City Link obviously do not believe that communication is of any importance. They forgot to put our delivery on the van then proceeded to ignore very clear instructions to leave the parcel with a neighbour. It was only good luck that my husband got home early from work to see the driver about to drive off. The driver had not been given the instruction, despite my husband having phoned on the previous day when the same instruction had been ignored (again not the fault of the driver). I have submitted my complaint twice on their website with no reply from them. I would never willingly use this 'service' if I had any hopes that my requirements would be met!
