I ordered a new light unit + accessories from Complete Aquatics, and I was very satisfied with the speed of the delivery. But the manufacturer delivered the wrong unit, and I therefore had to contact Complete Aquatics to fix the mistake. Although I emailed Complete Aquatics outside office hours, and although the mistake was the manufacturer's, not theirs, Complete Aquatics got back to me straight away; their reference Chris offered to arrange for collection of the wrong unit and delivery of the correct one. All this took place as he promised, within 48 hours of the original delivery. Chris kept me informed at all times, and he was always available to discuss the problem and its solution with me. Excellent aftersales service indeed!
