I made an attempt to contact Coggles when my parcel did not arrive at the expected delivery date. The customer service asked me wait for 30 days after the dispatched date before making a second query. Obviously it did not arrive at all and I send them another query to trace my order. I was told to fill in a goods disclaimer form as part of the procedure. Instead of answering to 'Where is my order', I was told that the item that I purchased is currently out of stock and they will credit my Coggles account with the amount I paid within 24 hours. No explanation given regarding its disappearance, not at all - they simply avoid it. When I ask them again they said it was lost during transit - no elaboration given again. I seldom give a bad review but this is really disappointing!!!!!!!!

I had been waiting for half a year to be able to get a place an order once the item had gone on sale and as predicted it was there at the right price. So I went a had and placed the other together with two other items. It got processed fine without any problems. On their website it said it would be shipped the next day it order was placed after 3 pm, I placed my order at 8 am. No mail regarding shipping neither that or the following day. I understand that it is higher demand during the sales period and as the item now was showing as sold out I phoned them up and asked about my order. I was told it'd be shipped that evening. No mail for a further two days and that was to say that my order as partially out of stock and they've cancelled part of my order.
Now I would expect a company like Coggles to have one of the following two systems in place:
1. Items are reserved from the live stock once they are placed in the "bag".
2. At the check out the items should be checked against live stock and inform the buyer that they are no longer avaialable.
If one of these checks would have been in place I would have been able to review my order and replace it with a similar item (which was obviously out of stock when I found out days later).
It's a shame...
been shopping around for a while on the website and finally bought some nice clothes as a treat. Unfort. two of the t-shirts did not fit me as I would like so I sent them back and withing three days had an email saying I had been refunded.
The clothes arrived in a lovely package, tissue paper inside, making it feel all the more special.
Highly recommended, go there.
There really is nothing I can add to the above comments. Sometimes, just sometimes, a service and product surpasses expectations.

I found the site purely by accident, and had no prior knowledge of it.
I placed my order slightly sceptical, as the prices were so competitive and just what I needed, so thought delivery would be awful etc. Low and behold I had such a speedy delivery, excellent quality goods, and perfectly packaged. I will use Coggles again as it has all that I need to continue being a fashionista at affordable prices ! Good Job Coggles !
Excellent service very helpful as I originally ordered wrong size and staff very helpful put up with my stupidity and organized right fitting. Arrived in Australia very quickly. Looking forward to my next purchase.
This is the first time I have used Coggles and web shopping from Australia can be a little tricky. My dress arrived early, fits like a glove, loving the Aust dollar exchange rate, and I look hot. That is all.

My daughter had a dilemma. She wanted a specific dress from Coggles for her school ball, which was only two weeks away. And we're in New Zealand. Crossing our fingers tightly, we ordered the dress, hoping it would arrive in time. Our order went through on a Friday and by Monday - just 3 days later - we had the dress. How good is that! I just knew Coggles, I was very aprehensive about sizing and many Product details that usually are not covered by website Description. I contacted them and I had a great attention, all My questions were answered. A felt as a great value costumer.
Fast shipping and great deals. What we could ask for more?
Jumper i ordered was a BBC Jumper in the sale. When it arrived it had no BBC tag on it and the stiching was comming undone. Have purchased many BBC items in the past and have found the clothes to very good quality. More suprised a Coogle for letting the jumper be sent to me without it being checked.
Great place to shop online. The stock is always changing and I always feel I am buying something current. Good customer service this is what you need is something does not fit. I have been shopping here since 2009.
Find the website really easy to navigate and the selection of brands extensive. Love ordering from this site. The only downside is the fact that after paying for delivery, you have to also pay for items to be returned.
I would like to see Coggles to post pricing on their online shop Ex-VAT to overseas purchasers
1. After an order is made; receive acknowledgement mail but taking a day or none mail that the order has gone through . My friend's first order has been cancelled because she didn't response(she didn't get the mail) as a new customer. I don't know what is the issue if payment has been gone through but the order is still being cancelled.
2. Shipment taking average 12 days to arrive. Tracking no just to see if the parcel has arrived the country and it might take another 10 days to arrive. There is no local contact no. to inquire. The waiting kills. Shipment through net a porter, shopbop, mytheresa is very user friendly. I can always contact the local agent for any holdup etc.
3. History of order from my account doesn't list the purchase items. Hope this can be improved in the future.
4. It will be nice if a model wearing some of the more expensive dresses, top.
5. Thanks to the friendly staffs working online, prompt Response to all my questions.
6. The price is compatible to other online store.
7. Love reading the news and the photos are pretty.
8. Love the sale.

The site is so easy to navigate and when I did have to return an item there was no fuss and I was refunded really, really quickly.
Coggles is the Store I always check in with first and the one I never fail to checkout a gorgeous purchase with.
I was not satisfied with delivery to the Czech Republic. I ordered shoes for which I paid by credit card and it's been almost three weeks and I still haven't received my shoes. The sender did not provide correct information to the delivery company and did not provide my phone number upon request. I had to search very hard to find out why the parcel had not been delivered and where the parcel is, no support from coggles.com. I am still waiting for the item to be delivered.
Coggles and such a wonderfully customer focussed company. My item arrived very quickly and in the most beautiful packaging. Unfortunately the item did not look right so I returned it with a full refund being processed the next day.
