My friend loved the chocolates which is what matters most to me since after all they were a birthday gift.
Great product! Excellent for gift-giving esp. for the UK. Thankfully they encountered no issues with locating the address provided and even left a note at the door when the person wasn't home. Best part was that I was notified via e-mail every step of the way!

VERY impressed with this company!
I live in the U.S. and wanted to send candy to a family member in the U.K. as a get well gift. I went online and found this company. Not knowing anything about them at all, I ordered their candy, I was impressed with the fact I was able to pick out each piece of candy myself and the wrapping paper. The candy arrived when they said it would. The family member was so impressed with how exquisite the candy and wrapping were and she said these were the bests Belgium, actually the best chocolate, ever, and she is a chocolate connoisseur! She just posted the link to their website on Faceboolk because she was so impressed and wanted to share this with everyone! I highly recommend this company!

Was very pleased to have been in receipt of 1 your glorious chocolate boxes earlier in the year and as a consequence I have arranged for 2 more to be delivered subsequently to others. Everyone has been exceedingly pleased with the chocs and the service and I will definitly use them again. Spot on!

Always perfect!

STILL THE BEST---but we want our banana back :)))
We just cant stop ordering these chocs since we found them !!!!!! With more advertising and a better website with bigger pics of chocs (inside and out), and fuller descriptions, we reckon these chocs could become a huge leader in the market AND an exporter worldwide.
The Easter selection was just as special and thoughtful and topical as the other deliveries we had at Xmas and Valentine's------Easter gave us a lovely box with Easter chicks on top PLUS mini eggs in place of chocs if so required ( AS WELL AS the normal range of delicious chocs). These little eggs proved a BIG success because one of their flavours was the famous choc-now BANANA ( which has sadly been deleted from the main range of chocs in past months------SADKY MISSED !!!).
We don't think choc-now can realise how uniquly exquisite their banana flavour really is-------or they would not have taken the flavour from their normal range: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE bring it back in some format !!!
Nothing is ever too much trouble when we email with a question or special request, delivery time is superb, the company are very special------just as their chocolates are the best we have tasted anywhere in the world in over 50 years.
STILL ranked as 11 out of 10 ...............BRILLIANT !!!!!

Excellent Idea, Excellent Chocs and Excellent service
I wanted a gift for my wife but was not able to order anything in time for it to get to here for a special occasion, CHOCOLATE NOW to the rescue. They have a great solution, buy a selection of chocolates and let the receiver choose what they want in the box of chocolates.
Plus the receiver gets notification of the gift via an email or text message on the day you want them to receive it, that can be anytime in the future or instantly. This means that you can send a gift (of chocolates) from anywhere in the world and at anytime. All the receiver has to do is then just follow the link to CHOCOLATE NOW website and pick the chocs they want. You can also send just regular boxes of chocolates but I prefer the pick you own selection.
You also get to choose from a huge number of gift-wrap selections (for a small charge) which is not excessively priced, unlike some other places. PLUS you also get rewards with discounts off future boxes of chocolates. So the more gifts you send the bigger your discounts.
What a great simple idea from CHOCOLATE NOW.
I would just also like to say that the selection, quality, and taste of the chocolates are superb, you cannot fail to be satisfied by what you buy from them, I have very high expectations and standards and CHOCOLATE NOW exceeds my expectations.

Absolutely FIRST CLASS Service & EXCELLENT Chocolates.
The chocolates were for my daughter who became a 'first-time mum' just before Mothers Day. The delivery arrived on time, the day after I ordered them, and my daughter was absolutely thrilled. She is a white chocolate 'chocoholic' so I was able to order all her favourites and she said they were delicious and the box was beautiful too. The chocolates are not only delicious and high quality, but the service you receive is second to none. You can buy gifts for people but let them choose which chocolates they want to select. It means that there's none of the ones they don't like, just their favourites. The response to your order and delivery is very rapid.

Delivered far too early for Mother's Day
I have been buying chocolates from Chocolates Now for a few years because my Mother enjoys them so much and they normally deliver within the specified time frame chosen. This year I ordered chocolates to arrive for Mother's Day, between the 7th and 11th March and they were delivered 27th February, thus spoiling the present idea.

I'm very sorry for the mix-up! Our webserver seems to have "lost" the dispatch date, so it came up as "ASAP", which is why we sent your order out straight away. Our records do, however, say delivery should be 7th-11th March, so I really don't know what happened! I have sent this on to our technical team to look into, but it was probably caused by a temporary network glitch. Please accept my sincere apologies for spoiling the surprise - Vicky.

Awesome, 5 stars for sure!!!!
My son is studying abroad in London and I wanted to send him a gift and with Valentine's Day coming up, it was perfect, CANDY, and they even wrapped it for the occasion. I knew it would cost a lot to send something from the states as well as take forever to get there. Plus wondering how customs would handle my homemade candies. Soooo I decided to order him candy from the UK. It was easy and perfect. My son received these candies in just a couple of days and he was truly excited and I think ate all 16 pieces in one afternoon. Thank you so much for helping me give my son this gift. Since I picked which variety to send it made it seem like I was making them myself. Thank you so much!

tasty chocolates, quick delivery
I ordered a selection of chocolates for my fiance and they were delivered to him within two days. He said the majority of the chocolates were delicious.
However, I had specifically picked chocolates I knew he would like but those are not the ones he received. He said he received two chocolates that contained coffee in them which he hates. He also did not receive the specific fruit flavors/liqueur flavors I picked out for him. All in all I think he would have been much happier with the selection I originally picked for him. I am not pleased that the offer the service of hand picking chocolates and then don't follow what you pick out.
*While my initial experience with ChocolateNow was not quite satisfactory, they quickly remedied the problem. My fiance received a new box of the correct chocolates within a day of my posting my initial review. I realize mistakes happen and I am very happy with ChocolateNow's quick action to fix the problem. I highly recommend them.

the perfect gift
I live in America and my boyfriend lives in England. So it was hard for me to figure out how to get him something for Valentines day in time. After looking at some reviews i decided to get him some chocolates hoping that they would arrive on time. They did, my boyfriend loved them! He said that he nearly ate the whole box in one sitting.

My husband loves these!
I found "Chocolates Now" on line 5 years ago just after my husband and I started dating. I've got him these chocolates for Valentines Day every year since then and he absolutely adores them. The company itself is aces!! I have never had an issue with them. All services as promised. Beautifully wrapped, delivery within the timeframe chosen... I would highly recommend to anyone!!
