To be given the option of my money back or a replacement order which I chose and my goods were delivered two days later I was very impressed
I bought a digital Picture key fob and it is really good. It arrived on time and is outstanding value for money.

I ordered an item from ClickShop on Amazon and my order was shipped quicker than I expected, which was fantastic. Also, I send ClickShop an email to get a little bit more information and was really surprised at the level of customer service that I received. They were very quick at responding to my email, and handled it amazingly well, which a lot of the online market companies do not seem to do. Great service all round!
Bought Minecraft foam swords and pickaxes (!) for my two young sons from Clickshop through Amazon, for considerably less than the high street price. First batch were lost in transit, but this was quickly sorted and a new set despatched on the same day that I emailed, with no hassle. Boys are very happy with their new toys!
I recently brought 3 items (Marshmallow Blaster, Polluted Glasses and Shot Bandolier Belt.) from ClickShop.com for my YouTube page S.H.TV, and these items are amazing.

I ordered a Sound Racer from Clickshop for £24.95 on 4 March. After 2 weeks of waiting I put a message on their website asking where my item was. On 21 March I was told the stock had arrived damaged and that they were awaiting new stock. By 30 March I still hadn’t received anything so requested a refund. I was then told the stock was arriving on 2 April so I said I’d rather have the item than a refund. By 12 April I hadn’t received anything so again requested a refund. I was told the money would be “put back on my card”. However, as I’d paid by Debit Card I wasn’t convinced they could do that so asked for it to be paid via my PayPal account. Today, the 23 April, I’ve checked both my bank account and my PayPal account but nothing has been paid into either. I’ve told this company what I think of them and said I’d be warning others to stay well clear of them.
I placed an order with Clickshop on feb 20th. The money was taken very promptly from my account (£109.90) despite the goods not being in stock. Three weeks later I cancelled the order (despite messages that the items had been dispatched). Two months later I am still waiting for a refund. Messages & emails are responded to saying there are issues with one or another computer/payment system and promises that the money will be in my account in the next 3-4 working days. 4 days later, no credit, email/message again and it's the same story.
I have scored 1 star quite simply because I do not believe I am ever getting a refund. The time that has gone into even attempting to get my money back is totally unacceptable.

I ordered an item 04 Feb 2013 and messaged the site on 12 Feb asking if it had shipped. Said would check and get it sorted. Messaged again 04 March, got excuse that their stock was damaged, more arriving end of week. Messaged 14 March saying if not shipped by 15 March, please refund; was promised goods and refund. Messaged 02 April, gave deadline of 5 April to refund or ship else I will initiate chargeback; responded with refund was issued (it wasn't) and could I verify last four digits of card used. I did so, no further responses, goods or refund. On 10 April I contacted my credit card company to chargeback.
I expect site owner was trying to get purchase past 120 day limit for chargeback. So very glad I used a credit card instead of debit card, otherwise I would have had no recourse. Caveat emptor.

I placed an order 22nd. February which I eventually discovered Clickshop were unable to fulfill - after much to-ing and fro-ing the cost was refunded after almost 6 weeks.
I would advise anyone planning to order from this website to e-mail first to check whether or not items are in stock and available, before ordering via the website. Also be aware there is no geographical phone number available for this company. Sef's communications were always courteous despite the prevarication. Several other people appear to have had a very good experience with this company, perhaps I was simply unlucky,
Unfortunately I have had a very laborious and frustrating experience with this company. I ordered a black tablet in December ready for a Christmas present but it never arrived. I queried it with Clickshop in January and they said they had been unable to supply it but no one had informed me. Initially there was some good communication from their customer services and they eventually agreed to provide a different model and a small refund. The different model arrived after a couple of weeks in early February but it did not charge properly and I asked for a refund. The original discount never came through though they claimed they had tried to do it unsuccessfully. In the end as a gesture of goodwill I accepted their offer of a discount voucher code instead and purchased other goods in late February. This never arrived either so I emailed them several times without reply. Then in late March 2013, after several weeks and the posting of my review on TrustPilot, they did send part of the replacement order and offered me another refund. The second part of the order was incorrect but the generous refund was processed within a week. I feel sorry for the Customer Services people as they are being let down by the despatch team it seems.
It was really useful to get delivery status updates via email. I also got a really quick reply to my email, not just an automated reply, but a real person looked into the matter!

I have ordered quite a few things from Clickshop.com over the past 12 months and can say that I've never had a problem. My experience seems to be similar to that of other users on here as most of the reviews are positive.
All my items arrived quickly and the prices were very good.
I've read some of the negative reviews on here but I would say don't be put off by them. I'm sure every big company has some unhappy customers.
Ordered a pizza cutter as a Christmas gift on the 9th of Dec . Waited until 20th and got in contact asking where it was. [Name revomed] responded exactly 30 seconds later and said they'd look into the mysterious disappearing pizza cutter. I still don't have it and Christmas has been and gone, nor have I been offered a refund. Will not be ordering from clickshop.com again and will make sure everyone I know does not order from there either.
I ordered an item from clickshop.com in November and although I have experienced some problems with delivery it has thankfully all now been resolved. My Item was delivered on 19/12/12, in time for me to wrap up for christmas.
A week ago, because my item hadnt arrived, my original opinion of this company was rubbish, however since getting in contact with them they have completely turned my opinion around with regular contact and updates and now my item has been recieved, I am happy to say I will be using their online service again and hopefully recieve the fast / efficient delivery which others on here have experienced.
Clickshop.coms greatest credit is their customer service. Despite the delivery problems I have experienced and although there is no contact number for them. they have responded to most of my messages and have kept me regulary updated. They have apologised where necessary for the delay and provided a great service.
I was looking to get my Dad a present and clickshop was a good £5 cheaper and that even included an obligatory Charity donation. I would have complained about being forced to donate, but seeing as it was so much cheaper, I can't really complain!
Order placed 6th November , extra delivery paid to get goods quickly . Despite email of email, no tracking details , ALSO no phone number to ring up, so they can just ignore you emails.
I will not be using this firm ever again.
A full refund was received from this company. Also a a free pair of headphones were also received.

Just like one of the other reviews on here, they lied about sending me my item even though they offered money back. I ordered a simple product (£59) at the beginning of sept for gf b day in mid sept on recorded delivery, it's now November and still not here. After getting the most embarrassingly obvious lies back via email which my whole office would look forward to listening to as they were actually funny (I'll be posting them all online on every social media outlet they are associated with along with the outstanding promises of delivery and my last 3 rudely ignored to emails) I was eventually told, after a couple of weeks, they never actually had the item in the first place EVEN THOUGH the customer service guy said he personally made sure it was resent again recorded delivery. So I asked what the recorded delivery number was so I could track myself.........silence. I even emailed them the link to royalmail tracking page. Few weeks later, they get back in touch 'shocked' it hasn't turned up, I said let's look into it together, simply give me the tracking number........silence. Naturally, it was never sent. They just hoped I would go away. So finally said it was being delivered straight from the makers, a likely story. Over a month gone by, nothing. I've emailed to ask what's going on or if I can get the name of the company sending it to me. Those last 3-4 emails have been completely ignored hoping I would just give up and go away so they can carry on thinking up new and exciting lies to tell, assuming they have exhausted the current script. I have the whole email trail going from beginning of sept to beginning nov. If you don't get this sorted, the whole thing is being posted on every forum and social media outlet I can find. Last thing, just checked your website and guess what? Yes, you are still selling this product and its in stock! Good news for me, right? I should get it by mid next week then. Or is it false advertising? Should that be the avenue I go down?
EDIT - Clickshop contacted me the day after I put this review up after ignoring me for 2 weeks previously. Very predicable and I wasn't surprised. To Sef's credit, he did order the item from another website and it has now been delivered, so I'll add a star for that but can't take down the complete review. I've been email asking for me to take it down 'as agreed'. Never agreed to this and if you doubt me clickshop I'll happily post the complete email conversation. Getting my product to me 2.5 months late doesn't mean all should be forgiven. And, be honest with yourself Clickshop, would I have 1. Been contacted so swiftly 2. Had such a swift turn around getting it sorted IF I hadn't posted this review? I think I would of had more chance of folding a crisp.
P.s. The extra 3rd star if for Sef only as I feel he isn't completely to blame as he is courteous when he contacts me.
After reading a review on a blog I follow of the cookie cutter I wanted to buy I followed the link supplied and they had sold out. After a search I found the same product on this site cheaper and with free postage. It came quicker than expected and I would definitely order from here again!
This item was cheaper here than anywhere else (below RRP I believe!) AND the only place to offer free delivery. Arrived in good time, despite being 2nd class post. The item I purchased wasn't fragile or electrical in nature, so I couldn't comment on the quality of packaging for an item of that variety.
