We used the CityPass on a weekend trip to Chicago. We were placed at the head of the lines whereever we went! If we hadn't had the pass that weekend, we would not have been able to go to nearly as many events. I will use the CityPass whenever it is available!
Discovering NYC through the City pass was amazing! We went in the most beautiful places without standing hours in the lines and we received free advantages such as audio tour guide! Moreover the city pass is a great deal regarding the price of the places we visited. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends that are willing to visit NYC!
IT has been great to be able to use the CityPass San Francisco, specially with the MUNI and Cable car passes. The highlight was the ticket for the monterey Bay aquarium, which is beautiful. I highly recommend it. The only negative thing was the pack offered : Legion of Honor museum and De-Young museum. They have to be done together the same day, as you will be using the ticket got in one at the second one. It's hard to do 2 museums which are not in the same area. We ended up only doing one of them.
it is great value and convenient. When seeing others are waiting in long line we have already been in sightseeing buildings enjoying views some time. Besides, it guides us on what are must-see resorts.
When trying to figure out what the best attractions are to visit in a city, it's so convenient when someone has done all the work to make them available through one pass ... and at a fantastic price! I'm looking forward to going to other cities and seeing their attractions using CityPass.
My family and I went down to Chicago for 3 nights, 4 days and purchased the City Pass. I'm sure glad we did - we were able to skip the long lines for all the attractions and go into the shorter lines, which in my opinion was worth it. (Especially having children)
Especially the Sky Deck, when we went there they stated it would be over a 2 hour wait to go up to the top. Since we had the City Pass we were able to go right up and not wait in line at all! (That in itself paid for the pass) We went up so fast I had a hard time taking pictures of the lobby or anything..
We were able to go into many of the "special attractions" within the museums without having to purchase extra tickets at the museum and pay out of pocket. (Shedd Aquarium and the Field Museum). The only down fall was at the Museum of Science and Industry as not many "special attractions" were included and you had to pay out of pocket for those.
I will definitely be looking into the City Pass for any other trips I take to see what is available! Highly Recommended!
