Poor

I ordered some ugg boots from cloggs.co.uk, several days later I get a card through the post to say that they have been left in a safe place at my back gate, ( please take in mind these are a £220 boot) I checked at my gate and hey guess what no package, I contacted cloggs who said they would look into it with the delivery company, I heard nothing in reply and on several occasions I called to chase this matter up and after 7days I was told that they were left in a safe place so no claim could be made and they were sorry, so all in all a very poor company and service and I am now out of pocket and no boots, please do not use this company or pay for sign for delivery if possible.

    I'm sorry for the disappointment caused with your recent order. The delivery option chosen is a leave safe service as detailed on our Delivery page:

    "Items are sent on a leave safe service. Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 8am and 6pm, dependent on the delivery service selected. A signature may be required on receipt. If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done."

    As the parcel had been left out of sight from passers by the location was confirmed by the courier as secure.

    Once again, please accept our sincere apologies for this situation.
