Have shopped with Cloggs before and was very impressed with their service etc, so have ordered my husband another 2 pairs of Dr Martens, as i have basically got 2 pairs for the price of 1 , as other shops are £90.00 a pair ive just paid £113. for 2 pairs.

I have purchased a few things from Cloggs and the delivery of my item has always been very speedy and product as described.
My only issue was when i returned a product I was only credited the refund when I called to ask what the delay was. They did apologise and say they would do a refund immediately.
Ordered hunter boots for my daughter for christmas, when she had worn them for a day, noticed a constant crunching in one of them, she said like walking on bubble wrap. So two weeks ago we send them back for a refund as very irritating and uncomfortable to wear.checked yesterday and thy haven't received them back, and was told to ring again in another week, but apparently it's all depending on the decision of cloggs if they feel they are faulty or not, as to whether will be refunding, as they were worn. They had to be worn to find that there was a fault. Will be taking matters further if they don't refund,as this will leave my daughter with a useless pair of £68 boots that she is unable to wear. i wish I had just bought from a shop, would have been refunded by now, or had another pair. I'm just glad I stopped my other daughter in time, as she nearly ordered a pair of uggs from here.Thank god she didn't!,Steer clear of cloggs, as they offer a very unprofessional service that could cause you a great deal of unnecessary stress.
Have just been introduced to this site and it's fantastic. Great selection of shoes and sandals, for both myself and the children. Will definately be buying from here again. I am a size 3 and find it very difficult to get shoes that fit and are appropriate looking for my age and I was delighted to see that I had ample choice on your site. So happy, thanks again!!!
I would have been happy to wait 4 days for my shoes, ordering at 1am (yes, in the middle of the night) as I did. Didn't think to check the delivery was anything other than free, but it had defaulted to next day, and I got charged for it, with no obvious way back to edit order once placed! Slightly annoyed.
Browsing through the immense selection of awesome Doc Martens...I spotted a pair of patent black ones....14 eyelet, super cool.....just had to have them! I`m a real sucker for Doc boots, and have 7 pairs...but none resembling the traditional all black, plain style.These really fit the bill!!! Can`t wait to get them! Really slick, easy going transaction...and they are now in the process of becoming my real foot candy!!! I`m ever so glad of Cloggs, their wonderful website, and their fantastic prices and discounts!!! I`m one really chuffed young lady! Nice quality victoria boots, however were a size too big so have returned them and re-ordered a smaller size. Good price compared to others.. Arrived within 4 days with free delivery, hope the refund goes smoothly.. Will update on that. So far so good!
Update feb 5th:
My return was received mon 28th Jan by cloggs but according to cloggs the return has not been received. I was half expecting problems with my return after reading other reviews, however with the reassurance from Nicole Nash bellow I thought maybe it really will go smoothly. For some reason this company are having to make a huge amount of claims through the courier service they use, and customers are left waiting. I will update when I finally receive my refund. On a good note, I have worn in my merino wool boots and they are lovely.
The choice of footwear is massive,easy to access and I found the cheapest price online by visiting your site. Will recommend to all friends and family and quite obviously visit again and again as I am a shoe person!!
I ordered some ugg boots from cloggs.co.uk, several days later I get a card through the post to say that they have been left in a safe place at my back gate, ( please take in mind these are a £220 boot) I checked at my gate and hey guess what no package, I contacted cloggs who said they would look into it with the delivery company, I heard nothing in reply and on several occasions I called to chase this matter up and after 7days I was told that they were left in a safe place so no claim could be made and they were sorry, so all in all a very poor company and service and I am now out of pocket and no boots, please do not use this company or pay for sign for delivery if possible.
I have used cloggs.co.uk previously to order a pair of Jeffrey Campbell's and was impressed with the service, so I thought I would use it again for yet more Jeffrey Campbell's. I saw some on the website reduced, with almost £50 off, so I snapped them up quickly. I ordered them 6/1/13 at 19:44 and almost immediately the payment had gone through. Yesterday afternoon, 7/1/13 around 2pm I received an email saying the courier, Hermes, had picked up my shoes. Ok. Great. This morning 8/1/13 I tracked the order to find they were on their way. Then around an hour ago at 10am, I received the shoes. I am a happy, satisfied customer.
Only concern about my shoes is that they appear to be a bit marked because they are suede obviously every scuff shows up, but it's not too noticeable.

Ordered yesterday 21st December 2012 and received 22nd December 2012 Happy Days cannot fault delivery one bit totally 5 out of 5 on that count.
I ordered 2 pair of Dr Martens one for myself and one for my wife's, my wife's where spot on cannot fault the product one bit 5 out 5 for that.
As for my product I was very happy at the start they looked spot on both was size9 and there was a left and right boot spot on BUT the quality of the leather was awful there was patches of different shade of colour all over the boots so not happy one bit, surely cloggs have a QA department to check products as they leave there depots.
Anyway I've decided to send my product back (today 22nd December) and have opted for an exchange lets see how long this takes to get my exchanged product back, I'll post another review back up when/if I receive my satisfactory product.
I'll review again soon I hope.

I received my NEW pair Dr Martens on Thursday 10th January and everything was right with them so I am well pleased , the communication between myself and Nicola Nash was fantastic and a massive thank you to you for resolving this quickly. Will I use cloggs again YES I would.

I ordered some Dr Martens for my girlfriends birthday which is on Friday, i placed the order on Friday and received the boots on Tuesday... Luckily i opened the box and to my disgrace saw that they sent me two left feet shoes in two different sizes. I have contacted Cloggs and they said they are sending new ones out right away, followed by no confirmation or anything! Now i''m really worried especially after reading the reviews that i either wont get my order or that they will send me two different shoes again and will say that they haven't received back the original faulty pair they sent out initially! . Really poor service and i'm a first time customer. Mr M Jakupovic
I ordered my boots on express delivery and paid extra to get my boots in 2 working days. This order was placed on a Saturday, and we waited until the following Friday- still no sign of any delivery! We wrote to Cloggs in the middle of this wait, and there was no reply for about 5 days. The reply was "what is your order number?"which we had already included in the mail sent before. Clearly they had not even bothered to read the email properly. We are leaving town soon and won't be able to get the boots in time for the trip!!! I'll never order from Cloggs again and would never recommend it. Definitely don't pay for express delivery if you want to risk a purchase.
Placed order Friday lunchtime for Sat delivery, as per instructions.
Item I ordered was showing as in stock, and order was accepted.
Order still showing as Ready For Dispatch at 4pm on day of delivery, so I had to call them, to eventually be told item is out of stock, and order will be cancelled.
Thanks to cloggs for wasting my time - reading through this site, it seems its a very regular occurrence with cloggs - shall stick to amazon in future - at least their stock and order system knows what it has and hasn't got.....
They are very helpful on the phone, respond to e-mails promptly and I couldn't believe the speed of delivery. Ordered on Friday and it arrived Monday, living in France I wasn't expecting the parcel to arrive until Tuesday at the earliest. A superb service, they don't make you feel like you're one in thousands, thought service like that had long gone. I will be using Cloggs again.
Thought I was getting a bargain buying a pair of Uggs through cloggs, really needed them for today so ordered before 4pm yesterday, and was told they were dispatched this morning for delivery when I tracked my parcel. They are no where to be seen and I am fuming. What kind of scam delivery option have you given me, would have ordered them with free delivery if I had known. Let's hope they turn up on monday or fuming won't be the word for it!
I've been looking for some UGG slippers for a while and cloggs where by far the cheapest place I could find them.As they are a verified UGG retailer I was confident they would be genuine. I ordered them on a Thursday and unfortunately missed the 4pm next day delivery- I made a quick call to the customer service team who where friendly and helpful and upgraded my order to Saturday delivery for free!!! True to their word my beautiful slippers arrived on Saturday morning in perfect condition! Excellent experience all round, I will definitely be using cloggs again!! Thankou cloggs!!!! :)
Having ordered a pair of size 7 fitflops in a design I have had before, but in a different colour, I did not think to check these before wearing them. After wearing them, I started developing pain in my feet and ankles, so on returning home, I compared them with my size 7 fitflops of the same design, only to discover they were much smaller!! It turns out they are a size 6 and the stick-on label (never seen a STICK-ON label on a pair of fitflops before...) says size 7. Have been refused a refund on account of me wearing them ( in good faith...)
I feel Cloggs is a pretty good store. I've used both their store at bullring and online. I always love the selection, prices are usually quite high but I find what I want easily. Delivery can sometimes take a while and customer services not always that interested but they do turn up eventually.
After placing my order there was no email confirmation and my card was not debited so after 3 weeks of waiting I assumed I had made a mistake and bought the shoes from somewhere else only to find that some 6 weeks after the original order the item finally arrived. I then sent the item back and I have still not recieved my refund, I have emailed the company and this has been ignored.
I discovered a fault with top brand footwear long after purchase. Cloggs took them back and refunded me. It took a while because it was over christmas and new year but I was delighted that they resolved the problem as they did. Customer services responded to my queries quickly and were unfailingly polite and professional. I would always go to Cloggs first to shop for footwear.
Having used Cloggs 4 other times in the last year and given excellent feedback each time, I was extremely disappointed with the returns procedure on this occasion.
I had to return my gorgeous DMs as a seam split after less than a month, in the returns box I enclosed details of the boots that I wanted to receive as an exchange. I received an email stating that as I had taped the box when I returned the item, I would have to have them back and that neither an exchange nor a refund was possible.
I made a point of reminding them of my statutory rights and eventually, after a lengthy weight, I received an email informing me of a pending refund. There was no apology or personal comment and no exchange offered, simply a standard email.
The service on this occasion was surprisingly disappointing after previous excellent service with excellent products.
I wanted some new shoes but didn't really want to pay £40 for them so I came across this website were the prices were really good and cheap. I then came across this website were it said that cloggs was really bad but I decided to take a risk and order them. The delivery was free which urged me even more. Then it came 3 working days after which it said it would. I am very impressed with the service. I think that the people with a bad experience have shared there thoughts but the people who have a good experience dont bother
