Comfy good-sized sofabed
We bought this sofabed for the guest room uypstairs, it is for occasional use as a sofa and a bed. I was worried that this sofabed would be a little small but it looks very nice. I also bought it as the sleeping dimensions were very generous. No wonder that it was top of the list in the Independent's top 10 comfortable sofabeds.

Good service
Comfy living service was great, I liked the fact that I was able to choose my delivery day and there was an option for Saturday delivery.
My only problem is my bed is supposed to be chocolate in colour but its actually black. The beds great, just disappointed its not chocolate in colour.
Would use comfy living again though

Good value for money
It was the best price and was reasonably comfortable for casual use. Not sure if we put it together properly as the head was higher than the feet, maybe it was right.

Prompt delivery & very comfortable futon
Next day delivery and the futon is very comfortable. I would recommend the 14cm luxury mattress.

GOod deal
Perfect sofa bed and what we were looking for. And quite comfortable too.. The one I bought has dual color, cream and chocolate. Works good for sofa as well as guest bed. Saves space. And its quite easy to install!! Delivered on time..on the whole a good product and would highly recommend it. 5/5

Fast delivery, good price.
Really fast delivery the only thing I would say bad about it it is that the wood was not finished off smoothly, had to sand a lot of the wood down to make it safe but now all that's done is a nice chair. It's a shame really because I would have given 5 stars rather than 4.

Excellent all round
We ordered these cubes for our grandchildren. They are just perfect as seats when folded, and perfect as beds when unfolded. The web ordering experience was simple, and the cubes arrived on the day promised, just one day after ordering. Would recommend without hesitation.

Fantastic Service and Product
Phoned to double check my day bed was next day delivery and advised it was and I could order any time and pick my delivery day. Wonderful. Only problem was husband was sleeping when the drivers arrived but my neighbour was about and took it in.! Thought we were getting a call to say a rough delivery time but didn't get one but al worked out in the end. Easy to assemble and looks wonderful. Would use this company again and recommend the day bed.

very impressed by quality of product, service and speed of delivery.
i purchased the versailles daybed, despite reservations over the quality of the product i might receive based on the really low price at comfy-living. the exact same product was available elsewhere up to £100 more expensive. i was very pleasantly impressed when i received the bed 30 hrs after i put the order in. it comes as a flat pack in 4 different packs. it has been the easiest bed i have ever put together. it looks better in situ than the photo on the website would suggest and is certainly larger also. the colour is milkier, more ivory than the website picture suggests also.the dimensions as given on the website are accurate. although only a single bed size it feels far more spacious. when you lay the trundle beside the bed you can transform it into a queen/kingsize bed. max mattress depth for trundle is 18cm (this is what i use) and you can use what ever size thickness you wish for the daybed unless you intend to lay the daybed and the trundle side by side in which case you really should buy 2 identical mattresses. i always wanted the laura ashley daybed but couldn't justify the price tag. this bed looks just a s posh and sturdy. i do not regret my purchase one bit. buying with comfy living did feel a little bit of a detached experience, what with the lack of communication but this really doesn't matter when you factor in the speed of service and quality of product and price. there is no need to hesitate if this is the bed for you.

I was very impressed by the efficient service, the quality of the beds and I have already recommended Comfy Living to a friend.
This is a good company. I could not afford to buy expensive beds and considering the price, the beds have turned out to be stylish and comfortable. The service was great.

Excellent service ordered and delivered as requested.
Really happy with the chair bed. I ordered it and asked for it to be delivered the following week. It was delivered the day I asked for which really impressed me. I paid the extra for the thicker mattress as I am using it for my son and grandson to have their friends to sleep over. Both are big for their ages (14 and 16) and so are their friends. My grandson tried it out straight away and said it was very comfortable.
I am now considering a second one in the very near future and will definitely buy it from Comfy-living.

Acceptable product for acceptable price
Nice and comfy for 'one-off' sleep overs!! Easy to put up with 4 bolts. Pre-packed wooden slates that required no installation. Overall, a good product with a decent matteress. Good service in that delivery was made as intended - some damage to the box/packackaging due to wet weather, but this did affect the package inside.

Very user friendly
I like comfy living because they have a very user friendly website.

Easy efficient service.
Order was place well in advance for a specific day and an e-mail was sent the day before delivery as a reminder. Bed is good value for the money.

Good value and handy snooze!
It's great to have these easy to open up beds instead of hunting around for the pump to blow up the airbeds. We bought two of the larger size bed armchairs so that adults can use them too. We keep them in our sons' rooms. They were the cheapest and nicest looking ones I could find after a lengthy trawl of the web. Arrived quickly and well packaged. Thanks.

Great quality product, arrived as it should.
I think my futon is great quality, I upgraded to the thicker mattress, which I think was worth the extra money. I like the choice of mattress colours, the video on the website helped me make my choice :-)
There was no issue with the delivery, it turned up all present and correct (although a quick glance in the back of the truck made me glad my item was not too fragile!)

Helpful, friendly and flexible
I wanted to purchase and pay but not take delivery the next day as we needed more time, but didn't want to lose the offer! They were completely understanding and have been really great at communicating all the way through so that we can work a flexible time for both of us on the delivery date. Also I dealt with the same person all the time which really helped!

Super Flop-out Kids' Sofa!
I am really impressed by the Fop-out Kids'Sofa I bought from Comfy Living ..

Terrible delivery, very late, did not turn up when guaranteed to, TWICE, and badly damaged goods, will not deal with again
I was offered next day delivery which I needed as I was moving overseas, half the delivery did not arrive, then it was guaranteed to be here the following day for my removals lorry, it still did not arrive. I had to move overseas leaving my wife behind to wait. She did not have time to check the items when they were delivered as our removal lorry was waiting, on unpacking them in our new house they were badly damaged and dented, chunks out of the wood, before anyone blames the removal company, nothing at all was damaged in our move. 400 pounds spent on beds which now look terrible due to the amount of damage, not just the odd scratch, large dents. Very unimpressed, sadly I cannot return as I am now in Belgium but would certainly be chasing for a full refund

All Beds Have 16 Stone Warranty
12 month FREE warranty on all items. All beds, including kids beds, are built to support up to 16 stone per person (including bunk beds). The Buyer may cancel their order at any time between its placement and up to seven days after its delivery. After delivery and up until the 7th day, we charge £30 to collect which will be deducted from the refund costs. If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, there is no charge.
