Seems I'm not alone

Waited in all day Friday for what I thought was a Tuffnells delivery. They appeared on Monday to collect as arranged but had no delivery. I contacted the company to be told order was being despatched via citylink instead. When I checked the tracking it showed attempted delivery at 15:40 on the Friday and card left which was a load of tosh. We were waiting in all day and no card was left.

When I contacted city-link regarding the "failed delivery", they checked the tracking info and the driver not only had pretended he'd attempted delivery, but he'd taken a photo of a house which wasn't mine! They asked me to describe my front door and then relayed a description of the house in the photo they had from the driver. It was nothing like mine. Charlatans....

UPDATE:
My review above was removed for "not having proof of order". I immediately countered the report by providing MORE than enough proof of purchase, including order ID, emails from the company, print screens, PDFs, you name it, I sent it. I even sent a tracking number which could be checked on the actual city link site which would link to my name - sent on 4 April. It has taken THREE WEEKS for this ridiculous site to reinstate my review. I am disgusted! I was so angry, I wrote another review of CityLink on the .com site and I also reviews TrustPilot as "incompetent muppets", documenting all the hoops they expected me to jump through in order to get my review reinstated. See my profile, it was a complete farce.

Please Claire, do not respond to this with your trite "I am sure you understand blah blah blah" copy and paste detritus, I have had enough of this site. All I have learned from my encounter with TrustPilot is that the customer is wrong and the companies (who clearly pay you to take down negative reviews) are skewing the statistics. It's obvious that my negative experience of the TrustPilot site is far from an isolated incident.
