I found the whole experience of buying a car from Chorley Nissan (Burnley) to be straightforward. The sales representative (Gareth) was not at all pushy but answered all my queries efficiently and explained the functions of the controls clearly.
Altogether a pleasant experience
Went in to have a little look at a Nissan Juke I'd seen on the web site. Took a bit of finding (it was hiding in the workshop) but I totally fell head over heels with it. Frankly, it didn't take much to sell it to me - I wanted this beautiful car! The team were all very helpful in arranging the finances and such, I can't thank them enough.
If I was to find any criticisms they would all be around me. I've been so knackered after work this week I haven't been able to get in and finalise the sale!
Good understanding of requirements and good service
The person i dealt with was called Gareth small he was very friendly offering myself and my daughter a drink.usually at main dealers i find that there pushy and always trying to push a sell onto you but it was nothing like that so i was glad i wasn't feeling pressured and got the car i loved
We recently bought a new Juke from the Preston dealership, Howard Roberts was great, polite professional and knowledgable. I felt there was no pressure and the advice given was great, this was our first purchase of a brand new car and we were very impressed with the service received.
Howard Roberts was fantastic with helping me chose my new car.
Very efficient, polite & professional.
I couldn't ask for a better car dealer.
The whole process was excellent.
Excellent customer service : hope it continues having purchased the car. Polite and friendly, offering good advice, opinions and to help out where possible
Excellent service and communication Brian the salesman was second to none he was very helpful with his advice and made it a relaxing experience. Chorley Nissan at Chorley. Thanks. 10/10
Good to see the same sales team in place as the last time I bought 5 years ago.
We called in initially just to see what was available and on offer, had a quick look and collected a few brochures for different Nissan cars. The service was quick and efficient, we also got contact details from the salesperson (Ben) so we could deal with him personally next time. A few days later I called and arranged to test drive 2 vehicles later that day. This worked very smoothly and a few hours later we were test driving the cars. It was helpful to test drive with the full family (2 adults, 2 kids) so we could see how the cars felt as family cars. We made our choice and discussed finance options, again these were made very clear to us and all our questions were answered. There was a clear contrast to this experience and the experience we had in some other car showrooms where we sometimes felt we were being manipulated. We were keen to complete the deal quickly as the MOT on my old car (used as part-exchange) ran out in a few weeks, Ben was very helpful here and we completed the deal and collected the new car within about 3 weeks of our test drive (again this was a big contrast to another dealer where we almost completed, this was expected to take about 3 months). Overall we were very happy with the experience. As a family with 2 working parents and 2 busy schoolchildren, our free time is valuable to us and we don't like it to be wasted. With some dealers we visited this was the case, but here we felt we were put first - our questions and comments were listened to all along. The experience we had at Chorley Nissan Preston (Strand Road) was consistently positive and every aspect went smoothly. We ended up with a great car and the deal included useful and convenient things such as 3 years servicing, road assistance etc.
We travelled over to Blackpool to buy a second hand force red Nissan Juke which we found on the internet. All went well but both Gareth and I were disappointed to find that there wasn't a locking wheel nut with the car. He organised the order of a replacement and posted it out to us. Sadly it was the wrong one so we had to take the car to our local Nissan dealer on the Wirral and fortunately they had the master nut at their garage. They then telephoned the Blackpool parts department to place the order. The nut finally arrived yesterday 21st September. (We picked up the car 12th September)
Hence the four stars and not five.
knew what I wanted and knew more than the sales staff at local branch. found Chorley,s advert on the Autotrader Website which was far cheaper than anywhere else. Called Chorley and was put through to Nigel who when I told him what my requirements were was able to advise me. Effortless contact and communication and very happy with the car.
hi..after decideing which car manufacturer.we wanted,we called at chorley nissan in blackpool.we where met in the showroom by a well mannered, smart &efficient sales exec.he offered us a drink,(which was a nice unexpected.surprise)the he offered us lots of info &brochures on the model we had decided we wanted.he wasnt pushy at all,he showed us their website &told us to browes.that night we looked at their collection &picked out the one .we called in the morning after.&asked for the same chap.he took our order.&told us that it was at a different depot.he then went &collected it himself so we could viewit. we liked it &he arranged when we could collect it.it all went smoothly on the pick up day.he showed us the functions &position of the controlsthen off we went.the sales execd even called us a couple of days later ,just to see how we liked it.a most pleasant experience.i would recommend to my friends if &when they want a new car.
We collected our Nissan Qashqai
From Chorley Nissan in person.
Wonderful people, the way they handled my motability car was second to none. This is my 3rd motability car and I will certainly go back to this garage as they appear to be a friendly company.
I would certainly Recommend them to friends.
I was fully satisfied with my service at Chorley Nissan. I would recommend and have already recommended this service to family and friends. The staff were lovely, approachable and very helpful, and I love my new car! Thank you.
whilst they managed to obtain my new car quickly, I was robbed of my old car with only a fraction of its actual value going towards the new. Nissan also did the same buy doubling there contribution a matter of days later. On delivery we was lucky to get a key ring.
Not one of my best new car purchase experiences.
I spotted this juke on the internet, phoned up and talked to a Richard Broderick, went to see the car and made the deal putting my car in part exchange.
Went too pick the car up on a prearranged date.
No problems everything had been done.
On arriving home the end section of the passenger door handle had fell of !!!.
Rang Richard up went back to the garage whop promptly had it repaired straight away.
The only problem was we did not get a free cup of coffee.
Still great service from this young man.
i have just bought a new picanto for my daughters 17th birthday from Arran at blackpool, and i carnt speak high enough of his friendliness, service and time that he spent with us from the first time we walked into the showroom,he answered all our questions and gave us more than enough information that we needed about the car and finance etc.
The icing on the cake was when we went to pick the car up with my daughter on her birthday and he had parked it in the garage at the back and wrapped a large ribbon around it with a hand made bow on top and balloons on the bonnet.my daughter loved it and i really appreciated that personal touch.
so a very BIG THANKS TO ARRAN at blackpool.
i would also like to recommend darren at blackpool who earlier in the year helped my husband choose a sportage car, again the service was both professional and friendly.thank you darren.
so i would definately recommend chorley group at blackpool for anybody looking at new cars.
As a motobilty customer, i always try to find a car that meets all my needs. This time i decided to go for a car which was totally different to those i have had in the past. I have heard good things about nissan so decided to visit my local showroom. I was,nt disappointed, the motobility sales women took me through all aspects of my chosen model, took me on a test drive and then gave me time to make up my own mind. After quite a few return visits to look at the cars again i decided the the nissan qashqai 360 was the car for me. Everything went through with no problems and i recently picked my new car up. I would recommend nissan chorley group in burnley, lancashire and their motobility specialist Helen.
Very friendly and no pressure sales, can't stand being patronised, but these guys did not. I new the value of the car I purchased and although a little more than what I was going to pay, They include 1 years warranty, one years MOT, with guarantee of a pass on the next one, plus a years breakdown cover with the RAC, and to better than that, they filled the fuel tank because I travelled on train from Sheffield to Preston to pick the car up..
No Arthur Daly's at this garage.
Big thanks to Nigel, my wife was delighted with the car. Five stars to Chorley Nissan
Received excellent service throughout the online purchase, of my new Nissan Leaf car, especially from salesman Nigel Eden. Would recommend Nissan Chorley to friends who are looking to buy a new car.
Went to chorley nissan in chorley for a quick look and ended up buying a car. Ian Walsh was very helpful and knowledgeable. I had a good idea what I was looking for and he pointed me in the right direction without automatically selling me the most expensive model. Went for the Qashqai 360 and I love it. Had a slight problem with the air conditioning drain but took it back and they had it sorted and back to me within a day in pristine condition. Can't fault any part of the whole experience. No pushy sales talk and was treated as an individual. I was kept up to date with the progress of my order and only took 15 mins on the day of collection. Definitely go back when I am ready for an upgrade providing the manufacturer keeps up with the standard of the sales staff. Thank you.
I would fully recommend Chorley Nissan to all my friends and family, bought a used Micra, the experience from Jean on Reception to Liam who listened to what I was looking for and found a match quickly, fabulous service. Thank you Liam.
Once again neede to purchase a new car and after purchasung a nuber of cars from the wigan branch decided to go ther again . This time did not have to trade in my old car as a friend was taking it.. My previous salesman was Darren , a charming irishman , and so went to see him again . I had thought about an identical micra to the one i was replacing , i like the last car of a run not a new model . However after Darren had explained that the latest edition had the same engine as the older model , decided to have that model . Price was agreed and within a short time i was called to say car was ready for collection . Once again Darren took me through the paper work and introduced me to my new car . I very happy with it , and today Darren rang me to ask i was happy with the car and not to hesitate i to go back to him with any problems.
I traded in a Nissan Qashqai 2 years into a 3 year PCP scheme for a brand new car again on a 3 year PCP scheme.
The whole transaction experience was very Swift, communicative and pleasant all thanks to the excellent service provided by Andy of Chorley Nissan.
Sales agent never returned our calls and left us (the customer) to do the chasing.
Overall communications were poor
Sales agent went on leave half way through the deal and left no one able to assist in charge of the account causing unnessary delays and worries
Initial rates and charges were very high and a promised refund of an initial deposit paid remains unreturned.
Not our first choice of suppliers by any means as the level of service seemed to get worse once we were committed.
Professional, informed, friendly and efficient.
Richard Davies the sales exec at Burnley made buying our Qashqai easy, even if we did throw a few challenges his way.
From meeting Richard on the garage forecourt, whilst looking at the superb choice of vehicles available, to signing on the dotted line, Richard was helpful and honest. No hard sell needed as the quality of the vehicles available and the aftersales packages speak for themselves.
Had the car a week now and up to press I can honestly say that it really is the best that I have ever owned.
Congratulations to the Burnley team, it's not often you come across this level of quality and service.
A few weeks ago I decided to buy a NIssan Leaf having tested one at my local dealership. I spotted one at Nissan Chorley that was exactly the one I wanted and tried for ten days to buy it through my local garage which had arranged my test drive. After much messing about I eventually contacted Nissan Chorley direct and spoke to Andy. Within a couple of days I had been offered a price I was happy with for my Lexus and the deal was done. Normally buying any car you feel that you could have got a better deal but on this occasion I really felt that I had got a fair deal. There then followed the problem of getting the car home which proved difficult due to the lack of charging points en route. After 5 days of messing about with Nissan UK who eventually said, in not so many words, "tough, it's your problem" I got back in touch with Andy and he cheerfuly agreed to go halfers on the cost of putting it on a flat bed lorry to deliver it to me. It was only £100 each and the money was neither here nor there but the gesture on his and Nissan Chorley's behalf was greatly appreciated. It didn't need to be done (clearly Nissan UK's view!) because we had already agreed a deal but the fact that it was done reinforced my feeling that I was dealing with decent, fair people. None of whom I had even met yet. When I drove down to swap the cars again the experience was pretty much faultless. I was offered a coffee on arrival (thanks Jean), introduced to Andy, test drove my Leaf while a director checked my car, director introduced himself (friendly lad), deal was done and Andy ran me to the station, stopping off on the way to pick up some private plates for my Leaf so that I could put them on it when the relevant paperwork for the transfer was done. Again didn't need to do either of these last two things but the fact that he did was over and above. Finally worth pointing out that Andy had come in on a day off to meet me and do the deal. Again he didn't have to because I had told him I was happy to come down on a different day but because this day was the day that suited me best he happily came in. The car was delivered to my work a few days later with a new set of mats in the boot. Again this was a small gesture but yet another one and a nice touch. A few days after getting the car Andy phoned again to check I was happy with it (I love it) and said he would phone again next week to check again. He duly did and I was and continue to be delighted with the car. £500 a month in petrol went into my V8 Lexus and now it stays in my pocket for useful things like beer, wine, pizza, kebabs etc.
In summary, Nissan Chorley, and Andy Brown in particular, made buying the Leaf a pleasure, I would, and have, recommend anyone doing a round commute of 70 miles a day to buy a Leaf from Andy at Nissan Chorley. Great car, great guy, great dealership. (can someone slip a tenner in the post to me!) Cheers
