After ordering online and expecting my deliver, I received my box. The delivery note said all items were enclosed... erm, no they weren't. So I call up customer service and they give me some rubbish about an item being in stock, then out of stock - so they've automatically refunded the cost.
"But I want it" I say - tough titties says the customer service person, that's not how the system works.
Well, you won't be getting any more orders from me. Shocking service.
