Please be careful booking with these. They tell you all the rules after they have taken a deposit. Then they say you have 4 weeks to book it and get deposits. Then you receive an email saying dont worry you can add people on at a later date but when you dont pay by the 4 weeks you find out actually you cant add anyone on at a later date and then they cancel your bookings. I got offered a free hen place to start with and then go that taken away. Only through saying i wasnt going to book did i then get it offered back. I have sent 2 emails and have no reply in response to returning my deposits. Book it yourself direct its much cheaper!!

We're sorry to hear you feel misinformed. However, we've looked at our communications and believe we've been transparent with you throughout the booking process.
You were emailed on the 1st February 2013 explaining your booking would be cancelled if you did not pay the minimum number of deposits required for your hen-do to go ahead.
Once our groups select their weekend, we have to take deposits to secure places on activities and accommodation and to ensure we don't let suppliers down. By not paying you are preventing other groups from being booked into these spaces so therefore we can only hold out for your group for so long.
You emailed us to say that you would pay, but didn't - so we had to cancel the booking. A month later you emailed asking to add people to the cancelled booking.
We are flexible with all our groups and allow additional hens or stags to join parties, providing there is activity and accommodation availability and only if the minimum amount of deposits are paid in the first place.
