Brilliant Products, does what it says on the tin

This is the second time I've bought products. First time I bought smoke bombs to use in the loft. Brilliantly effective at killing hundreds of flies. I ordered similar this time but they were out of stock so they sent a alternative spray product. It is easier to use, with no naked flame being required. I looked at other companies for these products and could not find them any cheaper. Will definitely be back for more when those pesky flies decide to come in for the winter again.

The way to fly

For the last 5 years i have been trying to get rid of cluster flies in my loft and hopefully this has done the trick!
The equipment was easy to use, as easy to follow instructions are provided. I couldn't smell the insecticide in the rest of the house.The company provided an excellent service- very fast and efiicient delivery of product.I wish I had discovered this company years ago.

We recently moved into a large oast house that was infested with cluster flies. After using products recommended by clusterflies.co.uk we cleared all of our cluster fly problems. Flies had been entering upstairs room for months, one treatment using three foggers and sprayed the complete roof space seemed t at least for now eradicated the problem will use company again

Brilliant service, parcel came when they said it would arrive, only problem I did find was that they stated on their website that it was free post and packageing, anything over £50 this we did but got charged for the postage, but apart from this would use them again

I looked into your order details as I was curious as to why you did not receive the free delivery if you spent over £50 on goods.

It would appear that you did spend over £50 but this was inclusive of the delivery cost, which automatically applies until the point at which your order exceeds £50 in goods alone.

For example, if you spend £49 on products, your delivery charge will still apply and the total order value will exceed £50. However, if you spend £51 on products, delivery will become free.... I hope this makes sense.

Thank you for your comments, although I have to say I was very suprised to read them and to hear that you couldn't get through to our offices. Furthermore, I'm not sure how you managed to find our telephone lines constantly engaged?

We take customer service and after sales service extremely seriously, and never before have we received a review describing what you claim to have encountered.

This is probably because if or when all of our telephone lines are busy, customers are always met with an automated message which invites them to leave their details and the promise of a return call within 5-10 minutes..... In fact because of the way in which our telephone systems are set up, it's simply not possible for a caller to hear an engaged tone as you describe when contacting our offices!

Are you sure that you are not confusing us with another supplier....

Goods come quickly and work!

Used the fumers with good results. Almost all flies were killed, although some exited sharply and one or two individuals made their way back in I suspect. SDigns are however that this treatement will work as long as we keep an eye on things. Planning to treat entrance spots with sprays periodically and repeat use of fumers if necessary.
Used two for the large loft space we have, a day apart.

We were recommended Clusterflies by a friend and found the website easy to navigate and quickly identify the correct product for us. The product was delivered quickly and we were well informed of the status of our order. The product came with clear instructions and worked perfectly. We had no idea how bad our infestation was until we saw millions of dead flies in the loft!

The whole transaction carried out very efficiently,with the product doing exactly what we wanted.

Throughout the winter a small group of volunteers carry out a deep clean of Heritage Railway carriages at Swanage Railway. In the past we have tried to control an infestation of cluster flies using fly spray with little or no effect, this year with the insecticidal smoke bombs---only very dead flies to vacuum up.

I can't comment on the effectiveness of the kit as I've not used it yet, but dealing with the company has been a breeze. Fast, efficient, communicative. They do exactly what they say they're going to do exactly when they say they're going to do it! Very refreshing!

Lots of very dead flies!

I bought the cluster fly all-in package - for years the blighters have returned year after year to my loft space - hopefully no more - spent a happy hour hoovering lots of dead ones up after fumigating the loft and putting powder down on landing zones and spraying around light fittings. Plan to re-treat in spring but so far very encouraged.
Can't fault the service from the company - next day delivery exactly as promised

First class service.

Ordered, arrived promptly. Had a couple of question and rang in. The woman who answered phone answered all questions. Only little grip was that I ordered extra stuff to get over £50 for free next day delivery, but price was including delivery at £4.99 so order was less than £50. If had noticed I could have ordered a little more stuff for practically nothing. I should have read it better, not really their fault.

I purchased a starter kit in Spring and that got rid of the cluster fly problem in the summerhouse that I have suffered for over 2 years. I was so impressed I decided to order 5 litres of Formula C and prevent the buggers from hibernating in the summerhouse over winter. Delivery was prompt and I was able to spray the roof and rafters straight away. So far a few flies have made it into the summerhouse but are obviously poisoned and drop to the floor. I no longer faces thousands of flies filling the summerhouse whenever we have a fine day. I'd recommend this to any one.

Bad News for Cluster Flies....

I bought an arsenal of products as I have quite a large loft and get plagued every year by cluster flies. I've used the Pest Expert stuff before and it always works brilliantly! The goods arrived the following morning, and I received order updates along the way. I would highly recommend this company. Good old fashioned service and first class products.... Can't ask for more!

Saved a fortune!

Last year I paid £320 to a local pest control firm to visit twice and set off a combination of Pest Expert smoke bombs and foggers in my loft (literally a 10 minute job). Now I do it myself, buying products here for around £75! Excellent company with high quality, easy to use products. Highly recommended!
