A great experience with no problems.
Our weekend with Chillisauce went really well, with little to no problems.
There was an interesting mixture of activities and venues, the bars with Guest entry were good and the Hotel was very nice.
I had a great time and would happily recommend to a friend.

Helped made organising the Hen much easier.
They were accommodating with requests and alterations to the activities. This allowed us to fit in everything we wanted to do. Really useful that they sort out getting payments from a large group of people. Hassle free.

Gave us great ideas and simplified the process.
The website is full of great ideas for stag do's and made life a lot easier deciding where to go and what to do. Getting quotes was simple for various activities and made managing a budget easier. The website was easy to use and the staff were also very responsive.

Fantastic flexibility and price - perfect for stag or activity weekend
I would definitely recommend Chilli Sauce as an events organising company. We got a great price for a weekend away in Bristol. There were lots of options to choose from and alot of flexibility with what we wanted to do and when.

Great packages, really good service and value for money
I'd definitely recommend, the package we got was perfectly organised. All elements were of a high standard, everywhere was expecting us, so there were no problems. Staff at Chillisauce always very helpful.

Good overall experience and a happy bride to be, but poor communication
Chillisauce have great flexibility which means you can choose your activities which is brilliant. Our group contains performers, musicians and designers etc - so it is very tricky to find an activity which will be new and exciting for everyone.
The online management tool was really good. It helped me collect everyone's details and tracked who was coming to which part of the day. Although it could be improved if you could download the data into Excel to add your own information such as menu choices.
The payment by deposit and balance works really well. It means no one else has to pay for anyone else, which is good.
The communication from my account manager was poor. I could never get hold of her on the phone and my calls were not returned. We had a last minute hiccup the day before the hen do (down to one of the bridesmaids) and I left 3 voicemails requesting a return phone call and sent multiple email messages also requesting a phone call. I only had email responses. I would have preferred a phone call as requested.
I also got given the wrong menu for the comedy club. A menu was attached to my members area so I sent this out to all the girls. I asked my account manager if I needed to pre-book food (10 days before the event) and I was told I had to pre-order 3 days in advance. This only gave me 1 week to ask 26 people for the menu choices. I also got sent a completely different and much more limited menu. Our group had 13 vegetarians - there was only one vegetarian choice on the second menu. It would have been really helpful if the correct menu was given in the first place and the requirement to pre-book food had been communicated! I don't know what would have happened if I had not asked!

With regards to the communications for your Event Manager we have looked at the call records and agree with you. The person in question has been spoken today and is now fully aware of the minimum standards expected in this area. We apologise for any inconvenience caused but if you’d rung our mainline at any point and asked for a colleague or a manager you would have been assisted on the spot.
We are also sorry about the menu situation and realise it can be stressful in such circumstances when organising a group. Things like this are a bit unavoidable for us most of the time however as suppliers often change menus / product offerings at short notice. This can be awkward when our customers booking many months ahead but we do our best to minimise the impact.
We do very much hope to be able to help out in the future should you or a friend require our services.

Great Venue - Well organised
When booking with Chillisauce i thought it may have been expensive - however it was excellent value for money and would use this company again for future stag doos.

Hassle-free fun!
We had a great time shooting clay fowl and checking out Chester. The accommodation was comfortable and well-situated, and there were no issues with timings at any point. We didn't go to the club as they were IDing everyone, despite us all being +27/looking it, and they were charging £8 on the door! No other complaints though. Would use again!

Great weekend, thanks!
Chillisauce helped me and my co-best man set up a stag for 13 guys in Budapest. It went very smoothly thanks to superb people at both ends and coordination between the two. Our event manager sorted everything before we went and dealt with our queries, and our Budapest guide was helpful well beyond the call of duty.
Definitely wouldn't consider booking a stag to somewhere like this DIY; Chillisauce made the whole thing simple.

Perfect!
I organised a hen do for 15 girls to Nottingham, with 80's dance lessons and cocktail making as our activities. I organised the whole thing though Chillisauce and found the whole process easy and stress-free. They were very knowledgeable on the location and activities and offered great suggestions for places to go out if we fancied something different. The online payment process was a great help and enabled everyone to manage their own budgets and installments. I will be using again shortly as I have another hen do to organise and would definitely recommend to others.

Took the hassle out of planning a hen weekend for a pretty good price.
Arranged 4* hotel, dancing lesson, cocktail making & meal and a free late bar entry in Leeds. Definatly a better price than I could find, and much less hassle. Would recommend.

Good service for hassle free stag do.
Recently came back from a stag do organised by Chillisauce. The whole thing went smoothly and I thought the prices were decent. Basically, you get your hotel, your activity, your meal and the option of going to a club (we didn't use theirs).
If you don't want to spend an age planning a stag do, it's a pretty good way to do it. I do think you lose a bit of that personal touch, but people lead busy lives nowadays, don't they!
No complaints with the service offered at all.

Great stuff. If u want all the admin done for u then these are the guys. Stress free staggiing
If you want a stag friendly hotel, a fun and well organised day activity and a helping hand with your night time drinking then I would highly recommend.
Also, there is a payment screen so all stag goers pay into their own balance; meaning u don't have to put lots on a credit card upfront !!

Awesome stag!
9 of us went to Brighton and it was the dogs! The hostel was everything we needed, the go karting was really good! Chillisauce made the whole booking progess stress free and a total breeze! Could not recommend them enough.

A stag do to remember...hazily
Chillisauce.co.uk did a great job of organising our stag weekend. They planned us a stay in a 4* hotel in south kensington, a casino evening with food, drink and a free bet, guest list entry into Picadilly Institute, and a 2 course meal at Waxy O'Connors. From start to finish everything went off without a hitch and was great fun. It was brilliantly executed and fantastic fun.
Needless to say it was a non stop weekend and most of us are struggling to piece together every event of the weekend through blurry eyes and hazy memories.
Our stag loved every minute and I will definitely be considering using chillisauce again in the future.

Great weekend, great city, greatly organised!
Was very easy to get about between apartment and clubs on both Friday and Saturday night! Door men on Saturday night were helpful in directing us to another pub as the last one on our crawl was quiet until later that night!
The paintballing was fantastic craic, the company let us play an extra game at end as we were a bit late.

You get more than you expect!
To be honest the whole weekend package excelled itself - so well organised, everything fitted together perfectly and we got so much more than I was expecting!! I would definitely recomend this and if you are unsure or think something doesn't sound like good value, just Ask as we were pleasantly surprised - we got more than we thought!! Have fun people!

Takes the stress out of organising a stag weekend
The main selling point of Chillisauce is that they take all the hassle out of organising an event. They have a very simple system where you can pick and choose events or activities, and you don't have to chase people up for money because they do it for you. For the amount we paid we really couldn't fault the service - 2 nights in a hotel, paintball, knife and axe throwing lessons, entry to clubs, maps for pub crawls, all for £150.

Ste's London Stag Extravaganza
What a bit of luck coming across Chilli Sauce, they made brilliant suggestions - despite us changing our mind on venue. In the end went for 4* hotel, Urban Golf, RIB Ride, Comedy Club and VIP Club entrance over 2 nights in London - don't know how they did it for the price. Hotel, Crowne Plaza in Shoreditch excellent as was the location. Golf, RIB & Comedy club brilliant - the food was burger and chips but by that stage 'horse and chips' would have been ok with our guys. Comedians at the Sports Cafe (Jongleurs) - first one ok/average, 2nd one v poor/sad, 3rd one absolutely brilliant and the 4th act was great. Overall, a great weekend with very painless organisation by Chilli Sauce- a big thanks to Ellie who was patient, efficient, prompt - excellent - would recomend anyone to use them.

Chillisauce hot for some things but lacking spice in others
The hotel (travelodge) was shabby, uncomfortable beds and unclean room. When we arrive 4 adults in one room had been booked which is not allowed (3 adults max) so none of us were allowed to check in. However Chillisauce sorted it immediately.
The comedians at the comedy club on Friday and the service good, but the food (burger and chips) dreadful, think cardboard cold burgers and you would be there.
Butlers in the Buff were very good, I would consider hiring them for an event. Saturday's tapas was very good but we could of arranged Saturday better on our own.
Transport is not included in the cost so the cost of taxis everywhere added to the cost of the weekend.

Great company, completely made our stag do!!
Chillisauce were a great company. From the very start they were helpful and prompt with their contact. The stag do was organised quickly and we had a great time. The only small issues we had were not being booked onto the pool night but I think this was a misunderstanding by Rileys. Also, one of the events was quite far away.
Other than that it was a great experience and we are booking another stag do with them straight away!

Great company for a hassle free time!!!
This is the second time I have used this company, the deals and activities are fantastic. The only criticism I had was the change to the payment system that now you get charged every time you make a payment so paying your balance off in instalments means additional charges. Overall though, these guy know how to sort a good hen/stag do out and take away the hassle of collection the money ect.

Essential company for pain free organisation of a stag !
I got quotes from various companies but CS were very useful presenting me with the options over the phone. My account manager was always accessible and contactable over phone and email and she was happy to swap activities as required.
The payment process was a doddle and meant that i wasn't paying the money then personally chasing - i had nothing to lose with this method.
All events went exactly to plan and they were able to move things around to suit our needs and wallets !

Amazing weekend!!!
Had an amazing weekend in Leeds, all booked by Chillisauce. An amazing cocktail class with lots of cocktails, shots and food. Comedy club and dinner, entry into a nightclub and back to our 4* hotel. Great value for money and hassle free as everyone just logs on and makes their payment rather than having to chase people for their money and you can pay it up over a few weeks. Would definitely recommend and use again!!!!

Chillisauce. Hot hot hot.
Using Chillisauce to book this stag do was the best thing I did. They made it so easy and pain free. All the hassle of collecting money from the group was taken off my hands.
The options we had when deciding on venues, activities and dates were very good.
The staff (a guy named Van) were amazing. Very helpful and happy to help. (Even when I rang up for the most pointless of questions)
Basically, if you have a group of lazy mates who are unreliable when it comes to shelling out money (like I do), then Chillisauce is the perfect option.
Too be honest, even if your mates are super organised and generous, I'd probably still recommend them!!!

Great weekend, all sorted for us!
Good company, would def recommend to others planning stag or hen do's. Given entry to good clubs and a great little shooting club. No hassle, no problems, everything run nice and smoothly. Handy web site as well for keeping track of what your doing on your weekend and for tracking everyone in your groups payments.

Great Payment Structure & Organisation
I was a guest to a recent hen party and they used Chillisauce as the organiser. I was a bit sceptical in the beginning but they were really good at organising the hen party and making sure that we could get to each event and have fun at the clubs at the end of the evening. All of the venues were really close to each other so we could just walk from one event to the other. They have an easy payment structure where all the people attending the event can pay there contribution separately and can keep an eye on this and you can also email other people that are attending the event. I would highly recommend Chillisauce as they are great party organisers.

Great company with friendly, helpful staff.
I went to these guys last munite with a very unorganised hen do. They were really friendly and helpful and spent a lot of time searching for last munite availability for me. All though our arangements were last munite and complicated I feel the staff went all out to try and book something for us. We had a great weekend and I am really grateful.

Easy way of getting a big group in one place!
I'd recommend Chillisauce as an easy way of taking the hassle out of organising a big group event. My friend's Hen do was fun and pretty hassle free. We probably could have organised the events ourselves but the best part was paying online (means no one person has to pay up front or collect the money on the day from everyone).
