Worthy of a gold medal for excellance in all areas of customer service

Ordered on friday & they dispatched my order the same day so it could arrive on monday.A couple of items were out of stock,but is was no trouble for them to phone me so we could agree for substitutes.Thank you so much Karon.I was doubtful about ordering online as i was let down by another online petsupplier.I am very glad i did decide to order from Clipsley Pets.There prices are very reasonable,and some are cheaper than a lot of petshops & even the supermarkets.I will be using them again for all my pet supplies.BRILLIANT!!!. A big thank you to all at Clipsley Pets.

Mixed reaction

The cage toys are quality products and were a reasonable price. However, the pink perch (which is something like concrete) is tiny. I have bought these for my budgie before from local pet shops but they weren't in stock this time so I ordered one from this site. The perch I received is a THIRD of the size of the ones I've bought before, at TWO THIRDS MORE MONEY! I was horrified at how much they charged for the size of it. I have now found another site that sells them at the same price as the shops, so needless to say that is where I will go next time. Other than this perch being really tiny I was happy with everything else and the delivery was quick and hassle free.

Excellent service - so nice to support a family business.

Found this website in a roundabout way and hugely impressed. Delivery was tracked and I was able to change the day by one click and it arrived on time on the day stated. Highly impressed. Prices competitive or even savings on the prices from large superstores though I would pay a few extra pennies to support a family business especially one that did what it said! Only issue was the very cheap treats I bought are atually smaller than the measurement on the website but price wise I was gettign a bargain so I half expected that and to be honest I was chancing it :-)

Outstanding customer service from Caron

I phoned Clipsley Pet Shop a few weeks ago to enquire about an item on their website that comes with three options. The item was out of stock. Caron took my details and called me when the item was back in stock, remembering our conversation about my colour choice (a mermaid statue for my 4 year old's first aquarium as a Xmas present) and helped me complete the order and then sent a personalised message to me in the post. I would definately use Clipsley again and thank Caron for her outstanding customer service

Quick, reliable

I've used this company twice to deliver bulk bird food. The last time the item I ordered was out of stock but I received a prompt phone call to check I was happy with a substitute order and I received the item very quickly.
I particularly like the chance to change the delivery date or send to a neighbour via text message from the courier company they use. Oh and they give you an hour delivery slot on the day!

great company and fast delivery

Shop, hot delivery not!!!

No problem ordering and had email telling of delivery time and date in fast time. But I do not know what is going on with delivery firms as I seem to be having nothing but trouble of late. I was at home at the time stated, but heard no ring at the door. But on going to put rubbish in my bin found the parcel sitting on the garden table in the pouring rain, despite me including instructions where to leave it if not in. Mind you it was better than the last company I tried, their delivery company just dropped it over the gate. I feel sorry for the businesses as they are being let down, as it puts people off when things arrive damaged or sodden.

We have two Samoyed girls and we have discovered Clipsley seven months ago through a friend of ours who uses their website and was so excited about their products and service. We've never used anyone else since and our dogs love their exclusive range of dry dog food! The website if very friendly, they have clear description of the products and great prices! The delivery was always smooth and very convenient! They offer you a range of delivery dates and times, if you leave your mobile number they will text you a few days before and a reminder on the day of delivery. Professional and convenient at a touch of a button and more than fair prices! I have told all my friends with pets about Clipsley and we will continue to be faithful customers! Thank you!

Brilliant service

Clipsley Pets was recommended to me by my daughter and several other aquaintances that had used the Company and how right they were. My order of Guardian Angel was delivered the very next day. Fortunately I didn't have a sick bird, but can imagine the relief of someone who needed the medicine quickly to get the remedy so promptly.

Prompt despatch & good communication!

I was a little concerned when ordering, since I've never ordered from Clipsley Pet Shop before and it wasn't obvious to me (although maybe it is to other people!) how quickly goods would be despatched and how quick delivery would be.

I needn't have worried; I was advised by email the same day that I ordered, when & how the goods would be delivered and they were!

A great service and highly recommended

Although the item I ordered wasn't in stock they had contacted me withing 2 hours to let me know when the item would be available. It was then duly delivered on the day they promised.

Very helpful

I ordered an aquarium ornament from them. Unfortunately it was not in stock and it would be another three weeks before it came in. They kept in touch be email and offered me the choice of a refund or to wait for the part. I choose to wait. They emailed me when it was in. The we're very friendly and the emails were obviously not automated which was very nice and personnel. I would have no problem in recommending them to anyone.

Ok, but could do better.

Received the wrong item and received no response to my enquiry asking if the correct item is in stock. On a more positive note they sent a free sample of dog food with my order which my Westie seemed to enjoy. A nice gesture but I would prefer to have my correct order and a response to my enquiry.

I'm really sorry about the delay in responding to your email, received last
Thursday night. We aim to respond to customer queries as quickly as
possible, but in this instance we first had to make some enquiries.

We only stock the dark blue version of the reflective harness, so we have
been enquiring with our supplier about whether or not they can supply a
lighter coloured (blue) harness. The answer we received yesterday, Tuesday,
from Rosewood, our supplier, was that they don't actually manufacture this
type of harness in a different, lighter shade of blue.

I'm sorry about the confusion caused by the description (the manufacturer
describes it as blue and that's why we offer it on our website as blue). As
a result of your feedback, I have arranged for the wording in the
description to reflect the fact that this is a darker blue, or navy blue,
and not a light blue.

I'm very sorry that the product we sent to you was not what you expected.
If you wish to return it and the original display packaging, please let me
know and I will provide a full refund once we receive it.
