I was first tempted to buy through Coffeeitalia after seeing their extensive range of products at very competitive prices on their Australian website. I was hesitant at first, as with any online transaction, so I called the telephone number and after speaking with Matteo I felt comfortable to order, which I did and paid immediately.
The Pavoni machine, grinder and base arrived in a timely fashion exactly as described, it was a very happy moment.
There was one small problem however, I was charged import duty and taxes when the package arrived. The purchase price was supposed to have included these charges so I emailed Matteo a copy of the invoice for the taxes I paid and explained what had happened. Within a couple of hours he had already reimbursed me for the tax and offered his most sincere apologies.
To me, this speaks volumes of the true nature and ethos of Coffeeitalia. I don't know of many online retailers that are this efficient and obliging in solving the problems of their customers.
In short, I am VERY happy with my experience in dealing with Coffeeitalia and would certainly recommend them to friends and family as well as the online community.
Bought an espresso machine for £600. When it arrived it leaked, so I had to send it back. I had to chase for my refund, and in the end never did get a full refund - just silence.
Reading the reviews all the satisfied customers are those where things went well. When anything goes wrong I wouldn't bet on them coming up trumps.
Other things you might want to think of before dealing with this company:
1 - they sell grey imports - my machine was trucked from Italy - so the manufacturers guarantee will not be honoured
2 - the extended guarantee is provided by the company, not the manufacturer - good luck if you ever need to use it
I have bought two "Bean to Cup" machines from Coffeeitalia . The first one, De Longhi EAM 3200S in 2008 which is still going strong and the latest this month the Gaggia Brera. Both times Marco has given me great advice and the service has been great.
Both Machines were cheaper here than any of the other sites i checked.
I have no problem recommending Coffeeitalia to anyone.
This is the first time I've ever been moved to "big up" a supplier following a web purchase but I really have been well served by this Italian company. Their web site attracted me when searching for a replacement Gaggia Classic, a coffee maker that has served me so well over the past twelve years. The listed price was even more attractive and although a trifle wary of dealing with non UK suppliers I went for it.
First a technical question via e-mail which was answered so promptly that my confidence in placing an order was confirmed. Truly great service followed. The order was duly acknowledged in double quick time and I was ushered into the tracking via Fed-ex. The Gaggia was despatched on the same day a s the placing of the order. Payment was via a secure site. The machine arrived at Charles de Gaulle airport the following day and thence to Gatwick, all quite exciting. Arrival at Coventry was forecast for the following day with delivery to follow in the following 24. hours. Why wait? Delivery brought forward to the immediate making a three day transit before I was brewing late afternoon. I'm not sure how that new little plastic gizmo works in the filter tray but it certainly produces fantastic crema! Beware the knocking out doesn't send the little beaut down the drain!
All in all, complete satisfaction at the best price i could find and really superb service from start to finish. Go Cafe Italia!
Like many others just starting out I did my research, reviews and recommendations on the Home Barista web site, I wanted our espresso machine and grinder to arrive in time for christmas 2012 (surprise for my husband) in the end I decided to go for the Mazer Mini and the Quickmill Anita both from Coffee Italia.
Having read a lot of mixed reviews about them (quite a few negative) I decided to take the chance as a lot of the reviews were from a few years back, paid on a credit card just incase! I found Marco, I think that was his name, to be very informative but quite curt I did often feel that I was bothering him by asking for a tracking number as my order was being shipped from Italy, not a big ask considering how much money I was spending!
after a few emails and phone calls I did get my tracking number and the machine was delivered as promised in time for christmas.... we have now been using our beautiful Anita since christmas eve, the machine and grinder were so well packed it was a struggle to get them out of the box, no complaints, nothing damaged and most importantly making amazing coffee at home with locally roasted coffee beans from Dard Fluid.....
I would use them again and happily recommend them to friends but pay on a credit card and get your tracking number...
Coffee Italia could quite easily dispel the bad reviews if they just tackled their customer service and didn't make empty promises, proving customers with tracking numbers should be provided as standard for all orders especially if being shipped from Italy, it puts the customers mind at ease, emails should be replied to promptly... I never had any trouble getting through on the phone and calls were always returned BUT no one wants to feel like a pest for asking for tracking numbers, dates of delivery etc...I hope he reads this review as they could be such a great company...
Four stars as overall we are extremely happy with the machine and the price was very competitive!
Overall I am very happy with my machine and the service by Matteo. We had a few issues from the supplier (Elektra) but he was very helpful and honest about the time delay and we got it sorted out.
The machine came delivered in great condition and as described on his website. The price Matteo charged for the machine was much lower than anywhere else I saw and to get a top of the range machine at a great price was perfect as I generally find if there is a 'made in Italy' stamp on any produce in Australia, retailers tend to use that as an excuse to charge hugely inflated prices, for example when I was in Italy last I was paying roughly 3-5 Euro for a bottle of red wine. The same bottle in Australia costs around $80-100 in a restaurant...
The machine works great and makes a beautiful espresso, it is a lever machine so most of the quality of the espresso is in the barista and I am slowly learning the machine but this is true for any lever machine. If you want a quick easy coffee you don’t buy a lever.
I would definitely come to Matteo for other purchases in the future. I only wish he sold a more variety of things such as coffee, tampers etc.

Well where do I start. On 26th December I bought a Gaggia Baby Class as our last machine sprung a leak. After the purchase from Coffee Italia I received a confirmation email which mentioned that the machine would be dispatched within 24 hours, yeh right! I waited patiently.. and waited and waited and......... Given it was the festive period I made exceptions, possibly way to many.
I gave them until the 3rd January and I sent them an email, no reply so I waited a couple of days and resent the email, no reply. So I called them and eventually after about 6 or 7 attempts finally got a reply, he said that they were out of stock (nice of them to inform me) and the factory in Italy does not open until the 10th January. I got off the phone and thought about my next plan which was that I waited for my order on condition that I am compensated somehow, but he was only willing to give £10, and I wasn't accepting that due to his lack of communication and rude phone manner. I then said I wanted to cancel the order but he kept insisting and interrupting while I was talking (I despise that) and changing the subject. I had to end the conversation there. I sent emails and more emails. Eventually on the the 26th of January (your eyes do not deceive) I called again and said I wanted to cancel (again) and for some odd reason he said okay without hesitation but wanted an email confirming this. I sent this immediately and he replied saying he would refund me. After 3 days I checked to see if he had refunded me.
He had, but not for the full amount. Back onto the phone again and it was back to the man I knew so well, interruptive, rude and annoying then to top it off, he hung up on me. On to the phone to Citizens advice to take the next step, by the time I was off the phone to the CAB, he had emailed me and said he would pay me the money he owed. Luckily for him.
In a nutshell Coffee Italia are a very poor and badly managed supplier and most definitely would NOT recommend them.

my coffee love story
Hello all coffee fellows, (sorry for my not so good english)
New medical continuing researches noticed and pointed us that moderate consuming some good coffee breuvage may help Human health and some Metabolic, Cardiovascular & Neurodegenerative diseases like Diabete, Alzheimer etc.
My story start then from this new concept. Struggling every day trying tirelessly to find healing for my poor Patients. But the snag is that i always hate drinking coffee !
all the coffees i've drunk at this time are very bad burned taste and bitter.
By the grace of God, one day i've seen NatGeo well done documentary about illy factory & their amazing one of best world coffee. was so astonished by all this unexpected coffee science.
Despite i live in a country in which majority people spent their time struggling for survival life, i am surprised thinking in these luxuries ideas, honestly feeling somehow little shame. i imagine that i was at one year-light distance from this world dream.
One more time by the grace of God i Googled and found a representative of illy in my country. at the first hour in the morning i rushed out and bought there some good boxes of illy coffee. Then without waiting tried to shot this unequalled fragrance in my old dusty swiss steam espresso. unfortunately found it as usually weird & burned taste.
i thought then, what happened to the original inbox marvelous perfume ? that was the first brain wave !
After lot of Googling i've learned much from home-barista.com & coffeegeek.com at that time unknown yet terms and what behind the marvelous of named Coffeegeek world, like Barista, Latte, thermostat, Pressurstat, Brass then Stainless Boiler, Vibration Pumps, PID, "4 M" rule !! then finally came the "Bean to cup" concept waoo ! all that ! where i was living all this time ? i thought !
yeah ! the goal then is to keep fragiles essential oils and aromas in the cup ...
Without hesitation i rushed out to our survivor unique illy shop, then bought the "ET like" FrancisFrancis X7.1 hyperespresso machine. What was my deception when once at home i realized that the little stock of ground illy coffee first i've bought is useless with this machine, it used special capsules only from illy !! it's so outrageous ! The man gave me two capsules gift for testing.
The first capsule i've tested in this almost one push_button_ready_coffee programmable machine astonished me ! waooo! i've thought, then this is the real coffee taste? ok! so i spent all my life hating coffee just because it was not well done?? it's unbelievable ! all the whole room smelt very good coffee same as first moments when we ground it ! and what's a softened crema ! this is the second brain wave !
as if i was in the second war, i struggled all the week trying to find a way to recycle these annoying capsules without succeed ! i've found then it's unfair to be stuck with them and not very environmental friendly no one youtube's crazy guy out there have already done it. was so disappointed.
Can't gave up now ! i am say. so almost one month during i've spent all the time Googling.
Then i've fluttering from:
First Breville BES860XL Barista Express Espresso Machine with Grinder
to Francis Francis X7 Ground machine
to Rancilio Silvia set and grinder
to La Pavoni Europiccola & Professional Lever machine
sometimes on the way suprinsing me dreaming about Rocket Espresso Giotto or R8, Elektra T1 Sixties
Then one day a Good fairy made me met with Coffeeitalia.uk website i was so happy to find that they have the lower price out there, this let me then dreaming to buy the isomac Tea III new Cool Touch. Honestly i can't afford the regular price one, kids & family obligations!
Then in a hurry i've sent an email to info@coffeeitalia.co.uk honestly once more without much hope.
Miraculously a charming Gentleman named Marco respond promptly and patiently with great professionalism and kindness to all my annoying questions, make my dream become reality. i've bought then the set isomac tea III cool touch + Mazzer Coffee Grinder Doser MINI A
And yes i recognize that coffeeitalia is not a one push button firm, but let us be serious Sirs, marvelous women and men of coffeeitalia team work tirelessly behind scene just to satisfy us. Believe me coffee fellows i'm not here to criticize anyone but i just wanted write this review to give my testimony and simply say to coffeeitalia.uk team especially Brave Marco Thank you Man!, you just make me so happy in this year of 2013 ! and go buy there without hesitation.
it's all of the best
Thanks one million time
All my Best wishes to you and your family
Long life to coffeeitalia !

The service from CoffeeItalia was excellent! My new Isomac Tea was delivered within a week and I'm now making great coffee at home. Can't believe they could ship it from Italy faster and cheaper than a local mob could!
Can't recommend them enough!
I purchased my Gaggia Brera machine and Marco was really helpful in helping me choose.
If you are spending a large amount of cash, its important to get it right and yes I got it right perfect cafe quality coffee at the push of a button
Ringrazio il mio amico
i ordered an ice cream machine on the wednesday before xmas, obviously it was a xmas present. it was a late descision to get it and after trawling the internet sites i decided to purchase it from coffee italia. the machine looked exactly like the magimix one but was cosiderably cheaper. at the point of ordering i wasnt aware that the machine was to be sent from italy, but it was dispatched via fed ex and was trackable. as i said i ordered it on the wednesday fron italy, delivery was around the £10 mark, and fed ex actually tried to deliver it on the saturday. 3 days from italy if i had ordered it from scotland at this time of year it probably wouldnt have arrived within the week. safe to say my first batch of frozen yoghurt was made ready for xmas day. it is a very good machine, easy to use. thankyou coffee italia for a very pleasant shopping experinence.
Completely satisfied with the service received.
Replies to my email questions answered by return.
Product delivered on date stated, securely protected and in perfect condition
Spent a bit of time looking for a replacement for a Gaggia Cubika. Settled on the Rancilio Silvia v3. Cafeitalia's website maybe doesn't represent the company in the best light because of the obvious italian translation in much of it. However a few emails, and a phone call put my mind at rest, despite the view on some websites that these guys don't understand customer service. They were able to offer great value, the machine has manufacturing date of Oct 2012, its got a UK plug fitted, the extras were all there in the box,and it comes FedEx web tracked from Italy in 3 days packaged better than some tv's! Rancilio's bullet proof box sat inside a tank of a box filled with foam. Packaging is just as they say on their website and they are rightfully proud of saying how good it is. The guys have been quick to respond, and i cannot speak for any problems..the machine is brand new tested &validated and working well. It has a warranty is for 2years..and if needed i believe these guys would honour their commitment. Like some on this website i too feel that some companies need a fair shot , and its also nice that cafeitalia exceeded my expectations. Buying through the web means you are going to have to manage expectation...but this company delivered. Grazie mille
This was my first purchase from Coffeeitalia.
The Rancilio Silvia arrived in half the time advised.
It's a very impressive machine: do believe the hype.
It's amazing value compared to what you'd pay in the Eurozone: around £100 less and with the added value of a free creamer group head plus three large bags of coffee.
A minor query was answered and solved within 24 hours.
A very satisfied punter.
I ordered new coffee machine(Saeco Odea Go) Unfortunately my coffee machine arrived with broken panarello,(which was delivery company UPS fault)so I contacted Coffeeitalia, and they arranged me new replacement immediately, collecting the machine and then replacing it.Not charging me any cent for collecting and returning replacement.
They have been very honest in all their dealings and I would definately recommend them.
I must say I'm absolutely happy with my purchase from Italiankitshenaids.com. I made my first inquiry on availability on thurshday night receiving a very polite response already later that evening. As goods were available in stock, I put in my order on Friday. Already by next tuesday the goods were to be collected from courier here in Helsinki, Finland. I think this is extremely efficient.
With regards to packing, everything was just superb. My espresso machine and grinder were packed together in a larger box with plenty of styrox beans ensuring highly safe shipment. This part could not be taken care of in a better level!
And finally the goods themselves were just what was expected. In my inquiry mail I checked the availability of euro-plug socket for a Finnish user and this was granted resulting with perfect delivery.
I'm very pleased with Marco's services and can warmly recommend this supplier for anyone looking for espresso gadgets.
I was looking to buy a Mahlkonig grinder and saw it was being bundled by CafeItalia with a Rancilio Silvia for a combined price significantly less than other retailers' prices. Buying from CafeItalia was easy and straightforward. I didn't need any advice over the phone so just placed my order online and used the PayPal payment option - very handy. Placed the order on a Thursday and was able to track its progress to actual delivery on the Monday. Impressive. I am extremely pleased with my two purchases and would happily use CafeItalia again.
Just writing to say thanks for a great service. Very fast delivery from Italy – and a FedEx courier with a great sense of humour. Unpacking the machine and setting up I had minor heart palpitations about converting the power plug – but then discovered the second power cord hidden in the dreg drawer!
Odea is a replacement for a much-loved Via Venezia Combi that was part of the family for more than a decade. It was a difficult decision, reviewing machines to find a worthy replacement, but everything has gone smoothly, and Odea is settling in well.
Thanks again Coffee Italia.
I have read a lots of positives comments about coffeeitalia.co.uk on Polish coffee forum. They mentioned great price and excellent quality of service. They were absolutely right. I can only add one think. If you are interested in buying something 2 month earlier and you wonder if you can choose deliver date, the answer is yes.
I had not herad of coffeeitalia before and had recently just ditched my reliable but slightky dated and broken Gaggia Classic.
We had seen the reviews of the Rancilio Silvia and now having one proudly sat in the kitchen it is so much more better than anything you will be sold in the High st!!
Lovely free coffee included in the deal and a cremer!!
Very happy purchase!
My husband and I ordered a saeco xelsis focus 2012 edition a few months ago. Despite calling ahead to check that the model was definately the brand new 2012 edition as advertised by Phillips, a 2011 edition was shipped to us.
We contacted the company on the day it arrived, both by phone and email (and have records to prove this). The company were dismissive and rude, and even hung up on me a few times. Then my husband called, and the company said we could contact them on the Monday and theyd provide a refund. Monday came and went, the company dodged our emails and phone calls until after the seventh day, which non - surprisingly, is the time limit within which their website says you can have a refund.
Since dodging us until after the seven day period, the company has told us that its the 2012 edition, when clearly, on the box (and Phillips have confirmed by email) it states that it is a 2011 edition. They then went on to say that we were outside of the seven day no quibble refund period, where REGARDLESS of what your issue is, if you are not happy, you should be able to get your money back.
We are still pursuing the issue with our credit card company, and have proof that a: it is a 2011 edition from Phillips, and b: that we emailed and called the company many times within the seven day period following the purchase, to request a refund.
Regardless of the issue with the model edition etc, this company advertises a seven day no quibble refund policy, don't be fooled, as they will not give you a refund if you're not happy, which is against the law.
Never again would I buy from this company and we will keep going until we get our money back, as regardless of anything else, we contacted them within the seven day period saying we were unhappy, and are therefore entitled to our money back.
When you make a decision to buy what many may consider an unnecessary luxury, the product really needs to make a good impression to those that may raise their eyebrow to your purchase! I had planned to purchase the Musso 4080 - a highly recommended and well reviewed gelato machine that was available from Coffee Italia. After over a year of research, saving and planning to put this into action, I was suddenly put to the test when I emailed Coffee Italia to make the purchase. Marco quickly replied and made another recommendation for the Nemox Pro 2000 which threw me off guard completely as I hadn't considered the machine at all. Information on the machine was limited due to its limited exposure online as compared to the Musso which is sold regularly in the States by Amazon. When I questioned his recommendation he gave quick response with simple and clear reasoning, and while the Musso was still a good machine that the Nemox was a stronger machine with a better compressor. So in the end I changed my decision and went with his advice and placed the order online. The UPS tracking made the delivery easy to follow as it flew across the globe and the product arrived exactly on the scheduled date. The product came very well packaged, with an additional layer of cardboard box and foam for that added protection during shipment. The power plug adapter for Australia was included and while no instructions were included to put it together my 5 year old daughter could have worked it out. I have to say as a complete noob to gelato making with only a passion for fine food, Marco's recommendation was spot on. The Nemox was in perfect working order and as exactly as described. The first batch (a pistachio Sicilian style gelato from an online recipe) churned even quicker than my expectation and we we're all instantly impressed with the quality of the machine and smooth texture it achieved. Just as good (maybe better) as any of the commercial gelateria where they heap it in those irresistible mounds of those enticing flavors. The next night we made a rich chocolate and wow, it did a amazing job of the mix that had only been made a couple of hours earlier. Many thanks to Marco, taking a gamble on his recommendation turned out to be the best thing and not a gamble at all. They obviously know what they are talking about at Coffee Italia. The communication and delivery was prompt and the product better than expected - which is rare for online. This machine is very impressive, well made and of the highest quality. I would easily recommend the Nemox Pro 2000 to anyone and Coffee Italia for their excellent service.
The coffee machines were of excellent quality and the service was very accomodating, considering I changed part of the order at a late stage
I recently decided to upgrade my coffee grinder to a Rancilio Rocky.
Having seen the Grinder at a great price on the Coffeeitalia website, I decided to give them a call.
Their enthusiasm for the grinder was the selling point, with an assurance that it would be despatched post free that morning. True to their word, the grinder arrived 2 days later, securely packed, by Express Australia Post.
Thanks to Coffeeitalia for their prompt attention and enthusiasm. I highly recommend them for your coffee equipment needs!!
Ordered my Saeco Exprelia coffee machine on Monday morning. Paid by Paypal. Received UPS shipping details by midday. The price was a good £250 cheaper than other retailers.
Using the tracking details, I see that the machine was shipped from Italy and was able to track it's movement progress daily.
Product delivered before midday Thursday, in extremely strong packaging.
Now I'm enjoying a lovely brew whilst writing this review.
Cannot be a much more pleasant online purchasing experience.
Grazie Mille Coffee Italia!
When I first decided to buy an espresso machine I was originally going to go to a supermarket or high street retailer and get a basic (DeLonghi) machine but after extensive research (reading many online reviews and watching YouTube review videos) I decided that the “basic” consumer units sold in many high street shops are absolute rubbish and that to get a good quality espresso or espresso based coffee (eg, latte) in the home a superior brand of machine is needed, along with a good quality consistent grinder (don’t even think about trying to use pre ground, it will come out like dirty water and taste foul). I decided to get a Rancilio Slivia Espresso machine and a Rancilio Rocky grinder which are highly rated for usability and durability (particularly with American consumers), and are built from commercial grade components in Italy, the home of great espresso, also Rancilio machines also hold their value extremely well, I’ve seen units selling on eBay that are several years old and are fetching 70% of their retail prices so buying a quality machine actually works out more cost effective than buying cheap machines that will break after a few years and have minimal resale values. Once I had decided on the equipment I wanted I then needed to choose a company to purchase it from, after more research I chose CaffèItalia to be my supplier of choice, I found them to be very helpful and informative, and they offered the best value for the equipment I wanted (a little over £600), and considering the products are shipped from Italy I found the delivery times to be very reasonable (4 days by UPS) and the packaging was excellent with plenty of padding and product protection. And to top it off they included some free coffee beans to get me started! I don’t normally write reviews but I feel that CaffèItalia deserved a good word! Thanks to Marco who I spoke with when placing my orders! He was very helpful!
My Nemox ice cream maker was delivered to me here in Dubai yesterday and took 6 days from placing my order to arrival. Service from first communication with Marco from Coffeeitalia was prompt and courteous. The item arrived in perfect condition and I have a batch of pistachio gelato sitting in my freezer. I would recommend Coffeeitalia to anyone especially if like me it's difficult to source a good brand of ice cream maker locally. The price even including freight to Dubai was fair. I'm very pleased.
I have received the Rocket espresso machine that I ordered 6 weeks ago. The process was not without some hiccoughs and delays, and I was not kept informed as to the reason, but had to keep chasing. Nevertheless the machine has finally arrived, and I received some coffee as compensation for the delay. I was sold a separate tamper (at additional cost) for the machine, even though the box containing the machine includes a nice quality metal tamper of perfect size. Overall, very slow, but they get there in the end.
After the search for a Ranchilio Silva Espressomachine, i have a look on the Coffeeitalia.com site. With a "cheesy" german translated information, i have a few question to them. The answer, they made it, were in short time and with precise and accurate answers. Also, they give it answers even on sundays !!!
So, i was buying these machine on coffeeittalia.com. They came to me in perfect package and in time. And, it was the right decision i made.
Next time, i will do so again!
Coffeeitalia is a very well functioned selling company. They have good products for good prices!
Perfect!
Excellent shop. Real Italian attitude.
Best price. Quick delivery. Perfect condition of gooods. Quick reply on questions.
Funny translated web site (cheesy German). Interesting offers which contradict each other. (e.g. set is more expensive than single machines pluy extra coffee as a gift) I like that, ists a bit demanding.
Overall highly recommendable!!!!!!
+++++++++++++++++++++++
Easy to navigate web site to find the Espresso coffee machine that not only met our needs but also was within our budget.
Placed order on Sunday, product was delivered on following Thursday in very well protected packaging that assured the machine arrived in perfect condition. If I was to be critical in any way it would be that there was a gap in communication between order received and product delivered. It would have been helpful to have been advised by e-mail when the product was despatched and when the product was to be delivered. Otherwise the product has exceeded our expectations and supplied at a fair price
Just to add that since my purchase, my friend Silvio (from Milano living in Britain) came to my home and when I could distract his envious gaze from my beautiful Isomac coffee machine, he pleaded for an espresso. After his first sip he gasped 'that is the best espresso I have tasted outside of Italy and a match for many in Italy.' To make a coffee for an Italian is a challenge to make him smile after he tastes it is another ball game! I was contented!
I received prompt replys to my e-mails and the order (an espresso machine) arrived in good condition.
I would not hesitate to buy from this company again.
Coffee Italia were really good at sorting out a problem with a faulty Gaggia Vision including initially supplying a spare tank from Italy and then finally collecting the machine and then replacing it.
The new machine is missing the drip tray (cheers Gaggia) and once again Coffee Italia are sorting it out even though it must be costing them money to do so.
They have been very honest in all their dealings and although they are based abroad which isn't clear on their website, I would recommend them. Their prices are really competitive and it has been good to see that they back up their products too.
Thank you
as promised Marco sent my Elektra Microcasa a leva S1C quick and very well packed - all together in three(!!!) cardboard boxes.
Thanks for a great service which I can recommend unhesitating to all other inteerested parties.
Excellent recommendations from Marco, but he didn't send the 1kg Espresso beans he had promised to send if I order the Nemox Pro 2000.
I saw the Gelatto machine advertised in coffeeitalia and liked it (may be I liked the idea of having lots of ice cream!) also I liked the price as I saw other makes in Amazon and they were much more expensive. The product is sturdy and worth the money paid. I used it three times since I bought it and everytime the ice cream has turned out very well, it was delicious and with the right consistency. When my granddaughter Inna-Merce (who is 6) comes to stay all she wants (she says!) is nyanyie's 'iced cream'. Very pleased!
The boiler of the ordered Rancilio Silvia was broken after 3 weeks. It was a bit hassle mailing with their service, but in the end they refunded the whole cost of repair (139,00 €!!!). This impressed me! Every time again!
I have had my espresso machine for over 20 years but the time had come to replace it.
Last year I bought one esspresso machine each for my two daughters so this year it was my turn. I got all three from coffeeitalia. The purchase of the first two machines was a leap of faith but because everything went smoothly then, I ordered my own espresso machine from coffeeitalia too. It only took a week before I was sitting in my own kitchen over a lovely latte. Great service.
