very poor service and did not receive ordered item.
I ordered a game for my son for Christmas on 11th Dec, website said despatched within 24hrs. On the 16th contacted the company through e-mail to say I did not receive item. One reply from company - to investigate. Now the 3rd Jan and I have sent 4 e-mails and website is constantly down and have had no response since the 17th Dec.
Very disappointed and would never order from this company again. Now contacting my credit card company to get my money back.

Amazing! Nearly as cheap as, but quicker delivering than, Amazon.
Placed the order on the website, using their free delivery option on Wednesday night. The package arrived on Friday morning. Only problem is keeping it hidden from the kids until I have a chance to wrap it up! But that's a good problem to have!

Managed to find just the 3 Skylanders he wanted!
Ordered without fuss and they arrived reassuringly promptly, well packed and clearly labelled.

Extremely swift service
Had never heard of this company before but found their website easy to navigate. Ordered a DS game as a Christmas present for my daughter that Amazon said would not be delivered until after Christmas. Clickforgames.co.uk had it dispatched and delivered it 2 days. Extremely impressed and will use again and have no hesitation in recommending this site.

Customer service second to none!
The service that this company has provided me has been absolutely second to none and I think this is the best customer experience I have ever received. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong item from this company and upon asking if I could return it I got a very quick response saying that it was not a problem. I posted it back the next day but after almost two weeks it had yet to be delivered. Upon contacting the company with the reference number for the delayed parcel to explain that my return had been delayed my royal mail, I received an email stating that they would refund me anyway. They have saved me so much hassle, it has been an absolute pleasure to deal with them and I would recommend their first class service to anybody! THANK YOU Click for Games! A++++++!

no fault, but a mistake!
I ordered one Nintendo wii remote white official. For some reason you sent two. (this may be AMAZON'S fault)

Click for Games was the only place i could find xenoblade chronicles for the Wii> i had never heard of Click for Games so was a little nervous buying from them. However the game arrived on Saturday morning after ordering on Thursday evening.The package was well padded offering good
protection and was in perfect condition once opened. I have no reservations about using Click for Games in the future.
