Forgot to claim my discount code at time of purchase
I made an e-mail chocolate order and forgot to display my discount code. I then asked if anything could be done - and was told not surprisingly that it couldn't be given after the event even though the discount code is sent to my personal e-mail address. I appreciate this but as I use this company frequently it would have been nice to have had a small credit added to my account as I had bothered to ask about my discount. So I missed out - no matter, I won't be using them from now on. A shame because they are quite good - but just a 'robot' attitude to loyal customer service won't do in these difficult times.
