Everything about Cleverboxes was brilliant. From the first email response from Hannah, to the hand over to Jenny and the help and advise Chris gave me. Fantastic. Can't fault anything. I have already recommended them to my parents who are looking to buy a new laptop.

ordered dvds, arrived in less than 24 hours after I paid for it. received invoice and delivery details very promptly. had carbobcopy invoice with delivery as well. great company. will recommend to anyone. I wish all companies worked this way.
Ordered a USB 3.0 hard drive caddy from Cleverboxes via the Tesco website, received it the next day.
Had compatibility issues with my laptop, I sent customer services an email on a Saturday and received a prompt reply first thing on a Monday morning, returned the item on a Wednesday and received a full refund plus the return postage on Friday!
Couldn't ask for more, top company and top customer service - I wish more companies would follow their example!

I recently purchased something through Flubit. The price was £15 cheaper than anywhere else so I had to take the deal. The order was processed by Cleverboxes, and was then shipped next day delivery for free! One of the best companies I have bought from!
After buying a top of the range laptop at a fantastic price from an end of the line sale, I'd realised I'd muddled my choice up and unfortunately had to ask for a refund.
However, the fantastic customer service team from Cleverboxes worked round the clock to make the process as speedy as possible, showing real diligence and rigour in ensuring they knew what the plan was!
Their team was fantastic and very quick to respond to my emails. Jenny, the customer service rep who dealt with my situation, always responded to my emails after a few minutes and was extremely efficient in keeping in contact. She was friendly, polite and respectful of the urgency of my situation; I was very happy with her service and at every point she made the whole process as painless as she possibly could!
This is a seriously top quality company, with fantastic products from the most recent releases, at fair prices, and with their excellent customer service I'm astounded I haven't heard of them before!!
I would recommend Cleverboxes to anyone, and most likely will be a customer of theirs again sometime in the near future. Potentially the best company for consumer electronics I've ever come across.

Bought an android tablet for daughter (10) and brother (13) then wanted one. When we compared battery life one product was obviously faulty. Rang clever boxes and replacement sorted and received within three days. Would definitely recommend company to any hesitant online shoppers.
the original delivery arrived swiftly, but the unit failed to charge. An exchange was arranged promptly and to my convenience it arrived on the agreed date. An excellent service. Thank you.
Waiting for an item to be in stock for over 6 weeks and being told week after week it is expected in, terrible service.

I ordered a nikon D7000 before it`s launch date (fri. 5th nov.) and it was del. the next morning ,very pleased with this service as most photo retailers were putting customers in a queue for this product. I also could not fault the price at the time of ordering clever cameras saved me £150 on the high price, well done to all, 10/10.
the product was good and the right one but slow on posting was advisethey posted it on the friday only to get other email saying the posted it on the wendsday then took some time getting here. printerbase is next day delivery but they did not do the fuser.

After ordering a camera through Tesco Direct, the wrong colour was delivered. Due to time constraints i decided to keep the one sent, but emailed customer services to report the error. Less than 5 minutes after sending the email I received a call and within 1 hour, notification that a new camera would be sent out and the wrong delievered one collected the very next day.
Best customer service i have recieved ever and it will make me use Cleverboxes next time I need this type of item.
Was quite taken aback at the professional friendliness I received from Jenny. If Carlsberg did customer service ...........Reminded me of the importance of listening to customers and responding in a positive way. Can't recommend highly enough.
Everything happened so quickly; first part was ,unfortunately, incorrect but Jenny was brilliant in arranging return and super fast delivery of correct part. The service and attention I received could not be faulted. I would have no hesitation in using "Cleverboxes" again and to recommending them to anyone.

I ordered a tablet through Tesco. It arrived very quickly but the next day I found there was a fault with it. Called cleverboxes and spoke to a very helpful lady who arranged for it to be exchanged. The faulty one was quickly picked up from my home and a couple of days later the new one arrived. Very pleased with the costumer service I received and the tablet too!

I have a very good opinion about CleverBoxes. I had a problem with one HArd Drive that did not work and they helped me so much. Told me who did I had to talk in Toshiba and since I could not solve the problem by myself, they asked me to send them the product and sened me a new one. Thanks Tom, you helped me a lot

Bought something via Tesco and something went wrong with the data feed so the wrong product showed up. Cleverboxes put everything right in a very prompt, polite and professional manner. I ordered a TV tuner card that and was mistakenly advised that it would work with my Windows 8 system. When I phoned to say I had a problem, I spoke to Hannah, who not only took this seriously, she promised to phone back after she'd checked the compatibility with tech support (which she did in about 10 minutes). She then offered to find a replacement and let me know by the end of the day if she had. She called back within the hour and I now have TV the way I want it.
I'd bought a BT quad landline phone system from Tesco last June which went wrong. I took it back to them to exchange and they said this now had to be done via Cleverboxes. I was a bit apprehensive about dealing with a company I'd never heard of but went ahead as I was sure Tesco would not deal with them if they were dodgy!! I was so pleased with their outstanding service and updates on my order progress. We were sent the goods that were for another person in a different part of the UK.
We were given a new delivery date and time for our item that had been sent elsewhere , how every this was not the case, only the first item was collected. Another phone call resulted in the third delivery date and time for the correct item to arrive. We got to know the delivery driver quite well, nice chap

i ordered a scroll plus through tesco website their on line shop and paid for next day well i didnt get it so i was angry!
after a bit of chasing etc it turns out it was tesco's fault shocker huh so when i did get in contact with cleverboxes the 2 people who deal with phone calls (yes just 2 and real direct dial humans lol ) they refunded postage no hesitation were helpfull beyond belief and polite.
Oh and the scroll i bought? 7" tab does everything my daughters ipad does (fraction slower) and has flash. Its taking me a while to get used to android now but im gettin the hang of it.
I got it mainly as an e-reader as kindle nook etc etc seem expensive this thing is brill now i have figured how to download free chart bestsellers for free haha gotta love the bit-torrent sites huh? Dont nave a real negative yet but if i do ill post it.
for the price i paid £65 its impossibe to go wrong i thing!
