I would have been happy to wait 4 days for my shoes, ordering at 1am (yes, in the middle of the night) as I did. Didn't think to check the delivery was anything other than free, but it had defaulted to next day, and I got charged for it, with no obvious way back to edit order once placed! Slightly annoyed.

I'm concerned to hear that this tainted your experience - for reference, after thorough testing it became apparent that the majority of customers wanted our Next Day delivery option to stand out at checkout as it is such a reasonable cost. We do our absolute utmost to ensure that this stands out for any customers that would prefer our free delivery option so I apologise profusely that this was not clear.
