The first order was list in transit. After a week the replacement was sent and it was the wrong product. Very disappointing. Have found company difficult to communicate with throughout process. Will be returning product and asking for a refund.

Parcels lost in transit are unfortunately beyond our control. We received notification of this problem on the Monday, a replacement had to be ordered and was delivered to you on the Friday.
We feel that our customer service kept you well informed by phone and mail as to the progress of your order.
As far as we could tell the correct box of Annick Goutal was sent to you but it would seem that the manufacturers placed the wrong fragrance in the box. We do not open boxes of Annick Goutal before sending as they are sealed by the manufacturers.
