My local cineworld bolden colliery does the bargain tuesday so the tickets work out at £4 odd each for an adult. I love the fact that the website doesn't charge any booking fees, and you can print your own tickets at the cinema; oh and you can pick your own seats too at no extra cost! I can't moan about food prices as all cinemas are expensive where that is concerned so i always take my own in. The staff are always polite and helpful. The toilets are always clean. The seats are comfortable and the cinema itself is excellent. I was never a big cinema fan until i found out about the bargain prices on a Tuesday so myself and my husband go at least twice a month now. Thank you
Came down to Birminghiam to watch an Indian Film . Many scene was cut down and the film finish half an hour earlier. Not happy with this. And finally way out,the door man/security who was suppose to point us to the door to exit as all the other door apart from one door was closed, he didnt bother to say until I try to open the door . Doesnt it shows how staffs are motivated by the management. This is not the first time I am facing this . Hope majority of the viewer accept this and can see from this review site. We love the cinema but not the way we were treated please react management.
I was in Burton on Trent. Film was excellent. Service was appalling, the managers or supervisors were oblivious I wanted serving, the colleagues were indifferent and than to cap it all was charged 5.00 for going over by 15 mins for the car park, yes I know 4 hours is long enough for a film but I ate next door at Franky and Bennys.
i feel hat cineworld charge way too much for ticket prices! for a family of 4 its 37.50 which is way too much. also you have to buy their over priced horrible food ! which will knock you back about another 25.00 pounds for popcorn and a drink ! this is stupid! why should we have to show whats in our bags, like we are in some kind of airport! screw their policies, they cannot make people buy their stupid vile tasting food, just to make money on the food! staff are soo rude in every cineworld and dont not care about anything but chatting! all the cinemas should have prices which are set and never changed for food to be priced at ! we should also stop going to cineworld and try odeon a cheap more fair and respectfull cinema !!!!!
Cineworld itself is very expensive but there are excellent ways to save money such as 2 for 1 deals on Orange Wednesdays. Bargain Tuesdays. The best deal is the unlimited card!!! £15 a month to watch as many films as you want in a month. 2 films in a month and you've got your money back. Me and my girlfriend had one each which meant it was always easy to find something to do. However, we stopped going so it became expensive so we cancelled.
Saturday 26 February 2011 15:15 Sheffield, Booked tickets online to watch Big Momma's House, i was hoping to pick my tickets up at self service machines at the cineworld sheffield centertainment, the ticket machines were all out of order, went to join a very long queue which meant our movie was started before it we were served, i was told at the counter the system cant find my booking because the movie i booked for has already stated so they have to book me on the next viewing which is about 2 anf a half hours later. My cinema experience was ruined and i ended up spending more money on my three children while they wait impatiently for the next viewing, to make maters worse, the staff treated me with disrespect.
last week i looked up on the internet the cinema times for the brother bloom at didsbury
its said there was a showing at 8.50
i went all the way there to find it was not on for soem reason
nobody was able to explain it to me!
