I recently went on a stag party for my best friend on saturday 29 june. There were many of us (22/23) in attendance costing approx 90 each. I would have expected Chillisauce to have been able to organise the event properly. One of the activities we were most looking forward to was the quad biking which the stag has specifically requested. However this was not relayed to the staff onsite you make us undertake 'madkatz' which no one in our group was pleased with and in fact nearly all were disappointed. What's more worrisome is that chillisauce have not reacted kindly to our group complaint about this issue and a staff member has been rude to us. This is not appropriate behaviour for any company and particularly not to customers who spent nearly £2000 for the event. In any circumstance the customer is always right and rudeness and poor service cannot be tolerated. This needs to be rectified.

It was advised by us and the activity centre prior to arrival of how the day would will run due to your increased numbers. We are sorry that this information was not passed on, and this led to your disappointment with the activity day.
