I understand that the weather has been bad, but having placed my order two weeks ago you'd think the boots I ordered would have arrived by now. Admittedly, they attempted to deliver twice but as HDNL seem to work on the premise that the best time to deliver is when people are at work the boots were returned to the depot on both occasions. Supposedly requiring a signature, they could not be left in a safe place, however when I contacted HDNL they informed me that a signature was not required. The boots have been sitting in HDNL's warehouse for a week and despite living nearby I am forbidden to collect the boots. Exasperated, I phoned HDNL and stated "so my boots are in your depot, I can't collect them, you can't give me any indication of when I'll receive them, I can't rearrange delivery even though I'm out at work when you are likely to deliver so they'll just turn up.... sometime?" The response I got was "yeah". Says it all really!!
