The car was booked in at a telephone reminder from Nissanan .But on taking the car in was told it was not , but they accepted it anyway .Apart from that it was very good .
I bought a used xtrail without seeing the car from Chorley Nissan. I had confidence in what the salesman told me about the car, and when it was delivered to me I was more than happy with my purchase. I would certainly contact them again if I were looking for a used car in the future.

Just went along with my wife Angela to have a look around the dealer Barry was very helpful after some negotiations came away satisfied having part exchanged our Land Rover Freelander for Nissan Juke happy with the outcome.

Salesman (Andy Brown) was polite, professional and competent. We were able to take the cars we were interested in for a test drive unaccompanied, which was preferable to having a salesperson along. Cars were presented well and there was no delay in arranging the test drives. All promises were kept and the car was purchased with the minimum of fuss.
I purchased my new nissan Juke from Howard Roberts. From the test drive to driving away my lovely new car Howard was fantastic. He made us feel comfortable and was able to answer any of our questions with ease. He kept regular contact and has even phoned to check that everything is ok with the new car. I got my motability Qashqai from the Preston Branch and was dealt with by Howard Roberts what a fantastic guy he helped us from start to finish, kept us updated all the way through the process until delivery date and I must also say the handover of my new vehicle was brilliant he went through everything with us. We went to Chorley Nissan (PRESTON) to generally have a look at what was available as we wanted to replace my current car. We was greeted outside on a windy day by a friendly (non-pushy) sales representative who informed us there was a model inside the showroom we could look around out of the wind.
There was no pressure, no lurking the background, he just let us look around and helpfully gave answers when we had questions.
We left the garage and returned home to think over the car with the brochures and information but that afternoon felt it was worth an extra look and phoned the sales rep to arrange test drives of the different engines. We came back two days later to have the test drives and having driven both, when we felt it was the right car. The offers they worked out were really helpful taking all our needs into account, nothing was too much trouble and the amount of attention they gave to us, as individuals we never experienced before.
They took the time to work out the best deal for us, knowing a better offer was coming on the following week, so worked everything out on that basis. The whole process was very smooth and friendly from the whole garage and it was a thoroughly pleasurable experience buying a new car.
Throughout the process the garage kept us updated and as previously state the whole process from start to finish was very friendly and professional, so much so that other family members are seriously considering buying one within the next 12 months.
Chorley Nissan (PRESTON) have a fantastic approach to selling cars and I have no reservations about recommending them to anyone, by far the best experience buying a car.

I bet my sales man had never sold a Nissan Juke or any Nissan through a 3 person, plus e mail and phone calls to me across 3,500miles, across the Atlantic, I've been in the USA for 4 months and in faith sold my car before I left. My truist was repaid
The sale went perfectly, I arrived at M/C airport on the 11 April was driven by a friend to Burnely Chorley Nissan and drove my new Juke out, taxed, insured and sparklingly valetted in about an hour Delighted! Coffee was good too!

From the minute I stepped into the showroom, I was treated well. There was no pushy salesperson. I was asked what my requirements were and then I was shown what was available.
I was left to think about a car that I was interested in. I went back after 24hrs and the transaction was carried out effortlessly. Anything that I was unsure about was explained and was given additional advise on different aspects of the transaction.
I would deal with Chorley Nissan again and would recommend to my friends.
Originally went in to look at a second hand Quasqui but then decided it did not do the mileage i required, I was offered a brand new juke for similar price and after taking it for a test drive I negotiated a deal and purchased. No Hassle and no pressure to buy. Recommended.

Nissan Chorley ae really pleasant to deal with they are polite and have a brilliant test drive policy. There case seen good valu and they come with warranties.
The negative is that the service see make huge errors my car had a big scrape on my care luckily I saw it but was caused by the MOT guys, they let me drive away with a screen damage which was. Not in keeping with their geneal good service
The key point is to do with the service as my car passed the mufti point check with a huge scape parts if the undercarriage broken that even a layman like me cold see. The second issue was a crack on the window screen which was never resolved and basically dismissed
The car was given a MOT but we had to drive from Oldham. To get the hand brake fixed . how did it pass the. MOT ? They did not have time to fix despite my ore all and so had to make a second appoint 5 days later and he hand brake got resolved

I went in to get a new battery in my remote key, spotted a new X-Trail, and began having a chat with Chris, the salesman. The deal he offered me on a Tekna was not to be missed. He found me one in Thundercloud, the colour I wanted, and a couple of days later I drove it away. The whole experience was friendly, efficient and at no time did I feel in any way pressured.

We recently purchased a used car from Chorley Nissan Wigan, the sale agreement was dealt with over the phone as we live miles away. Everything I needed to know was answered about the condition of the car and the sales personnel were honest and very obliging when it came to all my requests.
I would not hesitate to recommend this garage as all the team are helpful, friendly and could not have done anything more to make us feel welcome. If I am in the market for another car I would look here to see what was for offer first as the service I was provided with is well worth the 200 mile journey to purchase the right car.

I would certainly have no reservations about buying a car from Chorley Nissan. Right from the start the customer service was outstanding and could not be faulted. There was very little sales pressure to purchase extras in my opinion which can be offputting, although the benefits were pointed out clearly and concisely. A problem with the car i purchased was corrected as soon as possible with courtesy. Overall a good experience.
After an initial misunderstanding on collection of my car, the matter was quickly resolved.
