bad I can say, the price was great for the package, their advice on tap was great and the way the website is organised is simple and efficient.

Perfect stag weekend.
The weekend could not have gone more smoothly, organised brilliantly by Ali.
Go karting was excellent as were all the bars we went in including Hooters, you cannot go to Nottingham and not visit this place. The hotel was far, far better than expected, spotless, huge rooms and a decent breakfast

Well organised and a big help
Having a single point of contact at chillisauce was very helpful and they helped organise a great weekend for 16 people.
Everything went smoothly and they even helped book taxis at the last minute hunting around for the best deal.
If you want to organise a stag do without any hassle I recommend using Chillisauce.

Easiest way to organise hen party
Good service, kept up to date regularly via email. Chillisauce were very accommodating for any changes we needed to make. Great that can pay in instalments but don't understand the need for a payment charge every time not when paypal is so easily available these days. Well organised for time between destinations, took alot of the stress out of the whole orgainising.

Great Serivce ! very easy to book and pay .
We had an great time on the Hen do . Everything was as it said it would be and our chilli sauce host was very helpfull. He help with even the small request . i really like the booking and paying system they have. It was very easy for all of the guest to pay and comunicate with each other. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible!
The venue for our pole dancing lesson (for my hen) was double booked!! No free t-shirt or bottle of champage. 100% NOT as described. The event was not planned properly whatsoever and I was very, very disappointed when I got there.
If you are using Chillisauce MAKE SURE they have everything in place before you get to your event. There was a clear lack of communication between the venue and the organisers. Such a shame.

We feel that we need to explain what happened on the day. There was no double booking, the venue had taken a booking for an earlier slot from another company that overran.
The Chillisauce account manager responsible for your booking had done everything they normally would do for a booking such as this from the planning, booking, securing and confirming stages – the fact that there was a previous group that overran and outstayed their time slot at the venue is something that he nor we could have foreseen. Our suppliers have been informed from the venue that they will not be using that other agent again and our supplier has apologised for the instructor not being more forceful to have the other group removed earlier.
Whilst this does not make up for the disappointment you and your group faced on the day we do hope this clears the matter slightly more. If you’d like to discuss things further please email me at support@chillisauce.co.uk

the best stag do I could of had
The stag do weekend was so good start to finish.
The hotel was clean and looked very presentable the rooms was nice and big. The breakfast was a lot and good all what u need.
The activities like the comedy club Friday was so funny and the comedians where good. The food and drink was good and the night went well. The paintballing for saturday was fun very organised and good for your money. And not bad for 4hrs to. What can u say about hooters food drinks and girls u cant go wrong.
So just to finish off it was a great stag do and great activities and very happy.

ChilliSauce helped organise a great send off for our Stag.
After searching around and looking at a few stag companies, Chillisauce seemed to have the best packages.
I got in touch with Bekki who would be our Account Manager and help organise the events, she graciously answered every single question i asked and helped out in refunding one guy who after paying in full couldnt attend the full weekend, and didnt mind sorting out the accounts when one guy pulled out and another took his place.
Our weekend in Edinburgh was brilliant and the events and locations that chillisauce offer are great, our activity day ran smoothly and our hostel was a great place to stay.
My thanks to all involved in giving our Stag a fantastic send off.

Excellent and hassle free weekend!
Just wanted to say thank you to Chillisauce, they gave me a great Stag weekend. Clubs, Events and Hotel were all great! Everyone in my party were happy with everything there were no faults! Easy organisation for holidays
Great organisation tool for managing a holiday trip for a large group of people. They collect all the the cash for accommodation, transfers and entertainment and organise activities so that it all goes through at the same time. Very useful and makes sure everyone who's down to go has paid up before the trip. Saves sorting money on arrival.
Highly recommend the service.

Great Hen Weekend
Just got back from a great hen weekend in Cardiff, using the company chillisauce. It was really good fun, and the events that we had organised, (pole dancing & cocktail making) were great and definitely made the weekend. The club entry was good on the Saturday night and the hotel was a great location, nearby to everything and all in walking distance. The only problem we experienced was a mix up with the room bookings when we arrived at the hotel which did cause our bride to be a bit of unnecessary hassle in trying to sort it all out. Otherwise a fantastic time was had by everyone!

Alright Dave, how are things? Yeah, not bad, just got back from Amsterdam, it was really good. A company called Chilli Sauce organised everything and it all went very smoothly, did some cool shit that we would never of done if they hadn't been involved. You should use them for that lads trip you were planning.

Great weekend, couldnt have gone better
Booked a stag weekend in Nottingham for myself and 8 others. We were well looked after for all the activities and at the hotel.
Our account manager Katie was helpful and responsive at all times and made the stress of organizing a little less.

Love Love me do
Liverpool went down well with our stag week end from York.
Apartment very well equipment we even used the ironing board for our shirts for the Saturday night out,the location very central for all the night life.
Clay pigeon shooting well organised and very professional in its presentation .
All in all an excellent weekend well done chilli sauce.
