Good stag do weekend
We had a stag do in Cardiff arranged through Chilli Sauce which involved Karting, Clay Pigeon Shooting, Casino, Pool and bars/clubs. The hotel was very basic and we paid for the central location by the fact that it was above a bar and noisy until 6am. All of the activities were great and it would have been 5 stars if the hotel had been better, but I am guessing that we got what we paid for!

Very good, locations and great value for money.
Unable to work out how they manged to book all the hotels, food, entertainment all for £200 for 2 nights. Great value for money and smoothly operated.

a lazy best man's friend - save 300% and do it yourself instead.
Don't use this company. Everything they do is cheap but they charge at least 300% markup. A few phone calls could save a lot of money. Night club entry is only valid until 11pm so pretty much useless and you can get in easily anyway. Go karting worked out at over £3 per lap with a 16 second course and only 2 bends!

Amazing!!!!

This was the most stress free experience I've had organising a weekend for 30 excited women! Ha ha! First of all, the fact every1 has to log in and pay for their own individually was perfect! There was no chasing as I basically just said, this is when it needs to be paid and if u haven't ur not coming, it's out of my hands.
So, we arrived Friday afternoon to our apartments. These were amazing, it was basically a large building with 4 apartments in it, and because we were such a large group we had the run of the place, which meant no need to lock doors, we could go in and out of each others apartments without worrying about keys. The mums and aunties were in an apartment in the next door block which was good as it meant we didn't keep them up! The apartments were spacious and clean and ideal for the party we threw on the Friday night.
Saturday, our first stop was cheerleading. To be honest u could probably have stuck us all in a room with Pom poms and music and we could have entertained ourselves, ha ha! Only downsides were, there was nobody at the bar which meant ordering the drinks which was a bit of a faff, the room was too small for 30 people and it was roasting!!! Still enjoyed it tho!
Next was cocktail making at vodka revolution, this was the best part of the weekend in my opinion, the boys taking it were fab, the cocktails were great, they made it such a laugh and the platters to follow were well above average! Can't fault this at all!
At night we went out in Edinburgh of our own accord, had a brilliant night then home on Sunday.
Amazing weekend. :)

A Good Overall All Round Experience
Probably the first thing to say is that the online payment system takes all the hassle of sending cheques to the best man, and all the activities are listed clearly on the system.
The hotel was very clean with the staff making us feel most welcome, and the breakfast was perhaps one of the best I've ever had on my travels.
Unfortunately illness lay me low on the first night, so I missed the comedy night, but the other guys seemed to enjoy. Although driving is not my thing, I did enjoy the indoor karting with the staff offering a very professional service although I was exhausted at the end!
Nottingham is a brilliant city with lots of excellent pubs and restaurants, and cultural things to do in the downtime between driving and being silly.

Decent weekend
We went to Bristol and on arrival I was games with a £30 taxi fare to the cottages.
Once I arrived the venue was much better than I thought it would be.
We do archery and clay pigeon shooting which were great and half out group did the rages. The conditions weren't suitable though and the other half had their session cancelled but were quickly swapped to the carts
The accompanying was really good for us - the only issue was the shower had 2 settings. Freezing cold or scolding hot - which is far from ideal when you are caped in mud from the activities.
After our night out in Bristol our taxi cost £50 to get home so take this in to account when booking this venue but the experience overall was a great one

Stress free and easy
Chilliesauce took the pressure off whilst organising a stag do, they were helpful and kept on top of the booking.
Whilst on the stag do the guides took control of organisation leaving both best men to enjoy themselves and not worry about a thing.
I have already recommended Chilliesauce to others and would recommend them again to any best man struggling to come up with a plan.

Makes stag weekends so simple!
I would recommend going to Newcastle for a stag weekend to anyone via chillisauce! As long as you and the group you are going with are going to have a good time not a fat lot can go wrong! We stayed in the The Jurys Inn in Newcastle about a 2 minute taxi drive into the main street. The hotel itself was immaculate and the breakfast was great! We got entry into various clubs and bars and the night life is fantastic and the people are great! We went paint-balling on the Saturday which was great fun with the lads and friendly staff but the paintball facility itself wasn't great as it was an open field with lots of obstacles. All in all definitely a great weekend and a must do!

Stag doo goes wrong
After being recommend to book via the site for stag doo I have to say I won't book my stag doo nor recommend this to anyone else. In few words as possible "shambles" sums it up. The only things they got right was the location of the hotel but failed to notify the hotel that breakfast was included, and the nightclubs and bars was not notifed of our party and disliked stag doos being at their venue. After calling chilli source them selves they then sorted it out. But the hassle was too much.

Mixed bag of experience
Having just returned from my stag doo in Belfast I have to say I had a mixed experience of good and bad points, however the bad points outweigh the good points for me. Firstly contact with the Chillisauce rep went from moderate to zero as soon as the final payment was made. After numerous emails I took it upon myself to find the information I needed. The hotel was a major plus point as it was very central to where we wanted to be and the rooms and service we received was great.
The evening (Friday) is where things started to turn for the worst. Our itinerary includes a bar and a nightclub; the bar however denied all knowledge of Chillisauce and was very unfriendly to our cause. I simply put this down to jobs worth doormen however the bar staff confirmed this too. Then moving onto the organised club is where things went from bad to worse as again they denied they worked with Chilli Sauce and that stag doo's were certainly not welcome there. We wouldn’t have minded moving on to a different place however the money we paid included a £10 entry fee. This was promptly followed by a call to the Chilli sauce emergency number where a compromise were sought between the bar manager and the Chilli sauce rep.
Saturday’s activity of Go Karting was the highlight and made the trip to the location well worth it. I would certainly recommend this place as the staff were very friendly and the event was very organised.
Saturday eve followed the same theme as Friday night so we did our own thing until it came to the time to hit the club we had already paid for. Again no knowledge of the booking and no knowledge of Chillisauce. Again an emergency call to chillisauce followed and eventually we got access to the worst club I could have ever imagined. The average age of the people in there was 18 or below which made the door ID policy a joke. Every 2 minutes there was a punch up and there was just a bad vibe about the place, especially as the majority of the gangs of under-ages took a disliking to the fact that one of our lads had black skin, so we promptly left. Why chillisauce recommended this place to stag doo parties I will never know.
So, to summarise, the hotel and the activity were spot on and the advice and help received when ringing the emergency number were good. However the customer service I experience after the final payment had been made was poor and the choice of venues that were included in the price was poor. For me these two points far outweigh the good points because no stag do is complete without recommended cracking bars and nightclub which Chillisauce got completely wrong. This would be the reason that I wouldn’t recommend Chillisauce as they got the fundamentals wrong on this one.
A very disappointed stag!

We are glad that you enjoyed the hotel and the karting centre however, as already discussed, we would like to apologise for the disappointing experience with the evening entertainment.
With reference to the nightclubs in question, we have had a long working relationship with their national managing company. A problem arose when around the time of your booking this company changed hands and the switchover of our previously booked groups didn’t happen smoothly. We rectified a lot of them prior to departure but some Belfast ones slipped through the net, yours being one of them.
When contacted by your group whilst on the event our weekend help desk sought to contact the relevant club managers. One agreed to give leniency on dress code for your group as a result. As for the crowd at the Saturday club it sounds like a mismatch for your group – we have had good reports from that venue previously but the demographics on specific nights are beyond our control. We’ve noted your comments however and passed them onto the club.
We unreservedly apologise for the problems you experienced with this and have refunded in full the money you paid to us for the club entries.
Regards the problems with customer service we have looked into the emails you sent us that went un-responded to. This is not acceptable and the staff member in question has been spoken to at length. Whilst it shouldn’t be necessary if you’d called our offices and asked to speak to a manager regarding these it would have been rectified on the spot. Again we offer our sincere apologies.

Made organising a Hen Do far less stressful!
I'd definitely recommend Chillisauce to anyone booking a weekend away for a group of people.
They made organising a Hen Do for my sister a lot less hassle and the prices were very competitive. Allowing individuals to pay through the online portal is a big timesaver!
One minor blip with the hotel rooms which is likely just due to a miscommunication but overall we all had a wonderful weekend full of cocktails, dancing and fun!

Professional Well Organised Good Lads Fun.
As the best man I was thrown into the deep end when I was only given 2 weeks to organise a Stag do. Going abroad was not an option based on some members attending the weekend. I had never visited Newcastle previously and required some much needed guidance. I came across Chillisauce on Google.
As soon as I contacted them I was looked after by my own relationship manager. She not only ensured I had all the information she brought a love of care into the role as she made sure I was going to have the best time possible. Lucinda (Relationship Manager) booked everything and went through everything in detail with me before I left. She had personal experience of the offer and was great at recommendations.
Once on the weekend we had one of the best weekends of our lives. Everything was as planned and booked by Lucinda. Everyone was very friendly in Newcastle and the city is built for nights out. Plenty of bars and drink offers fueled many long "merry nights".

Best Men should use Chilli Sauce – let them do the work, while you take the credit!
I was not considering using a “Stag Agency” until I saw the packages and very competitive prices on the Chilli Sauce website. I have to say, I’m a complete convert. Not only was the whole event excellent value for money, but the online paying system meant I didn’t have to put a few grand on my credit card and try to get it all back on the do!
I would heartily recommend using Chilli Sauce to any Best Men – let them do the work, while you take the credit!

An honest, reliable, proffessional company!
Very pleased with Chilli-Sauce, we had a great time in Leeds recently. The itinerary was almost perfect and the accommodation (given it was a stag do of 12 lads) was amazing! Their online payment services and overall organisation tools were spot on, saved the best man a lot of work and sorting out!

Excellent value for money and great fun
I organised this Hen do in 3 weeks as it was a very quick engagement. My rep at Chillisauce was really helpful and organised everything. Although we had some customer service problems with the spa (not Chillisauces fault) everything else ran very smoothly. The cocktail making was the best part and we couldn't believe how many cocktails we got for the price we had paid!

Hotel far too good for lads, skiing is tougher than it looks
Stayed in fantastic hotel in Manchester, too fancy for stags doh, I'm use to rough and ready for stags. No residents bar in hotel too :-(
Skiing was good but ALLOT tougher than I thought it'd be!!! Lucky our time was up when it was cos I was only getting faster and couldn't get the whole stopping thing.... Basically IRISHMEN CAN'T SKI!!!!

Fab hotel, easy payment system, poor activities
Excellent hotel, well worth the money! Handy having someone else sort out money. Spa day sounded great so we booked it, it was in a grubby hotel that wasn't a spa it had tiny changing rooms which were dirty and smelly, pool was old and run down, jacuzzi was small and old, not big enough to hold a hen party as only 3 broken un loungers!!! Food was expensive and not discounted as advertised, I was really embarrassed that people had paid for this!!! Party bus well this was something else words can't describe what a rip off it was. First bar we were taken too was disgusting in everyday, you could almost hear the tumble weed as we walked in! We literally paid £28 for nothing!!!

Another great trip organised by the Chilli Sauce team!
Riga is a fun place - especially when you have a local guide to show you where to go! Truly excellent trip - thoroughly recommend the Radisson Blu hotel with it's high class roof top bar, casino and nightclubs.
Transfers were well organised - even though our plane was an hour late, the guide who collected us waited and was very friendly. Excursions were also bang on time for collection and events were top class!
This is the second time I've used Chilli Sauce and they've never let me down. If you go with these guys, your stag party is guaranteed not to be disappointed.

Spot on stag do weekend!
Spot on, easy to book and pay for, trying to get 30 lads all sorted is a tough job, so Chilli Sauce really helped!
Hotel provided was great along with the bar passes and 5 a side football.
Would recommend these to anybody!

Great service, excellent correspondence speed and many fantastic options for the perfect weekend!
We started organising late and so Michelle was great in her quick responses for our quotes and answering any questions we had about activities and times etc. The website is really is to use and with everyone able to log on and pay individually it made things so much easier! Our morning of activities were fantastic and I would highly recommend using Chillisauce again to anyone who was sorting a stag do!

Simple, slick service for a non faff hen do
Simple booking service, slick procedure. If you don't want the faff of having to organise everything yourself for a hen do or you have a big party then Chillisauce is the way to go!
The cocktail making was fun, but I think the information on the bar's website should match what was on offer 'You and your group will get the chance to make and drink 3 of our fabulous cocktails each and also enjoy some of our delicious sharing platters.'
We only got to make 2 cocktails, but as the participants we didn't have privy to this information from Chillisauce so referred to the bar's website.
All in all had a great time - thank you! :)

Easy !

Bang bang bang! Ka-pow!
Brilliant day out, shooting pistols, rifles, crossbows, archery, more tea and coffee than you could shake a stick at, and topped off with egg and bacon baps. We were on my mate's stag do up in Cambridge on a freezing cold weekend in December and had a fantastic time basically fulfilling a load of boyhood dremas - in other words, shooting guns and bow and arrows. The guys at the shooting centre were a good laugh, down to earth, really knew their stuff, and let us blast seven shades of the proverbial out of a load of tin cans. A great day we'll all remember - cheers Chillisauce for sorting it out for us!

ICH BIN EIN BERLINER!
I would highly recommend Chillisauce (and already have done). Tom spent a lot of time running through the various options available to me at the price I wanted to pay per person. Once deposits had been taken, the online portal was really useful for me as the organiser as I had everyone's contact details at a glance.
I was really impressed with the hostel we stayed in. I've stayed in some real dives so I was pleasantly surprised to find the hostel was clean, the staff were helpful and you felt safe. The rooms were a really good size for 4 and the beds were long enough for a tall person (I'm 6' 2"). The lighting and stuff is a bit weird...or funky, depending on your perspective!
As for the nightlife? Well it's Berlin....!
If you can get cheap flights, I would definitely recommend a trip to Berlin, if only for the amazing kebabs...oh yeah and it's better than the UK because the night finishes at about 6am.
The people we met (e.g. cab drivers, bar staff, strippers) were all really friendly and helpful...and most of all tolerant of a party of 12 on a stag do.
We probably didn't see as much of the city as we should have, but what we did see, we loved!

A hassle free weekend!
I would definitely use Chillisauce again. The whole weekend was so easy! No paying for this that and the other! You knew what was paid for how much you had! My only gripe would be the rooms in the hotel were a little small and the hotel itself was expensive for food and drink. I will definitely use Chillisauce again for booking a group event.

good location but rileys pool hall was an absolute waste of time as they wanted MORE money from us and this wasnt stated on chillisauce itinery, apart from that very good esp. go karting and paintball.

Take the load off - let someone else organise it for you!
Such an easy company to use. Definitely using them again to organise another girly weekend away. It would have been a major hassle to have to organise everything we did, but someone else doing it for us, made it so much more enjoyable. Good prices and worth the money. The hotel we stayed in was fab, so much better than we were expecting. Give them a try, I promise you wont be disappointed!

Efficient company organised stag do well.
Getting to Hamburg on a stag was a little daunting but ChilliSauce organised the hotel and entertainment without fault. Hamburg would not be my first choice for a stag do as the reeperbahn is mostly a red light district. However, the bars we were booked into were great with a stocked bar and good music. Everyone enjoyed themselves and it will be a stag we will never forget.

Brighton Hen Do
Its taking the stress away from organising, all the girls really enjoyed the Hen do and the customer service from ChilliSauce I cannot fault at all!

Great service
Took the hassle out of organising the stag doo and the great service where people have to pay directly to them - saved me the headache of chasing people! Overall very good and would use again!
