After a series of horror stories with other online furniture retailers It was with trepidation that I tried my arm again. Placed my order.. next day delivery..paid for the goods and hoped for the best.
Sure enough, I got en email to say goods were out of stock and wasn't expected to be in stock for another week or so. The nightmare begins, I thought. Didn't wan't a different bed, just wanted my money back. Then prepared for a protracted battle. To my astonishment the money was back in my account within 3 days and the mattresses I ordered and didn't cancel arrived on time. Reassured by this, I asked them to let me know when the bed was back in stock, which they did. I reordered the bed and it arrived on time....and they waived the delivery charge which I fully expected to pay.
I decided not to send in a review until I assembled the bed a couple of weeks later in case there were other issues. Sure enough we had the age old manufacturers disease of "Missing bits Syndrome" To Click4Beds credit they tried to get the manufacturer to send the bits by next day delivery. In the end I got them by the 4th day keeping me updated each day...still not bad. I could easily have been cut loose by the retailer as I have been in the past.
I believe that a key performance indicator for an organisation is not just about how quickly you can deliver your goods but how quickly you put things right when they go wrong. Click4Beds have shown a "can do culture" in this instance. Well done.
However I still believe that a product should not be displayed as "in stock" when it clearly isn't. Hence 4 stars not 5.
On scheduled delivery date I got a call saying part of the bed had been misplaced so would not be delivered. Was told it would arrive the following day - when only 3 out of 4 parts of the bed arrived (the base was missing). 1 week later the base still hasnt arrived and the new delivery date today was scheduled to deliver a brand new base. Again, I get a call this morning saying the base has been damaged in transit. This company are happy to pass off the blame onto their courier company and offered a measly £10 reimbursement of the delivery fee for my 3 days taken off work!

Can't fault Click 4 Beds. Needed a 4ft bed urgently and was having problems getting that size delivered by next day delivery. The choice and prices were great and the delivery as promised. I phoned to make sure they could deliver that quickly and was able to speak to someone straight away and he was able to check my order within seconds. Will definitely use again.
A company that has the best prices and selection I could find after trudging the local High Streets and trawling the internet for hours.
It didnt stop there though, I had a problem, they fixed it with no hassle or fuss.

I ordered a bed frame on line but failed to complete the ordering process correctly. I phoned Click 4 beds to check on the status of my order and they were very helpful in explaining that they could see my order in my basket but I had not completed the transaction. They told me what to do and I proceeded to do as explained. I contacted them again and they politely confirmed very thing was ordered correctly and confirmed the delivery date. The day before delivery I received an e-mail to confirm delivery. The bed frame arrived in good condition and is now in use. No problems with Click 4 beds and I will look to them again when replacing any other beds.
Overall service was very efficient regarding delivery. Mattress seems very good so far. I would have been happier n more confident to buy if there were details of how firm or soft the mattress is as i was looking for a firm mattress. That was the only bit that worried me ordering online. Did try asking through automated seem but didn't receive reply. Good website n quick delivery. Would recommend.
We ordered the Tivoli bed frame. The checkout process was easy and we were offered a choice of delivery dates which was very helpful. The bed was easy to assemble and is a good quality frame, better than the price tag would suggest. Very pleased.
I ordered a Limelight Astro wooden bed frame and needed a Saturday delivery for which I paid the necessary fee. The bed frame arrived by courier on the Saturday morning as planned but unfortunately one of the bolts to assemble the bed was missing. This didn't stop us assembling the bed and I emailed Click4beds customer service to let them know. By Tuesday I had received the missing bolt and was provided with a £10 gift voucher off any further purchases. I chose this company because the beds are in stock and I could pick a delivery date to suit me since I work shifts. Had a call on the day to say two boxes were due to be delivered and to ensue I was happy with the condition of them prior to signing for delivery. So far so good. When the lorry appeared, it transpires only 2 of the 3 boxes which made up the bed were on it.
It has been 5 days and counting and I still have yet to receive the final pieces. The 'friendly' customer service worker can 'only apologize'. Since the 3rd box was lost by their delivery company they were reluctant to dispatch a replacement part - to give the delivery service time to find the original. I guess once they have 100% of the money for the bed, whether/when the customer receives a 100% of their order is not a priority for them!
A replacement box has apparently been sent but they are unable to offer so much as an express delivery, so I guess I will be wasting another day off waiting in. Still maybe if it turns up early enough I'll have time to assemble it before I have to spend another night on a mattress on the floor surrounded by the mocking pieces that turned up last week....
From the moment I ordered my bed online there was instantaneous communication, very friendly staff who couldn't do enough to help you. The delivery was spot on even getting a courtesy call after delivery to ensure everything was ok with the bed and making sure packaging and all parts were there. I have recently has to contact customer service as one of my slats had broken on the bed. I got a fast response the next morning explaining that they were contacting the manufacturer to see if they could get a replacement. To my surprise the new slats came the day after by courier. Brilliant company, fast response, great communication and will definitely use again. Would recommend to all I know!
We bought our bed from the clearance section as there was a small hole (literally tip of finger size) and it was reduced to the point we just could not leave it. We were trading our old double bed (bought from a secondhand shop) to a larger size so that we can get some room when both our cats want to join us on chilly nights!
The Click4Beds website was a doddle to navigate and, having found this fantastic faux leather superking bed base and selected our mattress, the checking out process was simple, too. We were contacted by customer service to notify us of the delivery date (we had not gone for next day delivery as it wasn't urgent) and the bed arrived on the promised day.
On the morning of the delivery, customer service telephoned to say that they had found the legs (lovely little bun feet) for the bed base in the warehouse and that they were being sent by courier for next day delivery. Unfortunately, when we (sorry, when my husband!) started to assemble the bed, he discovered that there were some pieces missing, i.e. the slats and stabilising legs, so I contacted customer service and received a polite apology and a request that I email the exact list of missing parts and Tana would make sure they were sent but, as it was lateish on Friday, we would not receive them until Tuesday. My husband duly reassembled our old bed and, as promised, the missing bits arrived on Tuesday morning by courier. Bearing in mind that we paid only the standard delivery charge and got the bed base itself for half price, I consider this to be excellent customer service and at the company's expense (yes I know the fact that it was half price shouldn't make a difference, but I still think it was good!).
Certainly, it would have been great had it all arrived in one package, and at the time I was not particularly pleased, but I suspect this item had been in the warehouse for a little while and, in being moved around to accommodate new stock, the various packs had become separated - remember, the staff at Click4Beds are human, too, and we all make mistakes from time to time. It was not exactly a life or death situation, just a new bed!!
All in all, our experience has been very good and I would not hesitate to buy from Click4Beds again in the future, nor to recommend them. When

We ordered a bed as a Christmas present at the end of October. We checked the items and found a pole missing. Contacted Click4beds and they immediately sent out the missing part. We then did not put up the bed until after Christmas. We then found that the bed frame was a double and not a king. Despite it being the Christmas holidays i still received a personal reply from them and as promised they sent out the new correct frame and collected the previous one all within a few days. This was the manufacturers fault but Click4beds were very helpful, got back to me quickly and were happy to help. Definately some of the best customer service i have ever had from a company.
The bed is very nice and well made and at a very good price compared to other stockists.

I've purchased a couple of items from click 4 beds recently, and been highly impressed by the quality and service on both occasions. The staff are very friendly and helpful, they provide tracking details for orders, phone to alert you that the delivery is on its way, and again to check everything is ok. In most (other) places now it feels like the token nod to customer service stops the second they have your money, so I was really pleased to find somewhere that really seemed to care that I was happy with my purchases. Not only that but having shopped around they were the cheapest. The bed which I bought most recently is very sturdy and well made, and went together without tears - all the holes lined up perfectly, I am very happy and would definitely recommend this company!
Purchased a single bed and mattresss. Good quality at reasonable price. Delivery advised by e:mail, confirmed by phone. Friendly and helpful delivery personnel and delivered on time despite heavy snow fall. 10/10

In our case wouldn't ever use again, even as in this case for a first flat. They Duck & Dive, customer service is awful

First bed arrived damaged, cheap, damaged, leather panels all differing shades of grubby white
incredible hard work trying to get it replaced, they want to charge you for return. Live in the North, this is bought for daughters flat in Somerset.
2nd attempt delivery cancelled and didn't arrive as all batch found to be faulty,- funny they hadn't checked this out first.
So Accepted it could be a fluke and stupidly ordered a 3rd bed at a much higher price and guess what it arrived faulty too ( they claim in transit , but examination of packaging shows it was absolutely sent out in that state whatever they try to claim about checking)
By this time a whole week without a bed, 3 days waiting in, mattress that had arrived separately had to be slept on as a one bedroom flat and no other option and relied on their assurances a perfect bed would arrive.
Exasperated cancelled order and of course won't refund the mattress and duck and dive all responsibility
My advice now would be use someone like John Lewis, Argos, even Tesco who own problems not this purely internet company, who never see the beds ( they are sent out form a supplier) and offer such dreadful customer support and service.
At no stage did they make it easy, check things had arrived or offer a good solution DREADFUL, worst experience ever.avoid like the plague. According to the carrier this is a very frequent issue.
Use a more reputable firm not someone you have to fight with to get your money back - still waiting on the mattress as they aren't prepared to refund despite all this sorry saga being their fault.
I ordered a Serene Milano Faux Leather Bed for my son and paid £20 for next day delivery (this seems to be standard). As promised the bed arrived, but all was not well, I asked the delivery driver if there was anymore boxes, I only received 3 and they didn't seem big enough for the bed, the driver said that was all and left. I emailed click 4 beds to confirm the boxes and 4 days later I received an email confirming that they had tried to contact me as I should of received 4 boxes not 3 (I didn't have any missed calls or messages). My order had been split and 1 box had been lost during transit which they were trying to locate.
I also noticed that one of the boxes didn't look correct and again they confirmed this to be true and said they would send the correct item out. I asked for a refund of my delivery costs which they kindly granted and to cut a long story short they did go out of their way to put things right and kept me informed of my missing item and the rest of the order. We can all reflect on the negative but its what we do to correct this that counts and they did correct it, it was just a shame that it happened in the first place and that I had to do a lot of chasing up, this is why I'm only rating 3 stars. However I would give them a second chance and use them again and they are a lot cheaper than elsewhere.
