The duvet cover is for a Xmas present so can't write much, But - what I can see looks great - colours true to pictures and the quality it much better than I expected for money and I am fussy
I bought this for my 5yr old for xmas as I refuse to pay ipad prices ive charged it and done some stuff so its ready gor when santa leaves it but its very easy to useand well packaged and almost like handles on back (indentation) which hopefully will prevent my boy dropping it .the screen quality is great . I have not yet watched anything on it or downloaded yet but I am 100'/, happy so far I ordered through tescos on an evening and it was ready to collect T local tesco 3pm next day . Well chuffed
Hi, I cannot fault the service that I received from the staff of this company, It's a shame that the item I ordered and had to return did not do as it said in the instruction manual. I will use the company again and will also recommend it to my friend's.
There had been some confusion over the delivery address (typo on my part I think!) and I had been away and unable to return their call to clarify, but they sorted anyway with virtually no delay and my item arrived within the timescale I would have expected. Excellent company, excellent customer service, which can be few are far between these days.
A special gift for my first grandson - Excellent service with a quality wrapped box - gifts look the part and I await the delight of my grandson as he receives them!

I had a £50 Tesco giftcard, so I decided to buy my son a new MP3 player via Tesco direct. The one I went with was fulfilled by Cleverboxes and I had a good buying experience, but I found the same player cheaper elsewhere. Not a big deal as it was a 'freebie' for us, but would have been nicer with a competative price! Haven't used the MP3 player yet as I'll be giving it as a Christmas gift, but it arrived fairly quickly & had good reviews online.
Fast delivery, item a bit basic but solid, good for purpose.
I purchased something via tesco and the distributer was cleverboxes! This wouldn't normally be an issue but not only did they charge me to have my item delivered to tesco's.... Delivery cost was almost £5! It's very disappointing and I'm very reluctant to use them again!

I ordered my new PC from Cleverboxes (they were linked in with the Tesco direct website) so at first I wasn't sure if they were some small amateur seller.
My transaction went through fine & I waited for my parcel to arrive, the website said 3-5 working days (the express delivery wasn't available for my item, but they had a number of options to choose from if you weren't there when they delivered). The package was delivered on the fifth day, as it happened I was out on that day but picked it up form my neighbour.
The only thing I would say is that there was a lot of packaging, both PC & monitor boxes were bubble wrapped then taped together inside a giant plastic sack. But all items arrived undamaged, so maybe this worked. Everything was as described online, and now I can go online with my new PC.
I bought this Christmas present for my son. Luckily he missed the delivery by moments or he would have seen his present. It wasn't inside a plain box and I now have to give him a gift that has FRAGILE tape stuck all over the box.
I PLACED MY ORDER ONLINE, QUICLY AND EASILY, HAVING FOUND WHAT I WANTED EASILY. I WAS KEPT WELL INFORMED BY EMAIL ABOUT MY ORDER AND IT PROVED EASY TO TRACK. IT WAS DELIVEREDQUICKLY AND WAS EXACTLY ON TIME. I WILL BE RECOMMENDING THIS COMPANY TO EVERYONE IN FUTURE AND USING IT AGAIN MYSELF.
Easier to ordering, fast delivery to my Local supermarket store. Enquires answered fast and efficiently. All in all great customer service and purchase.

Efficient and timely service - good quality product
The item ordered arrived within an acceptable delivery time. I however, needed to return an item, as I had ordered in correctly. No returns information is available on the invoice, and their website looks like they are an IT Company ?? I had to phone to organise a return authorisation, which is only valid for 7 days and then cancelled if not received in this time.
Also had to pay for delivery and return even though I wished to order a replacement which again I will have to pay for.
Not very competitive in this day and age.
Ordered two printers via Tesco Direct. One for my self and the other for my recently widowed mother. My printer worked OK, however second printer was faulty and did not work. Arranged and finalised a pick up within 48 hours. Very impressed, and would recommend you to anybody.
My mother did not need any stress at this time, and none was caused.
Particular mention to Hannah in your customer service dept, (spoke to her 26th Nov 2013) who to me went the extra mile to make sure we received our new goods.

I ordered two monitors from Cleverboxes via Tesco Direct. When I placed the order I was informed they would be ready for collection from my local store the next day. When I arrived at Tesco the monitors weren't there, and the staff, whilst attempting to be helpful, told me that they couldn't do anything and I'd have to call Cleverboxes myself to find out where my goods were (and I'd have to find the number myself because they didn't have it!). Cleverboxes only keep office hours and it was Friday evening, so I couldn't get in touch 'til after the weekend.... I was less than impressed.
On the positive side, I received a phonecall from Cleverboxes the following Monday (before I got around to calling them) apologising for the delay and informing me when the monitors would actually be ready for collection. I also received an email confirming they were ready for collection. Collection was very smooth and the monitors are excellent.
I would recommend Cleverboxes via Tesco with the proviso that you take the delivery date as an estimate and don't try to collect your goods until you receive email confirmation that they have been delivered. All told it took 5 days (3 working days) to receive my monitors and that's not bad - communication of delays could just be a little more timely.
Very impressed with the product. Have made yoghurt with little to no difficulty. Clever boxes have been efficient in their comms and delivery. Would definitely do business again.
