I waited in all day for them to collect an unwanted parcel to return to amazon. When it got dark I left the blinds at the front of the house in the kitchen open with a light on and sit my ironing at the window so that I would see any attempted delivery. At 5.25pm I called citilink to check that the collection would still take place, they told me that delivery had been attempted at 4.57pm. NOBODY CAME TO THE DOOR at that time. Nobody rang the bell and a card wasn't left. I called the number on the website to make a complaint and after waiting 10 minutes spoke to Adam, when I gave him my name as part of the security the line went dead. I cannot wait in another full day and have had to arrange for my husband to drop off the parcel at the depot 20 miles away! Shocking service, amazon should stop using them as it is a bad reflection on them, from whom I have always received a good service.
