There is a reasonable selection of cards to choose from and I like the idea that cards can be easily tailored to include the company name etc. I feel that the cards are rather overpriced for what they are. I also opted to purchase customised envelopes; however, these didn't arrive until a week after the cards, which was a little inconvenient.
Very disappointed this year by the quality of my cards and I will not use Christmas connections next year as I can get better quality and price from VISTA PRINT!!!!!
They have lost a loyal customer as I have bought cards from them for 10years..... You would think when companies are folding daily they would have tried harder!!!
From the moment the catalogue hit my desk, through the on-line ordering system to the excellent email notifications of order status, the service has been fantastic. Boss very pleased with end product too, especially at such reasonable pricing!
Easy to order online, however it would have been useful if there had been a confirmation email to proof read what I had ordered. The order took quite a while to process as the card I had chosen had to be re-ordered and again it would have been useful to have recieved an email giving an up-date on delivery times - the staff online were very helpful.
However when cards arrived they looked great and were exactly as we had ordered.
Having been let down by an online card supplier last year, I was a bit dubious about ordering online again. However, the service I received from Christmas Connections was excellent. Delivery was quoted as 5-10 working days, but I actually received the cards a day or so after I placed my order, and I was very pleased with the quality. The setup process was also very easy.
Absolutely good service from website to order, payment and delivery
We have ordered our firm's Christmas cards from Perfect Christmas for several years and always been very happy with the service and the cards. Therefore we ordered from Christmas Connections this year, expecting "more of the same".
They boast delivery within 7 to 10 working days but there was no sign of the cards after 12. I contacted the company and they were very quick to apologise, trace the order and dispatch it, so that it arrived 2 or 3 days later.
However, my main bugbear is the ongoing sales emails. Is it too much to expect that, once you've ordered this year's Christmas cards, someone could work out that that's it for this year and take you off the sales list? Again, once I raised the point, an apology came quickly and I have been assured that these emails will now stop for this year (thank you Anita).
My overall impression is that, once you get a real person involved, the attitude and response are great. Unfortunately, you tend only to be put in touch with a real person after something's gone wrong!
I found the system so easy to follow and they came in the time scale quoted so all in all a great experience ...................my one & only Criticism is that I would have liked to have received an e-mailed proof of what I had written inside the card only I got a bit paranoid that I had missed spelt something and so with an order of over 300 I would have been mortified if I had received them with a spelling mistake.
The Christmas cards arrived within a week of ordering and were exactly as specified. Still waiitng to receive the invoice although as we paid by credit card on the day and didn't receive one immediately, I assume we won't be getting one.

The DIY layout exercise was user unfriendly and I prefer to be able to leave this type of thing to those who are expers in printing .
Once ordered the system worked smoothly .
I had a really good experience ordering my Christmas cards it was so easy .There was plenty of choice & simple to add in your personalised message .They are very reasonably priced and it takes a bit of pressure off writing them ....only need to address them .i would definateley do this again .
Excellent quality, service and value, easy to use design software, took about 15 minutes from start to finish. Once ordered they arrived very quickly.

I've used Christmas Connections four years running. I have had complete control over the pictures and the wording on each. They have been greatly admired by many of the people who received them.
I have used this company for the past 3 years now and all the e-mails state the best in the industry for delivery, well I would certainly not like to see the timescale for the worst. If it had not have been for myself ringing up to chase every week I dont think the order would ever have been processed. They were quick enough to take the money but still not had the goods. Very poor!
Third year in a row using this company first two years were perfect. This year they have taken my money but no cards have arrived. Called and emailed but
Still no luck and they never return your call. Dont waste your money with them this year somthings not right. Speaking to credit card company now to try to get money back. Not happy.
I spent hours trying to sort out my personal christmas cards using one of my own photos. In the end I left it until the next day to telephone because I could never properly see a proof of all my card and was concerned that i may not have done it properly.
A young lady helped me through the process and when we got to the check out it transpired that I had done it properly and now I had a double order. Again this young lady sorted the order out so that I only received one batch of 80 cards. Having received them today I am delighted with the quality of photo etc - great pity though that there is a spelling error in my address - no doubt my fault but due to stress of trying to order in the first place.....
I was impressed that my order was put on hold as a mistake on my part had been noticed. This was resolved in the most convenient manner to myself with the minimum of fuss. As a previous customer, I was already confident of the product.
Amazingly fast turnaround, was a slight issue with the card (not creased) but the customer service is first rate, cards are going to be picked up straightaway, sorted out and redelivered to me. Couldn't ask for more.
