Fantastic service and value

I ordered the laser toy for my kittens and they love it. It even came with the batteries (which have nearly run down now because they use it so much!).
The delivery was so quick and the handwritten message on the paperwork was such a welcome personal touch. I do sometimes get a little bit tired of computers and automated services!
I totally recommend Clipsley Pet Shop to anyone and everyone who has pets.
I'm sure I'll shop there again.

Although there was a problem with my order (not the company's fault I might add) I cannot say a word against the customer service, the friendliness with which I was recieved and the swiftness that my problem was dealt with. Efficient, lovely people and brilliant products at great prices. Will be using again for sure and have reccomended to several of my aquarist friends!

I will not be using this provider again. They failed to tell me within reasonable time of my order placement that the food was not in stock, they then agreed to deliver the rest of my order. They then failed to inform me they were refunding me for the food and for 2 other items which they had not told me were also out of stock. They then sent me a 5 step ladder instead of the 6 I ordered, which apparently had been agreed (not by me) when I called regarding this they were unable to give me and answer and called 2 days later to tell me they don't actually stock a 6 only 5!. They then called a few days later to say that the food was now in stock so I ordered this and asked it to be delivered to a different address,to which they ignored and sent to the original address, so now I have to chase the delivery company to receive my goods. I will definitely not be using this company again or recommending to anyone.

Easy ordering and fast delivery!

I use this website frequently. On the odd occasion I cannot locate something, the staff are helpful and informative. I do recommend Clipsey to other parrot owning friends, which is not something I would do if the service and quality was poor! The range of products is excellent and so long as delivery prices are kept to a reasonable rate, I will keep on purchasing my parrot goods from them......
