I ordered some trousers from the website. They arrived reasonably fast however were not as pictured on the website...a different model. On phoning to ask for the correct ones I was told they could not get them, so I wanted to return the item and get a refund. I was expected to pay return postage! I made a fuss and they did relent in the end and after a week a prepaid postage envelope arrived for me to return the trousers Disappointed that I couldnt get the item as shown on the website

I’m very sorry to hear about this recent experience. We would never expect anyone to pay return postage on something that we have sent incorrectly. Could you possibly advise your order reference for this particular order? I shall then look into this further and have this issue resolved for you.
