could not locate the parcel? I think you just stole it!
I ordered 16 items from Mothercare where most of them were baby shower gifts from a group of friends. The order was placed on 4 July while the baby shower is today, 13 July. On 9 July I received text message from CityLink for the next day delivery, but a followup message sent on Wednesday morning saying that the delivery has been delayed and new delivery date will be advised soon. Surprisingly in the afternoon a small bag of 4 items was delivered. When I asked about the remaining items I was told that might be on separate delivery. This was also mentioned in the delivery note from Mothercare, that I should wait for another 2 days before contacting Mothercare. So when no delivery received yesterday, 2 days after, I called Mothercare and they said I have signed the delivery, as updated on their website. Mothercare then contacted CityLink and notified that THEY COULD NOT FOUND 1 BOX (yes. bulky baby items!!!) and advised them to reorder for me. I just couldn't believe it since I got no notification whatsoever, either from CityLink or Mothercare. The customer service was kind enough to reorder for me, but some of the items were sold out and could only deliver them next Tuesday. So disappointed when the baby shower was actually today and we came up without gifts, collective gifts from a group of friends! And I was the one who responsible for this. While Mothercare was very professional, I believe the blame is on CityLink. They let dishonest people working for them, stealing from custumers (maybe they think big companies could easily replace a missing order) and ruin the company's credibility. I hope all these review be read by the management of CityLink, so they can take actions to save their company (if they care).
