I’ve been shopping on Chockers Shoes for about a year now. I’ve bought quite a few pairs of shoes and boots from them, maybe around 10 pairs. Never had any real problems apart from one mis-understanding with the courier which was quickly resolved by staff. I find their prices to be better than other online shoe shops and they always have something a bit different. I’m sure I will be buying many more gorgeous shoes for a long time to come!
Used this site for about a year now, the service that is offered has consistently improved. The delivery times have improved and I do not begrudge paying a few extra pounds for a quick delivery. The shoes are a high quality considering they are very affordable. Love this site, would highly recommend.
I purchased a pair a Rosie Shoe Boots in September, After wearing them once the lazer cut design tore causing me to fall over in the middle of a road. If my friend wasn't next to me to help me up I would have been caused a serious accident by the busy road I was crossing. After having to pay £8.90 to return the shoes just to prove that they were damaged I finally managed to select a refund. This is was a full five weeks ago and having contacted them 3 times I am no closer to receiving a refund. If I could rate no stars I would. I am disgusted with the way I have been treated as no of it was my fault, the shoes were faulty.. Do not buy shoes from here ever!!!!!!!!
My boyfriend decided he wanted to treat me to a paif of 'Olsen' shoes. They were delieved within 3 days - brilliant yes. What's not no great is the fact they debited his account THREE TIMES! I contacted Chockers which confirmed they were already aware of this as there was a bug in the system on 06/10/2013. On the 08/10/2013 they sent me 2 confirmation emails confirming that they were refunding £29 x2. The emails said to wait 3-10 working days. So today 24/10/2013 has been 12 working days and apparently they refunds have been a success according to Sian at customer services. She attached an image, yes there end says done but where the hell is my money? However the account has not been credited with ANY refunds, I have the bank statements to prove it!! I have requested them to call me as no telephone number yet that is still to happen and I am going to take this further as this is ridicuous! My boyfriend is now £60 out of pocket which I myself am giving him as it's unfair as he was doing something nice. Reading through previous reviews I will not be using them again EVER!!!! 1 star is too much.
plis avooooooooid never ordering from this company as was my first and last they are full of sh**t i ordered a pair of boots early wednesday morning now it clearly states 1 -4 working days and my shoes never arrived wen u email them they email u back stupid remarks wish i checked reviews before i purchased now am goin to xray with this they are not getting away with my money
Being the fashion mad person that I am and a student I always look for a cheaper alternatives .A few friends recommend this site. I then went on to order a pair of shoes in the sale . Afterwards I found them cheaper and a better style on another website . I looked on their website to see what the cancellation policy was and I emailed them that same day to cancel . Today I got an email to say that my shoes have been dispatched . I then went to tweet them ( to see if I could get hold of the company ) and they have ignored it . Too busy running a competition. And there is no telephone number to call to speak to someone. So disappointed :(
With seeing this review , they replied with swift action and refunded my account at 11pm at night ( which is pretty darn good )
I am not one for writing reviews, but having come across this cluster of very negative reviews I feel it is an inaccurate reflection of this website and so I felt compelled to post a review today. Having used the service several times, with my most recent purchase being just two weeks ago, I have consistently received a brilliant service: prompt reply when i have had an inquiry and good delivery. The shoes are so affordable and I have found to be very comfortable and of a high quality. I can only give praise to this website and I feel that it would be unjust to not share my good experience with fellow consumers.more than happy to use again, I have let my family and friends know about the site.
I ordered boots they did not fit - sent them back overnight tracked service. It took over 4 months to finally get am full refund and dozens of emails most of which were ignored by Chockers Customer service.
IT TOOK OVER 4 MONTHS TO GET A FULL REFUND - BE WARNED DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!
I ordered 3 pair of shoes on the website, on 3 juli. Waited for about 15 days to arrive, and when the package arrived, it was poorly packed in a bag... when I opened the package, there was only 2 pair of shoes, even if I had ordered 3 SHOES. I have contacted them again, and asked why is there only 2 shoes, when I have ordered 3, but i dont think that I will ever recieve the last pair of shoes, and will not order from this site again. It's a big shame because i really like the shoes, and hoped to order much more from them. :( But no.
After a bad experience the first time, I swore not to use this company again however I decided to give them a second chance. After ordering my boots it was clear and concise via email that the item was dispatched the next day and arrived after 2-3 working days, all in all the company pulled it back in the end.
Ordered a pair of shoes I really loved, I then heard nothing for almost a week. I receive an email saying that they were out of stock, the same shoes were on the website on sale still available to buy. In future I will not be wasting my time.
