Great service, great product
Clusterflies, I knew nothing about them until they started appearing in the house I recently moved in to. I needed to learn more and find a solution to my problem. Clusterflies.co.uk website was informative, easy to order what I needed and at reasonable prices. The order status email alerts were a pleasant surprise considering the value of my purchase. My experience was great and it would appear the products are great too. Although time will tell.

Excellent product and sevice
Cluster flies have been a real nuisance in our loft, numerous strips of fly catchers and sprays have done nothing to alleviate the problem. Just one fogger and so far, so good however we purchased the Cluster Fly Control Kit to hopefully eradicate completely.

Your products I purchased - Fogger and 'C' Fly Powder have worked very well and so far the Fruit Flies have not returned.
The fogger was easy to use and I followed the instructions very carefully. Making a swift exist from our loft area.

Effective products and great service
Products arrived promptly after order, with updates via email of despatch and delivery estimates. Came with full instructions, gloves and face mask (one set of each per product).
It's early days yet but we've seen no more clusterflies since treating our loft. Result!

Good product but one can was faulty
Excelent knowledgable help on the phone re the products on offer.
Delivery was next day as promised - would be good to have a cheaper postage option for those not needing next day delivery.
Arrived well packaged however two of the four gas can caps arrived shattered - no damage inside so decided to use them.
Used one can in loft, worked perfectly, but can in house would not stay switched on so decided to hold button down at arms length rather than have hassle of getting replacement.
Product itself worked well and after 3 hrs returned to house to v little smell and no discernable residue. Mostly happy.

Cluster Flies, what cluster flies!
After ordering products, they arrived quickly and am delighted. Called pest control in previously, and, OK they eliminated a plague but not all, so have used your products and hey ho, they've gone! I might add at a quarter of the price. I live with trees and fields around my property so am expecting this "misery" to re-occur at some stage but now know I can obtain a cure!! Thank you for fast, efficient service.

Rescue at last!
We have suffered for 4 years an experience that could have come straight from a horror movie. In one particular room the flies lay thick on the carpet and in other places such as the doors and windows. Vac them up - and back they came. Someone explained that these were known as cluster flies. So I went on line to discover more. Up first came this site complete with remedy. Although sceptical I was amazed at the speed of delivery of said remedy and thoroughly relieved at being free of the problem after the first treatment. I have a spare - just in case the Spring weather brings them back. Thank you so much

fantastic product which actually worked 1st time
I have struggled for over 3 years with flies in my window frames. They were new wooden double glazed and the front windows were south facing and the design of the window frames allowed flies to hibernate as there was this gap, although air tight from the inside. On warm days from autumn to spring when the sun was beaming onto front of house, the windows and around the windows you could see these flies all come out from the windows. They made me feel the house was dirty. You couldn't open a window inside without them all coming in (and so many flies). It felt as if the house was dirty. After some research online (as no one I knew had the same problem) I found out they were cluster flies. So I located Formual C Cluster Fly Spray. Bought 2 bottles thinking as it was so bad I am going to have to do this every month or so just to keep on top of the problem. Well after one application on the windows just from the inside going around all the frames with the windows open the flies flew away or were killed. A few weeks later on the next cold sunny day I got ready to have another crack at it. No flies were in the frames. I sprayed the frames again to be on the safe side. This was back in late October and I am happy to say its February and no sign of any flies at all. So after one application the problem was solved.

I counted them out!
Very quick next day delivery. Used the insecticide around window frames and ignited two bombs in an attic space. Dead flies and other insects everywhere just waiting to see if any can be counted back in!

Wow! A product that does exactly what you want it to do!
I cannot believe how quickly I recieved my parcel ! I bought the pack which had 4 bombs and a spray and it worked fantastically.
As horrible as it sounds, the cluster flies were pouring out of our roof and we were also able to detect where they had been getting in from! Thank you very much for actually having a product that does exactly what it says on the box! Jane.

Excellent bug killer
This product is excellent. It started killing flies straight away. It was quite scary when flies came out. But I can truely state I'm impressed.

It works, no buts, no ifs: worth every penny!

Extremely disappointing results
I bought a complete kit plus and extra 5litres of protector C spray plus a spray gun. This did not come cheap. I followed the instructions to the letter. The house is stil infested.

I'm very sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the results and that you continue to have a cluster fly problem, or what I suspect is more likely to be a repeat problem.
As you can see from our feedback, for the most part we tend to receive extremely good reviews for all of our products and reports of excellent results. Unfortunately though with Cluster Flies, we do know and won't deny that repeat infestations can occur, particularly if you are in a very rural location, and as a consequence, the reality is that repeat treatments may be necessary.
If you are finding that cluster flies are still active in your loft and creating a problem, we do have a technical team who operate a telephone helpline Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, please call us and we will be happy to discuss things with you in more detail and hopefully try to establish what has occurred.

Good product, postage excessive
The product was good and has eradicated the flies till next year, the postage was rather expensive for such a small lightweight parcel
