The servicve I received throughout my purchase was brillinat. I received a fantastic deal and help from very friendly staff. I was even given a hire car for 2 weeks as the delivery of my car was delayed. over all my experience with nissan has been fantastic and I would definitly return in the furture. Most important of all I love my new car.

wen tot hyundai (blackpool) as i bought a car from blackpool honda that was brand new and i was having issues with it and they were not prepared to look in to the issues and there customer service was not the best so while i was out and about on day i called into hyndai blackpool part of the chorley group to see what deals they could offer me and things like that and it was the best thing i have ever done, there customer service was abosolutly second to none could not fault them one bit the sales executive i dealt with was call araon and he was so helpful he couldnt do enough for you. i will be going back again when i require another car as an upgrade.

When I first attended at the Garage the service was first class. The sales staff, Andy was very good, he wasn't pushy and was very only too willing to let me know what the garage would do for me to the car before collection. I left the garage singing their praise and over the moon re the car. The car did have 3 slight scratches to the off side rear panel and a few marks on the roof of the car inside. I was promised that this would all be sorted before I collected the car. I was also told as part of the package I would have the car filled for my collection.
When I attended at the garage 2 weeks later to collect the car I was very disappointed to see that none of the above had been done. The sales rep didn't seem that interested in it, but speak to the sales manager to see what could be done. I was then told that they would arrange for a person to drive over to my house, collect the car leaving a car for me to use then drive mine back to the garage to sort the problems out.
I fully appreciate that the garage is sorting the problem out, but I feel very let down by the fact that nothing had been done with the car. I don't think it had even been cleaned inside the car before my collection. The car was only half full, so the promise of filling the car up had also not happened.
I would have been singing the praise of the garage if they had just done what they promised. It wasn't much to ask, to fix some minor scratches and marks off the roof.
So frustrating....they have let themselves down.
I dealt with Neil Pearson in Sales, the whole process was smooth and uncomplicated. Ordered my Nissan Navara on Friday and picked it up the following Monday, complete with towbar and loadliner fitted. Thanks again Neil

I have struggled with car dealerships and car sales people in the past, so dealing with the Chorley group was a great experience. I felt I got as good a deal as there was to be had. I shopped around and didn't beat it. The guys I dealt with were helpful, personable and actually did exactly what they said they would do. This helps to build trust in the dealership and I actually enjoyed the whole experience and didn't feel stressed or aggravated, which I have when buying cars previously from other dealerships.

I travelled to Chorley Nissan even though it was quite a journey as the price of the car was more competitive than I would have received in my area. The salesman made the transaction very tempting over the telephone and was very efficient when I was at the garage. The car had been prepared for me at very short notice. I had a very good experience when ordering my motability car from Chorley nissan.
Firstly I was loaned a car to test drive for 1/2 a day which gave me a great feel for the car before ordering it.
Each time I visited the showroom all staff where helpful and friendly.
Bryan the motability specialist kept me informed re the progress of the car, including the delay etc
The handover was very smooth and again the gentleman who took me through the handover was excellent.

Found the salesman really approachable, got a really good deal without having to try too hard, got a very fair PX price for my car. Their stock is also excellent as is their after sales care, however, I have paid £104 to put my number plate on retention and over four weeks later they still haven't forwarded it to me after 3 phone calls for it, been told today that they will send it in a couple of days, why the delay??.

I was apprehensive about doing a deal over the phone from 300 miles away. However, Neal Pearson, at Chorley, was great to deal with and made the whole process easy, even sorting out some niggling problems before the vehicle was delivered. I am extremely pleased with the vehicle especially as I had not seen it until it was delivered. Also, Derek the delivery driver was really courteous and patient while I checked the vehicle over.
Malcolm Robinson was excellent to deal with. Very down to earth, knowledgeable and not pushy like some salesmen can be. We miss our cappuccinos which were always offered to us every time we visited the shop. It was a nice touch when the manager came over to speak to us on the day that we took the Duke away to ask us if everything was ok. We felt as though we were looked after very well. Keep it up!! :)

Gareth the salesman was curtios, professional & helpful. He contacted me on the days he said he would to keep me informed. He was not pushy or intimidating as we found with some other dealers. Having already agreed on another vehicle my wife and I called in at Chorley Nissan (Preston) just for a nosey more than anything. 30 minutes later we were test driving the new Juke N-Tec and decided that if there was a deal to be done we would be giving back word on the other vehicle.
Within the hour the salesman (Nigel) had arranged a proposal for us that was very competitive and on a par with the other vehicle, albeit the Juke is a much better car than we had previously chosen.
From initially turning up at the showroom to see what was on offer the staff were very attentive and tried really hard to get the deal i required the onky down side was that they could not get my new car for the initial date given but was explained that it was out of their control but did get the car asap.

Helpful and informative we called in to look at the Nissan Juke but decided to buy the new Nissan Note - our first Nissan replacing a string of Hondas but unlike the Honda salesman, Gareth @ Chorley Nissan is a credit to the dealership and the brand. Helpful he listened to what we wanted, offered information and advise and kept us up to date from order to delivery.
Bought my car from Nissan without any unecessary sales pitch, this was a no nonsense friendly deal, staff were good and I got the car that I wanted at a price that was fair.
I have wanted a Nissan Juke for over a year. I kept going back to nissan asking if I could have one but unfortunately a deal could not be done as the car I had did not have enough equity in it. However, on my third visit they were able to do me a deal and I got the much awaited for juke n-tec.
Gareth who dealt with my purchase was patient and understanding and my customer service was first class. He kept me updated and my car even arrived ahead of schedule. The experience at nissan was amazing and special and Gareth was really lovely and appeared to enjoy giving me the car and not just 'another sale'.

Recently bought a second hard car from Preston - service was fab [dealt with Andrew Wignall] and all staff i met were friendly and welcoming. I part exchanged my old vehicle which i received a decent price for and got a few extras thrown in! All in all, a very simple and reassuring service.
First time i have ever leased a car, thought i would try Chorley Nissan the sales team John and Joanne were terrific couldn,t be more helpful everthing they said would happen did quickly and without fuss. Compared with other garages visited, Nissan Burnley had a really good selection. They weren't always trying to sell you a new car, although new models were available to see, and the one we bought is everything we wanted. The car had been serviced and valeted and we were told we would be contacted when it needed its next service. All the salesmen in the showroom were very helpful and even though you expect this, as it is their job, nothing was ever too much trouble. We dealt with Chris Hill and he was really good and extremely efficient. He even connected the Bluetooth on my mobile up to the car. Thanks Nissan Burnley, a thoroughly enjoyable experience.
