Oh where do I begin??
Delivery arrived eventually at the correct address. Upon receipt my items were virtually falling out of the bottom of the box. Inside - 2 out of 3 items ordered were incorrect. 1 was actually an item that Collectables had in their sale, we had paid full price for the later version. The boxed saucepan set looked like it had been opened previously then to top it all one of the pans were dented. When I called Collectables to advise that I was returning the entire order I was not even asked why? To be honest the person I spoke to sounded completely disinterested & could not have cared less.
Obviously we will not use this company again.
Most impressed with your service. Had to call customer service twice to sort out slight problems, all dealt with very efficiently and easily. Goods received very quickly, all three orders within two days of ordering. Added bonus of no P & P on deliveries or returns. Will definitely use again and recommend.
Order was placed online and paid for on Nov 25th. No sign of any goods or dispatch email by Dec 5th so I sent Collectables an email asking for an update.
Received no reply but suddenly receive an automated dispatch email saying my order was now being dispatched (clearly the order had been forgotten about until I emailed).
Email stated it was arriving Fri 7th Dec but sadly it did not.
Instead it arrived very early on Sat morning waking the entire household up.
Needless to say very poor and slow service. Would not use again!!!

Great prices for the products and some good products. However some of the boxes were bashed up. Was sent in two deliveries however one thing was missing but no notification of it not being sent at all. The last I heard was that it was due to be sent out ( from the information in the first order) however when I checked my credit card statement the amount for this one item has been refunded so assume this is for this. Good on the one hand as I didn't have to quibble or remind them to get a refund. But I'm slightly annoyed I wasn't informed of this at any time.
I was looking for a particular Kipling bag and came across it on the Collectables website for £32 less then it costs instore, postage was also free so I ordered it there and then.
My parcel was dispatched quickly and I received it today complete with a voucher for 10% off my next order.
