Good service
The service is good and the delivery fast.
I bought a "Luxury Double Futon Wood Frame" the quality is not high but enough for the price you pay.
Be careful with the mattress, don't open it (there is a zip!) the internal can be broken easily and when moving the mattress be careful how you grab it you should wrest the cotton cover.

You get exactly what you 'hope' for - a quality futon at a great price. I was pleasantly surprised by the thickness of the futon and the framework looks sturdy. I was also pleased that I didn't have to attach assemble as much as I feared. Hopefully it will have a long and enjoyable life in my lounge.

Everythiung was exactly as I expected
It said 24 hour delivery and it was. We were not getting an expensive mattress but it looks and feels great and after weeks of use the verdict is that it was a good buy.

Not bad at all
I had waited in for a few hours for my delivery, but needed to go out, so i rung up and enquired about my order, only to be told that it would not be delivered on that day as there was an issue with the wood, however the young lady that i spoke to ( Scarlett ) was very helpful, and said she would send out an alternative as we had guests arriving that weekend, and there would be no extra charge, we got our bed and have now decided to keep that one, as it would be such a pain to take down and box up again, many thanks to Scarlett for her help very proffesional. it would be a lot better though if you could give an AM or PM time slot, nobody likes waiting in all day.

Good value comfy futon
Good value for money futon. The holes needed to be redrilled as they weren't aligned correctly, but the overall product is good. The delivery date had to be changed, but the company kept me fully informed by telephone - very good service. I would recommend!

Brilliant service, and value for money.
The futon is fab! It was very easy to put together by myself. My friends said they both slept well, so there was no problem with the size of the futon as a double. Terrible service consequently we are extremely disappointed.
We ordered a double futon on the Comfy Living website & specified a delivery date. We received a phone call the day of the delivery explaining there had been a problem with the futon wood which was damp & therefore delivery would have to be postponed for a few days till the problem was rectified. We arranged a new delivery date for 3 days later and were told that the delivery was due between 8-6pm that day. My husband took a day off work so he could be home to take delivery of the futon. By 6pm on the agreed delivery day no futon had been delivered. My husband rang Comfy Living that evening leaving a message on their answer machine expressing our disappointment and frustration and that we would like to know where this futon is. To add fuel to the fire Comfy Living have already taken the cost of the futon out of our account some few days before the item was due to be delivered. So the situation as it stands right now is we have paid for something we haven't received despite having been promised it, my husband wasted a whole days leave waiting in for a parcel we were never going to receive and no one communicated to us that there was going to be a problem with the new delivery date. It's poor customer service and we will be pursuing a refund and we will not be buying from or recommending Comfy Living to anyone in the future.

Poor quality
Hi,
the only positive thing about this purchase was the quick and free delivery
as I have purchased a same type of futon before , I was expecting the same quality, but was disapointed , as the quality of the futon purchased from you was poor, the frame is not strong enough and when the futon is opened the frame is moving, , and you can feel the frame throu the mattress
I would not recomented to be purchased

Very Prompt
Order placed Friday received as promised on the Monday.
Futon we ordered with de-luxe mattress appears to be well made in untreated wood, perhaps a varnished version might be offered someday, but neverer the less I am more than satisfied.
The couple who slept on it had no complaints and said it was very comfortable, if they were happy so am I
I rate this company highly for being punctual, good quality & very good value

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, you are correct when you say the wood is natural and does not have any surface coating, we do try to be as honest as possible whenever we advertise a product for sale and you have probably read our home page "Every futon on this website comes with a low carbon footprint and is environmentally friendly, the wooden futon base is eco friendly solid pine and if you are a bit of a dab hand at DIY you could stain the futon base, or even varnish it in any colour you wish."

PARTS NOT WORKING
The feet couldn't be fitted as the holes on both are not in line with the holes on the frame.
I did not bother to put everything back to the package to ask for a replacement.

They do what they say
The item was delivered to me on time, and in two boxes. All in good condition. The item was extremely easy put together apart from one of the pre-drilled holes was out of line so this meant I had to get my drill and drill a new hole in the correct place. A bit of a faff for a lady on her own, but I managed it, and the item looks good and functions well. Good value for money and I would recommend the futon and the company.

Bought a futon, king size bed frame and mattress for our first new house- Zoë had been worried we would have to spend our first night on the floor so to see the delivery can outside at half 8 was a relief!

Looks great and excellent value for money
I have just received my futon and it's brilliant! The frame is a little rough around the edges but you can't knock it for the price. I ordered the 14cm mattress and I would say definitely go for that one as you wouldn't want it much thinner than that for sleeping on! It was delivered promptly the next day and is really easy to put together. It looks great as a sofa and is very comfortable to lay on as a bed. Overall I'm very pleased with my purchase from Comfy Living!

Very poor quality futon
I ordered a futon with 14cm luxury mattress, but the mattress is FAR from luxury. You can feel the bars of the frame right through the mattress, so it is not very comfortable! I suspect that we were sent the regular mattress (9cm) despite paying for the thicker one, but when I emailed customer service, complete with a photo of the mattress being measured, they ignored me.
We previously had a futon from Ikea, and I ordered this one because I was looking for something of better quality. Instead I have paid more for something of much poorer quality!
I would not consider spending any money here inthe future.

Great service, excellent price
We wanted a nice futon for the spare room and needed it in a hurry. Comfy Living were able to offer this along with great communication and Saturday delivery. Our guests had no complaints and had a good nights sleep.
The futon is very basic but I couldn't have expected more for the price.
