After ordering a camera through Tesco Direct, the wrong colour was delivered. Due to time constraints i decided to keep the one sent, but emailed customer services to report the error. Less than 5 minutes after sending the email I received a call and within 1 hour, notification that a new camera would be sent out and the wrong delievered one collected the very next day.
Best customer service i have recieved ever and it will make me use Cleverboxes next time I need this type of item.
