Decent pricing for decent products. Massive range and some wierd and wonderful stuff on here. I found some pretty quirky stuff for presents on here. I didnt need the customer services so cant comment. 4 star because delivery wasnt quick but it was on time so cant really complain to much.
I wanted to review my severin crepe maker, which I love - perfect crepes everytime. Looks just like a mini pro one. Bought 6 months ago and still going strong! There werent many choices of where to buy this I think it is mainly sold in other parts of Europe, comeuro.net were a good price. Really happy with quality of product.
I order a portable DVD player for my daughter with her birthday money, 6 weeks in advance of our family holiday.
They took the money from my account immediately, but after a week, nothing had arrived.
I called them to find out what the status was, and after being on hold for 5:44 seconds (at 10p per minute), I was told that I was just through to reception and that they would e-mail the customer services department.
I e-mailed them myself, several times, and phoned several times as well, but to date, nobody has called me back and we have basically been robbed.
To date I have e-mailed them 4 times, and called them 5 times.
When you call them, they put you on hold and you are told at 2:42 in to the call that you are at #1 in the cue. After 4:42, you are told you are #1 in the cue and that they are putting you through. After 5:42 you are put through to reception, who effectively e-mails someone and won't give you any information.
They are now showing that the product I have ordered is not in stock.
This has happened every time I have called. All I want is my daughters money back in time to buy her a new one else where for our holiday.
I am in the process of contacting actionfraud.org; Crimestoppers; Cybersource and the Met Police.
I implore you, do not use this company, or you will be ripped off like my 2 year old daughter has.
I needed a replacement crossfader and I had tried to buy from 2 sellers from an online auction site. 1 didnt actually have it, the other never sent it. Comeuro had it at a decent price and although not quick I did receive it, so finally I am back in business!! Thanks.

I ordered my kit, waited a week, noting turned up, i emailed twice phoned twice, no reply to either.I complained to paypal and wrote a review here.
My negitive complaint was removed (I do not know) the kit was shipped and a "good" review followed all within 10 minutes.

I am still waiting for my refund from cancelling this order on 2nd February due to the item being lost in the post - you say!
I will be putting out negative feedback daily from now on everywhere I can on the web until I get this refund.
Do not use this company they do not deliver or refund!

Dealt with this company through ebay, but it didnt seem right to give ebay the review considering they had nothing to do with it except the place to advertise!! Anyway bought Philips speakers from them, good price, good listings and came in good time.
I was having trouble finding a particular set of Star Wars lego so didn't have much choice but to take a chance on a company unknown to me. Their pricing was pretty decent and the website had a good feel to it, if only a little slow. Ordering process - simple enough. The delivery took a little longer than I would have liked, my fault - I didnt realise they were channel islands when I ordered, so all in all I'm happy.
If you want a perfecr companion for your Ipad 2 then get the BELKIN Flip Folio protective case, mines in red & grey and it is perfect. Bought it online at comeuro at a bargain price, delivered from guernsey in good time. I feel a lot better taking my ipad out and about now!
Placed order, but nothing delivered a week later. No replies to emails, I wouldn't recommend even if they are the cheapest- its not worth the hassle.
Finally arrived, a mix up with the order apparently. Delivered swiftly once sorted and product all ok.

I ordered a Razor Rip Rider 360 trike for my son, payment was taken immediately and I was told despatch would be in 1-3 days. After 3 weeks of goods not arriving and several automated responses to enquiries, one message left with a 'receptionist' that was not returned and one read receipted email that was deleted without being read, I had to refer them to my credit card company who sorted out a full refund within 3 days of contact (thanks EGG).
This is one terrible company and you have been warned....google them. NB.Also known as Strictly Electronics Ltd.
This website had a really good product selection with very keen prices, they communicated well with me on order status and the delivery was prompt. I couldn't of asked for any more. I would recommend them to others looking for networking hardware.
I needed a new set of Z-5500 speakers as none of the others logitech do come any where near them. These are pretty hard to get hold of now, but they were advertised on comeuro.net at a good price. I ordered them and received what looks like an auto response saying order had been processed. I was sent a tracking ref for Parcelforce a few days later, and 24 hours after that my speakers were with me. I am very happy with everything.

I asked for a refund they said they'd have to wait for the outcome of Royal Mail's 'investigation'.
Amongst other things, when I said I wasn't interested in the Royal Mail investigation, my order was with Comeuro and that they owe me a refund not Royal Mail, they said that perhaps I would be more interested when the Royal Mail come back and say that they have delivered it to my address.
Will give up attempting to get a refund and will pursue the refund via my card issuer.
Subsequently did a websearch for Comeuro and found various reviews on review centre with similar problems.
Ordered a Speedo Aquabeat 1 GB in Pink. The reason I chose this company was quite simply they were the cheapest. I had an email within 24 hours acknowledging order and despatch times. I ordered Tuesday, email received Wednesday, despatch notification Thursday, order arrived Monday. It took just under a week but I was expecting that with the price I was paying. I had the item 2 weeks and it developed a fault, I contacted them and they were very helpful in providing the warranty details and contact details for the manufacturer. I now have my item back fully working and wouldn't be without it!
Ordered a Gigabyte M8000X Mouse from them as they were the only supplier with it in stock.
Took payment on Friday, dispatched on Monday, arrived next Monday even though I ordered a 48-72 Hours delivery. Contacting them is useless, as they never reply to e-mails or answer the phone.
Nevertheless, product arrived intact and in perfect condition, even though it was 48 hours later than supposed.
Would not buy from them again.
My son really wanted a RAZOR Pocket Rocket mini electric motorbike for his birthday. They are not the easiest item to find. I called up and left a message with their answering service on stock availability, I got an email back that day saying it was in stock. Placed order and as stated 3 days later my item was sent. Happy son with bike, happy me with price!

I placed an order for a Samsung TV on the 16th April 2011. After problems with payment going through, I am still waiting on delivery. After several e-mails to them i eventually got a response last thursday telling me the TV was damaged so they have requested a replacement saying will contact me on Friday re the delivery. I also tried to call them and eventually afer an 11 minute wait got thought to some muppet on a switchboard who told me they only take messages as they are in a different building. When i asked where i was calling even though i knew was Guernsey The muppet refused to tell me and kept avoiding to answer me. I have now contacted my credit co to get a full refund.
Avoid these idiots like the plague!!!!!
I sent them a few email queries. One before I even placed an order as I had trouble with payment and I still haven't recieved any emails back. Later I chased them about my successful order which was stuck on processed for over a week. 2 days later my order status mysteriously changed to dispatched, 6 days after that my product finally arrived. So over 2 weeks to get my product...
I also tried to telephone but after waiting 5 minutes I gave up due to a gut feeling that no one was going to answer. The premium rate number wasn't worth my time or money.
Poor experience throughout for me.. If you have to pay a few ££ extra to get the product elsewhere then I suggest you do.

I too have sadly now heard of the lot at Comeuro.net aka Strictly Electronics operating out of Guernsey. I bought a mobo off them on the 10th December, it didn't ship til the 21st ( no response to emails asking for updates ). I didn't receive it til the 30th ( maybe this part was not their fault ) . On receipt the item was faulty in that it didn't detect any drives so I emailed them requesting a return. I had no response from them in 2 days so emailed them again and again , tried the online webform. No response. I have phoned them but just get on hold music with a voice urging you to email ! I have now written them a snotty letter threatening that unless I hear from them I shall be contacting my CC company to invoke Section 75 of the CCA ! Hopefully that will put the wind up them but it really shouldn't be necessary. In the age of the big online sellers, wtf are these monkeys still doing in bussiness? They offer woeful CS ! **AVOID** AVOID** AVOID**!!!
I needed a Samsung WIS-09ABGN Wi-Fi Dongle, Comeuro.net was far cheaper than anywhere else so I was a bit dubious. But I got it within their stated times and it works. Im happy saved me a few quid. Cant comment on their phone support as I didnt need to use it.
