I ordered a g-shock watch for £115. Not only were they slow to dispatch but when I received the watch, the outer G-Shock box was ripped quite badly, there was NO Casio manual and Warranty papers as you usually get and there was finger prints over the display and backplate. Unacceptable when you pay for a new item that you receive what appears to be a second hand watch/display model. Terrible.
They had 4 in stock when I ordered and there clearly was a human being packing the item so why wasn't it replaced with one that wasn't ripped? No common sense AT ALL. Good service is needed in this competitive day and age but they obviously don't care for that.
Contacted Customer Service regarding this. They wanted me to return the watch with box for 'assessment'. Time wasting exercise if you ask me. Kept the watch and had no offer of a minor refund for the damaged box or bad experience. Asked and got no reply.
Have shopped in store before and not bad but online experience leaves a lot to be desired.
